Mental Health Awareness Week is October 4-10, 2020. 

This is a time to raise awareness regarding mental health issues and illnesses. 
We can help stop the stigma and shame that cause silence by speaking out and sharing our stories and struggles with mental health conditions. 

In this episode, I share statistics, stories, and suggestions to offer hope, help, and healthy coping skills during mental health struggles.
