Mitch Miller critiques a scary halloween movie. He also updates his listeners on his new projects. Mitch is running for mayor of Pittsburgh in 2021 on a direct democracy platform. Basically he believes that all citizens should be able to vote on all new law and budget using a simple website. Residents verify their residency and have until a certain time to log in and vote on each item.
