to be a lot of media stories."},{"startTime":81.755,"endTime":84.177,"body":"They knew that there would be some negativity to them."},{"startTime":84.177,"endTime":85.858,"body":"needed a media jurisdiction was actually about two million people across a jurisdiction roughly"},{"startTime":103.141,"endTime":110.644,"body":"the size of Texas."},{"startTime":110.644,"endTime":112.785,"body":"So government"},{"startTime":126.225,"endTime":137.048,"body":"representatives because when people are angry about anything, in this case, their"},{"startTime":137.048,"endTime":142.129,"body":"electricity bill, they call their local government rep and they tell them off."},{"startTime":142.129,"endTime":144.95,"body":"And when they tell that local government rep off,"},{"startTime":145.122,"endTime":152.224,"body":"The local government rep either calls you and tells you off as the company or more likely"},{"startTime":145.122,"endTime":152.224,"body":"they complain in the media about you."},{"startTime":152.224,"endTime":159.166,"body":"So my job morphed into, would meet with those local government reps and try to explain"},{"startTime":152.224,"endTime":159.166,"body":"this whole situation to them."},{"startTime":159.346,"endTime":167.728,"body":"And that morphed into, well, if you're so good at explaining it, why don't you meet with"},{"startTime":159.346,"endTime":167.728,"body":"the, some of my constituents, the ones that are giving me the most grief meet with them"},{"startTime":167.828,"endTime":172.109,"body":"one to one, and you try to explain the situation to them and make somebody happy."},{"startTime":172.109,"endTime":174.67,"body":"So that was my job for two years was just."},{"startTime":174.67,"endTime":184.018,"body":"traveling around that big area, meeting one-to-one with people, doing media interviews,"},{"startTime":174.67,"endTime":184.018,"body":"meeting with government representatives and talking about what the situation was with the"},{"startTime":184.018,"endTime":188.921,"body":"electricity industry and why bills were somewhat higher."},{"startTime":189.102,"endTime":190.95,"body":"And the aha moment
