Andy McCarthy is the Director of Organizational Design for The Building People, an award-winning firm working to transform the places we work and the built environment. He consults and advises business owners and organizational leaders on strategic growth after 10+ years of CEO and owner experience scaling and exiting multiple businesses. Andy serves on the board of Lowcountry Local First, the Association for Talent Development, and the South Carolina Specialty Food Association. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Biology and has a passion for learning, exploring, and all things outdoors. He lives in Charleston, SC with his wife Molly, their two little boys, and their dog Sonny.
