Ever wonder why something in your life doesn't make sense? It's because stupid people have all the money and most of the power. Mitch talks about how he is open to requiring people to vote in person even though he thinks vote by mail is more convenient. Mitch lays out his proposal to eliminate the electoral college by lowering people's federal income tax based off of the percentage of public land their state of residence has. He ends by talking about how national debt can be a tool to stabilize developing nations. As he works to lower the national debt he would try to get our debt out of the hands of nations like China that no longer need us to stabilize their banking system.
