Samantha is a speech-language pathologist with over 10 years of experience. She's also  a mother of three, with a preschooler, a toddler, and an infant.  In this episode Samantha and I talk about language development in babies and toddlers, the milestones to look out for and when you might want to seek a professionals help if you are concerned about speech development.

  Samantha started Toddler Talking Tips to give parents the confidence and knowledge they need to teach their toddlers to talk. She specializes in teaching parents simple but powerful techniques that they can use in their everyday activities.  Samantha holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the state of New Jersey as a speech pathologist. Her original research is published in the American Journal of Speech Language Pathology. Samantha believes there is power in communication, in scientific research, and in making toddlers laugh. She believes that, with a little guidance, parents are the best people to develop their toddlers' language skills.
