To find healing in our food relationship we must create balance between these two, the masculine and the feminine. And not only balance  but how to tap into the sacred masculine and feminine rather than the trauma responses and the unhealthy masculine and feminine.

While in our unhealthy masculine there is too much rigidity with boundaries or not enough flexibility. While in our unhealthy feminine  boundaries are too porous or there is too much flexibility. While in our sacred masculine  we own the part of us to be assertive, strong, logical & analytical when necessary and while in the sacred feminine we listen to the soft voice within, wait patiently for the wisdom that comes not from logic or action but from feeling, intuition, the irrational & the lyrical. The Sacred Feminine is the ability to let go, to give up ego control, and has more compassion. When these two are in balance and in their Sacred power, vs. the unhealed power, it takes us more into alignment.
