Mitch does another episode for Halloween. He talks about his ideas for reducing traffic by organizing efforts around replacing gas lines and lead water lines in certain neighborhoods. He also proposes a parking valet task force for when cars must be moved for construction. A city run task force moves you vehicle for you rather than ticketing and towing vehicles on streets slated to be resurfaced. Mitch also updates on the formation of the Trafnet non-profit.
