We spend the bulk (pun intended) of this show talking about the science of muscle fiber types and how (if at all) one could train for "bulky", "toned", or "long and lean" muscles. We do a thought experiment - why do we believe that building muscles in an unweighted squat is somehow different than training muscles in a weighted squat?
