Self-forgiveness is not a feeling, it is an act of our will. In this episode, I share some personal stories of how difficult forgiving myself has been many times in my life. I explain what it means to forgive ourselves, why it is important and offer tips to help you forgive yourself for the choices, mistakes and/or regrets in your life.
