The 2019 local elections were very good for the LibDems but in the Cotswolds, Chelmsford and Bath & North East Somerset they gained a massive 57 new LibDem cllrs between them and took control of their councils.
We will talk about the causes of their success, the transition into taking control as well as the challenges during the Covid pandemic.
