SPEAKER_00You can't turn me out. Put your hands together. Going with Jesus. No stopping now. Someone say all the way. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01Please come up with the patients.
SPEAKER_00Put your hands up. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So good to me.
SPEAKER_01Praise God. Hallelujah. So good to me. Keep it right there. Keep it right there. Someone say thank you, Jesus, for being so good to me. Hey man, there's a long I'm not even gonna start with the names. That list is so long. Now it's time to say, God be good to me. All the seasonal stuff, stuffy noses, some lungs, and this hurts and that hurts, and this one. I mean, thank God. Praise God for his goodness that is bestowed upon you and receive your deliverance. Receive what you need from God right now. As our sister repeats that last line, praise God, so good to me. Someone say to me, Bring it home, praise God to me.
SPEAKER_00So good to me. So good to you and me. So good to me. So good to me. So good to me. Good to me.
SPEAKER_01So good. Put your hands together and clap. Praise God. Hallelujah. Someone say so good.
unknownSo good.
SPEAKER_01Amen. At home. Listening, whether you're listening on Facebook, if you're listening on YouTube, or if you're listening on godly.tv, I want to welcome you to begin with, praise God, and I want you to have the demonstration of the goodness of God. Amen. Like I said, there's the the sheet of paper. I think there's two pages of note paper with names and sick and lungs and cold and fever and whatever else it is. I'm just gonna pray in general, praise God. Hallelujah. I'm gonna lift up the name of my brother, my dear brother Jordan. Amen. He doesn't have the liberty that we have, but we're gonna pray for him. It's gonna be life brought into his soul. And anyone else, praise God. Last verse in Psalm 124, it says, Our help, someone say, Our help. Amen. Now you can make that a little bit personal. You can sit there and say, My help, amen. Bring it home. Say, my help, amen, cometh from the Lord. This is the last verse in Psalm 124, the 124th chapter in the book of Psalms. Our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth. Praise God. If you're wondering how those two lines kind of go together, we're not just talking about an ordinary Lord, an ordinary God. Amen. He's not even mediocre. Amen. The maker of heaven and earth, he's my maker, my our creator, but the maker of heaven and earth. When you look at what this earth is and how big and however, I don't care if you call it round or if you call it flat, makes no difference to me. What makes a difference is that you believe that God made it, however shape or form it may be in. Amen. Then you look at the heavens, praise God. This is when I pray in a couple of minutes, this is who I'm going to pray to. Amen. Praise God. This is not some uh some story that was dragged through the desert and half made up by somebody illiterate, and then they can they start believing things and doing things in the name of whoever, whatever they want to call that name on. I'm gonna call upon the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Praise God. We're gonna look at this in a few minutes. We're gonna go into John chapter 5, and uh we're gonna see how Jesus self-describes himself. Praise God. This is not somebody pointing to somebody else, and I thank God for John the Baptist who pointed, he says, Behold the Lamb of God. Amen. He made that the Jesus was identified in that way. But now we're gonna look, we're gonna go in and take a look at what Jesus said about himself and about who sent him. Praise God. So I thank God for that. But in the meantime, we're gonna pray. Praise God. Like I said, I'm gonna pray in general for all for all for whatever the list is. So there's people fighting cancer, and there's people that have that are sick. There's a thyroid that's not working, and my little brother, praise God. Blood needs to circulate, blood needs to flow. Uh no, noses are stuffed. Somebody's liver doesn't work, somebody can't sleep. There's two, I think there's two, three names on there that they can't sleep. So we got a lot of things to pray for, but I'm gonna pray in Jesus' name. The direction on our brothers and sisters in Africa as well. The direction that the Spirit of the Lord has to go in, it's going right now. Father in heaven, you see the need. As we stand here in Montreal, I thank God we can send your spirit. It can go, it can be sent east, west, and south and north. In Jesus' name, praise God. Every single person within the sound of my voice, whatever it is, wherever the ache, wherever the pain is, wherever the need is, in Jesus' name, if it's corporal, if it's physical, if it's mental, if it's financial, if it's spiritual. In Jesus' name, praise God, make a difference in that life right now, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You gotta go behind bars, amen, where Rupert is, where Justin Jordan is, praise God, in the name of Jesus Christ, where where Lacey is, amen. Go behind the the the go into that cell. If you got to go into the hospital room, if you got to go into the residence room in the retirement home, and then wherever, praise God, be amen, made whole right now. Your faith, as you believe in what I'm saying, as you believe in how I call upon God, right now, your faith makes you whole in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Praise God. Lord, I thank God for everyone listening. I pray a blessing in their lives that the word of God will be to their heart, to their soul, to their mind, as we endure unto the end, as we have been given this prospect, uh, this uh this the understanding of what we need to do and what we need to accomplish on this earth just before Jesus comes. And the time is at hand, Lord. And I thank God for people listening today. If they're perhaps listening for the first time, they're listening unto the salvation of their soul, they're listening to fall in love with the word of God, they're listening to get to know you and to know you, and to know your Son Jesus Christ, to know him in the power of his resurrection. Lord, I thank God, amen, through your Holy Ghost that will lead us and guide us into this understanding, into this truth that will bring to our remembrance those things which we need to know, which we need to have, which we need to be equipped with. Father, in Jesus' name, Lord, I thank God for the message that is continues to be lifted up, Jesus uh savior, and that the word of God that needs to be read, that needs to be seen, that needs to be identified with people who are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, Lord. And I thank God today that the people listening are ready, amen, to take their Bibles and to lift it up as a scepter of righteousness unto the nations. It doesn't matter, amen, from what country, from what nation they may come from, there is only one name. There is only one way, there is only one truth, and that is your son Jesus Christ, Lord. And I thank God, amen, that that name is making a difference. That name is Lord, that name is Savior, that name is healing, that name is power, that name is deliverance, that name is the liberty which we have. Praise God. Give you the praise and the glory, Lord, for the teaching which was received on the French side, started about four hours ago, and now we continue in this English language. Anoint the teaching as it comes forth. Lord, I pray that the word of God will be found, will make its way into good ground, and there will be a root that will take place uh even deeper and stronger and and and and more effective against the storms and against the wiles of the devil and everything else uh that is being thrown our way. Come against, we stand against, amen. We quench the fiery darts, uh the wiles of the devil, his strategies shall be made known, and we shall see the devil coming, Lord, in Jesus' name, praise God. Anoint the work which was done uh by um by Justin this week uh with a table, uh blessing, praise God, as he went back into his old neighborhood, Lord, amen, to preach and to bring forth the gospel of Christ. Uh amen. Then the devil, praise God, amen, raged war against my brother, but I thank God he has the victory and the preaching of the word of God in that neighborhood where there's drugs and prostitution and anything else that is illegal and contrary to uh to your word and to your truth, a difference has been made, praise God. War has been staged, and even though the devil replies, there's no weapon that is being formed, there's nothing that is being said that shall prosper against the saints, Lord, in Jesus' name, against my brother who went into the streets. And I thank God today the victory belongs to those calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, Lord. I thank God for this day which you have given us. We it is allowing us to come together once again, to join and to edify and to exhort as the body of Christ. Lord, amen. This past few weeks there's some folks they've given up, they've they're taking a break, they're sitting on the wayside, but I pray for them in Jesus' name that they get up before it's too late and they may and they press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If it means leaving their husband behind, if it means leaving their wife behind or their friends or whatever, amen. Just as Lot kept running where his wife looked back. Lord, I thank God today. I'm praying for those who are not looking back, I'm praying for those, amen, who press. I'm praying for those, amen, who will not who are not being stopped, as our sister was singing. There's no stopping. I don't care who's doing the blocking, there is no stopping now in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Praise God for the victory in our lives, Lord. In Jesus' name, praise God. Anoint my lips as the word of God comes through the the the sound of the word, praise God, which shall be heard as our ears are being opened, what we read as our eyes are being opened today to see what you have, what your spirit has unto the church today, Lord. I thank God for the blessing for everyone that is tuned in, that we be blessed as we receive the word of God, amen. Even those listening on radio throughout the week, in Jesus' name, praise God. And we're not just going to be listeners or hearers, we're going to be doers. Praise God. We're going to make our offerings come in, amen, to provide more, praise God, of the billboards that are being put up across this nation, more of the word of God that is being preached, and more of the of the pamphlets or the flyers that we give out in multiple countries, in Canada, in the US, uh, in Benin, in Kindia. Lord, I thank God, amen, that we have the the we have been given the opportunity to sow. We have given the opportunity to preach. We have given the we have been given the opportunity to stand, Lord. And I thank God today for those, my brothers and sisters that are doing just that. Praise God. Without fear, without shame, in Jesus' name, Lord, I pray these things, praise God. Thank God for the reading of the word, thank God for the Holy Ghost that will lead us and guide us into all truth. In Jesus' name, I pray these things. Amen. And amen. Keep your hands up for a moment or two as our sister continues to play. Praise God. Amen. Let God know, praise God. Here I am. God is looking for someone to send. Praise God. You're being called to duty. Praise God. Hallelujah. Time to go. Praise God. Keep your hands up and talk to God. Thank God for the blessing. Praise God. Hallelujah. He's made a way for me. Praise God. This is what our sister is playing. Thank God for the way his name is. Praise God. Say his name. His name is. Amen. There is no other way. Praise God. I know. The Lord has made a way for me. Someone say for me. Praise God. Let the devil know. Say, I know God's made a way for me. You can do whatever you want to do. But here I stand, fast in the liberty wherewith Jesus Christ our Lord has made us free. Not to be entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Praise God. Hallelujah. Praise God. Rejoice in the Lord. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Worship Him as a true worshiper in spirit and in truth. Jesus, Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Say the name of Jesus. Praise God. Say the name of Jesus. Praise God. Say the name of Jesus. Someone say the name. Praise God. He's made a way. Amen. There wasn't no way. Amen. You got a whole country that you know they they call themselves the children of God, Old Testament style, Jewish style, Hebrew style in Israel. They're all saying, Hey Messiah, come on, come on. You gotta pray right, the Bible says. Amen. You want Messiah to come back. He's already been here, so to return is under different conditions. Amen. We're gonna read scripture in a few minutes where Messiah did come, where Jesus did come, and he came as savior to this world. Amen. So if you've if you don't believe in in the in the the first part of this uh of this account, well you be careful for what you pray for. The world is running in the their Bibles are closed. The the truth, their truth books, the Bible is closed, and they're believing anything or almost anything that people talk about and are saying some funny things. But I thank God that we can go into the word. Amen. As the Bible says, praise God, we can go into the into the scripture. Amen. This is what Paul told Timothy. If I can find the verse, someone can put it up, praise God, all scripture. Praise God. I think it's first I'm I'm debating with I it's almost certain it's first Timothy 3.16. Um if some somebody can put up the verse where all script, and thank God for all scripture, that confirms what Jesus Christ came to say. He said every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God. Amen. Praise God. Uh not 3.16. It's 2 Timothy. Oh, it is 2 Timothy. I thought I would have well, I did go to 1 Timothy. Amen. It is 2 Timothy 3.16. All scripture. Amen. So if you got your Bibles in your hands, you hold the Bible up and say, Hey, I got all scripture. Praise God. Amen. All scripture is given. Amen. By inspiration. Peter picked up on that thought and he said, By holy man. Amen. That we're inspired to write. So I thank God that we have access to all scripture. Someone say all scripture. If the Bible's in your hands, you may be seated. Praise God. Thank you for playing. Praise God. Our meeting on the French side ran a little ran a little late, ran almost to the start time of the English. And um thank God for that. Now we're in English. Time to get into the Word. Praise God. I thank everybody for listening. Those of you that are online and listening, I thank you so much for joining for joining with us. It's time to preach. Praise God. Hallelujah. Get your Bibles. Get your Bibles. Get your Bibles. Get your Bibles. Get your Bibles. I can't say that enough. Amen. Where if you're online, if you notice the title, can't uh I'm gonna make an adjustment, just stay with me. If you've noticed the title, it's almost the same, but I changed a word, and we're gonna be we are going to be um spending time on this on this thought, or I'll I'll be spending time teaching for the next few weeks on um on under this title for what makes a difference in our lives, what you think matters. Now for the last four weeks we've been looking at what you say matters, which is important. And um, especially when Jesus said in Matthew 12, 34, for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. So what we say there it brings an impact. There is an impact of our words. And last week we spent some time in um the book of James, and I'm gonna make another adjustment. Stay with me. In the book of James, actually, we spent most of our time in the book of James, and um there's a couple of things we we in the book of James, there's there's a verse that's often used. You know, people make an excuse because they they let some words slip, or they they're not speaking as as they should, or we we're all we all have the tongue that cannot be tamed, but it can be bridled. And if you miss that teaching, it's a good teaching to listen to. Praise God. And um the bridle, James gave us the example of the person who uh puts the who uh applies the bridle into the mouth of a horse is to be able to control or be able to direct the horse. So as as we apply, or as a person, I'll take this person as I apply the bridle to my tongue, as I bridle my tongue, it's to allow, and and the King James used the word governor, on the French side it used the word pilot, so you get the understanding that the governor, uh when James used an illustration of a ship, um, the size of the ship, which which can be massive, some of these ships, um, when we drive to Sunday to get to the for my wife and I to get to the to the church here, we drive across the bridge where the port of Montreal is, and some of the the sizes of the ships that are stationed or or uh docked at the port, they're massive, and yet they're controlled, like James said, by a rudder, and they're controlled. The governor wants to go uh starboard. I don't know anything about the boat, but I think there's you don't go left or right. I think you go starboard and I forget the whatever. You go left to anyways. You and me, we go left and right. So the the governor if he governs the ship. And if if you have no governor, you have no control. Amen. And the control which you and I have, I mean, this is our the source of our control, is the word of God. You're wondering what the bridle looks like? It's right here. Amen. This is what needs to be um inserted, this is what needs to be applied, it's the word of God, and this is what we need to receive. Uh yeah, even as Jesus said, give us this day our daily bread. Amen. So I thank God today. I mean it's Sunday we gather together and we take more time. Amen. Together, I thank God for Sundays. I love Sundays. Amen. Some of you are saying right now. And I thank God for that. And um, so so, like I said, we spent four weeks looking at what we say matters, what comes out of your mouth matters. There, there is an impact. It could there is a um a substance that takes place when we are careful and scriptural and biblical with what we say. Amen. So I'm continuing with that thought, slightly changing the title, and we're gonna look into what you think matters. And I'm going to, I and I put part one because I've got verses for part two, part three, and probably part four. And uh this week when I was going through, oh, here's a scripture, and I'd be doing something and meditating on the word of God and say, oh, here's a scripture, and I'd run to my tablet, look it up in my Bible, and add it to the list, and kept adding and kept adding. So we're gonna be uh, I mean, this this area, this between your two ears inside, under the crown of your head, if you would, that area, this area is prime real estate. And I've taught on this before. I mean, that's where the battleground is. I mean, some people have they they have perfect health, but their their conflict, they're they're they're they're um they're warring with the devil is is right inside their mind, is right in within within their thoughts that are that are being um you know attacked, if is a good word to you, being attacked by the devil, by Satan. So I thank God. I mean today we're gonna start I'm gonna start this teaching on a laid lay some foundation. We're gonna begin in John chapter 5 and the 39th verse. And this is the teaching of Jesus, and this is important because we're gonna pretty well stick to the teachings uh directly from uh Jesus Christ as he taught, as he was upon the faces of this earth, and taught the people. And here in John 5 and the 39th verse, it's interesting because Jesus is not, I mean, he there was times when he sat inside of a the the the he was being um criticized, would be the word I could use for sitting in the uh a house of a uh of a of the of the wrong person, a a house of of the uh you know of uh um I'm trying to get the English word, but it's not coming to mind. But um the house of a sinner, they were used, and they were you know being accused. But now in John chapter, a publican, there we go, in the house of a publican, but now Jesus is not, he's not talking in the clubs, and he's not on some, he's you know, he's not a guest uh on uh of some program or some show where everybody listening are strangers. He's talking to folks who have a this have access to the scriptures, and I'm gonna be we we received this intelligence from John who writes to us in chapter 5, verse 39. Jesus is saying, search the scriptures. And he's kind of not kind of, but he's pointing out to these people, he says, This is what you do. He says, You search the scriptures, and which which would be a good thing, no doubt, to search the scriptures, but he says, for in them, listen, John 5.39, you search the scriptures, for in them ye think, and underline that word because what you think is important, and I'm not talking about thinking your personal opinion or your personal ideas or what you personally come up with. Our thinking needs to be biblical, and this is what Jesus is kind of pointing out. He says, for he says, in them ye think ye have eternal life, and they, which are the scriptures, are they, again, the scriptures, which testify of me. So Jesus is saying there is a you're you're using the scriptures for a reason, uh, but you're coming to the wrong conclusion. You are rather than to um to associate the scriptures with your religion or with your traditions, or trying to make your traditions relevant versus what you read in the scriptures, you're overlooking something that is very important. So if you're wondering why Jesus said this, you don't even have to turn the page, just back up two verses, 38, 37, and I'm gonna read. And the the the where Jesus kind of sets them up for verse 39, where Jesus kind of kind of what I'm doing right now, laying a foundation to what is about to be said. And so John 5, verse 37, Jesus says, and the Father Himself, I'm gonna ask you a question, who? Amen. The Father, someone say the Father. This is a capital F. This is not Father Pope sitting on, you know, in the in the Vatican. This is not some kind of uh uh whoever that's upon the face of this earth. Amen. This is important as we read verse 37 and verse 38. And the father himself, which hath sent me. Now you begin to see the one accord, you begin to see the union that um the father and the son had between themselves. And he is but Jesus is making emphasis here as he is describing himself. He's not, I mean, John the Baptist came and he said, I diminish that Jesus may uh that Jesus may grow, that he may um the French word is, but um the increase. There we go. Thank you. Um John the Baptist said, I decrease so that he may increase, but now that this is not Jesus that is in a in in that particular mode. This is Jesus who's describing himself. This is not Pierre, uh sorry, Peter, I got some French, you know, let go of the French first in a moment or two. Uh this is not Peter or John or James that are that are pointing to the apostle, uh, or rather, that are pointing to Jesus Christ. These are not apostles, this is the Son of God himself, Jesus Christ, and he's letting them know he said that you you've searched the scriptures, and uh in them he says you're looking for eternal life, but eternal life is actually standing right in front of you, and his name is Jesus. Amen. This is not the the the trying to get their eyes to be opened, this is what Jesus was able to uh conclude in verse 39 after saying or after teaching verses 37 and verses 38. And the Father Himself, which has sent me, someone say me. Amen. Not me as in you or me, me as in Jesus, is talking about himself. Jesus was sent. Amen. Trust, I trust I didn't bring any confusion, but just say Jesus was sent. This is Jesus saying, Me, this is about me. Amen. And so it should be. There is no other name, there is no other way, there is no other truth. This is all about Jesus. Amen. And Jesus here is bringing the scriptures home. Jesus is about to tell him if you read Moses, you're read about me. If you read David, you're reading about me. If you read Abraham, you're reading about me. If you read Ezekiel, you're reading about me. If you read Jeremiah, Isaiah, Joel, Habakkuk, you're reading about me. Amen. Someone say Jesus. Praise God. And the Father Himself, which has sent me, hath borne witness of me. Who are we talking about? Amen. Someone say the name, Jesus. Yeah, and he said, and now now listen, this I this is this has got to hurt. Like I said, he's not talking to the you know, to the wayward on the on the on the street corner. He's talking about people who are walking around with the however the scrolls looked, I know it didn't look like this, but they're walking around with the word of God under their arms. And so, and now Jesus said when we finished this verse, like I said, this is gonna hurt. And sometimes, and and this is what we need in the land today. We need people that we need anointed people, not just people. We need people that are anointed with the Spirit of God to let the world know this is not tolerance, this is repentance, this is not whatever Google or AI has to say, this is the word of God, this is what thus saith the Lord. Amen. This is what our people need. Amen. This is what our this is what our leaders need. Amen. Someone said this week, and I know it's true, I'm not debunking this, it's just it's true. They said, Paula White is Donald Trump's pastor. He needs another pastor, he needs someone that will stand before his eyes. Amen. You have the example when David sat on the throne and he was being told they were talking about justice or talking about, you know, and David is sitting there and he's getting angrier by the moment. Because a man of God by the name of Prophet Nathan was standing before the king, and this is God's anointed. David was God's anointed, and David's sitting on his throne, he's getting matter and matter as the minute goes by. And finally, when Nathan was finished telling the story, David says, Who is that man? That's the way I picture it. Tell me his name, we'll go get him. And the man of God, without fear, he stood and looked at David, he said, You're the man. That sent. This is this is what I'm getting ready to read. In verse 37, this is what sent David to repentance. If there was no prophet Nathan, I don't know if David would have just kept covering up the sin between him and the neighbor's wife. Amen. Adultery that led to murder. Amen. That's that's what happens when sin is tries to be covered up. It gets from bad to worse. But thank God, a man of God stepped in, made his way to the throne. This is what our prime minister needs, this is what the president needs. A man of God or a woman of God. I'm not telling you, oh, you're against Paula because she's a woman. No. That man of God or a woman of God needs to come forth and say, Thus saith the Lord. Whatever you're up to. Amen. This is about, like I said, Jesus brings this home. He says, And the Father Himself, which has sent me, hath borne witness of me, period. He may have got an amen or two. I can picture the folks. Okay, let's see where he's going with this. Let's just stick around. Then Jesus pulls out the hammer of the word and he says, Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor have you seen his shape. I mean, somehow Jesus is wiping the slate clean. Amen. This leads me to believe and to understand that they they had the scrolls. He says, You're searching the scriptures. This leads me to understand saying, okay, they have a Bible or a scroll, whatever you want to call it. It's 2026. Folks have got a Bible. They're searching the scriptures, so it's before their eyes. We can see that. They're searching the scriptures. It's before their eyes, it's in their hands. I want you to picture this. Look at me. I've got a Bible, it's in my hands. I'm reading. My Bible's open to, it's still open to 2 Timothy. Um, may as well finish what I all scripture is given. I'm reading, it's before my eyes. By inspiration of God, it is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction of righteousness or in righteousness. It's being read. But Jesus here is saying, You got up, scroll, it's in your hands. You're reading it, it's before your eyes. But he said, It's not in your heart. You are not receiving the word of God the way the word of God has been written, because Moses pointed to me. This is Jesus talking. Amen. He said Abraham would point to me. Amen. The prophets uh would point to me, whether they be the major prophets or the minor prophets, everything, every word, amen, that is in my hand, every word points to Jesus Christ. Someone say amen. Amen. This is not a book of lies. You know, my Muslim friends will tell me your Bible's been corrupted. No, no, no, no. It doesn't work that way. Amen. It's it's either or. These are not some fairy tales that somebody picked up while riding a camel through the desert. Illiterate to begin with. So how could you can't write, can't read? So how can you put all this? It just became some folklore from a dead and dry, arid place that was demonic, but no, and they and they put it together and they call it a Quran. That's what's taken over the world. Slow but sure. Amen. Give them give them that credit. But they are they are doing it under a falsehood, they are doing it under lies. And I'm talking about the religion of Islam. The more the the more we hear from them, the the less we we uh the less God is in that picture. I mean, like I said, the word of God, it's in their hands, it's it's it that we still have access to it. I mean, they're talking about AI taking over the taking over the written word. Anything that is written, it doesn't matter the comments that you're writing right now on Facebook. Some of you are writing comments right now. The comments that you're writing on Facebook, AI is picking up on that. Amen. If you're posting scriptures, I don't want you to stop. But this is this is the day and age that we live in, to the point where those in charge, those that want to see the Bible disappear, the King James, the Bible that you and I are using today, the Word of God, God's the Old Testament and the New Testament, they're saying AI will take take take that over. And this is why I've said this before. Uh on the you know, we the AI is able to change one day. Anything, this is your this is electronic. So if I get if I call up my Bible, which is asking me for a chapter, which just crashed. Here we go. There's go the Bible. First John 1, 8 and 9. That's what you see in my Bible. That's electronic. I don't really control that. I downloaded it into my phone. It definitely is the King James Bible, but you know who else has access to this phone? Not my wife. Doesn't she know your password? You know what? I don't even have a password. That's how much I trust not only my wife, but I'm a trustworthy guy. Anyone can pick up my phone and you access it. So, but you know who else has control of this phone who can go in and do whatever they want? Because they do it, they get me mad when I get up in the morning to do the abs my verse. What they change things for. I used to press that button and that verse would get pasted. Now, where'd it go? Where'd the switch go? They changed things overnight while I was sleeping, and one day they're gonna do that to the Bible. I don't mean to prophesy doom and gloom, but that's what's happening. We have our parliament again, they laid it to rest. We prayed during the holidays at the end of the year. In our parliament, and I'm Canadian, this is from Montreal, in case you're wondering where you're listening or what I'm talking about. And our parliament again wants to uh wants to remove, I'm saying it politely, wants to remove Romans chapter 1, Leviticus chapter 18, and a couple of references and chapters in Deuteronomy from being read in public, from allowing me to defend this is the truth, this is what an abomination is, this is what this is what displeases God. Amen. So I'm trying to understand whether you voted for this government or not. I'm trying to understand the crises. Notice the plural form of crisis, the crises that this world has, our gas has gone up 20 cents a liter overnight because of war. So you got gas prices, war prices, grocery prices. We got potholes where you're you're driving like as if as if bombs have been dropping. Uh we've got all these crises. So, what is important to you and I? And according to surveys that are given, Canadians, what's important is their grocery bill. That's important. So let's put that up here, grocery bill. We don't want bombs falling on our head. Let's put that up there. War. And we got oil, we got oil, we got more oil than we didn't know what to do with it, but we're not doing anything with it. So let's put oil up here. The oil is a crisis, gas is a crisis, all up here. Well, our government, and this is what is not logical to me. Our government has decided that you know what's important, Bill C9. Let's rip a couple of pages out of the King James Bible. How can they equate? What isn't what how demonic can their thoughts be saying that's as important, this is we we we gotta we gotta destroy some pages in the Bible. At the meantime, do we go to war? Do we not go to war? Are we getting oil? Should we sell oil? Should we produce oil? Should we do a pipeline? What about the gas prices? What about the grocery prices? I mean, that's important. But they're gonna step in, and I know people have told me, they said, don't talk about politics. No, I'm not, I the way I'm not going to Ottawa to talk about politics. Ottawa is coming to my church. Ottawa has come into behind the pulpit where this Bible is and decided to play around with what's inside the house of God. This is where I don't have to step in. I'm already there. I've been there since I've been this high. So I'm not stepping into politics. They've stepped into my church, they've stepped into the house of God, they've stepped into where the authority is what is written in this book and not what somebody decides. Oh, that's offensive. Amen. When I hit a pothole and the alignment goes out, that's offensive because my tax dollars are being used, and I don't really know for what, but anyways. Amen. We need so we need to pray, and we will, we'll pray for them. But at the same time, amen, Jesus is equating, he says, listen, you're mishandling the scriptures. Thank God for eternal life. But here he's saying, listen, verse 38. This will confirm what I've been saying. And if I went on a cotangent for a few minutes, I'll listen to it tomorrow or tonight or during the week, and I apologize. But I'm just saying, just say, I don't I don't want to get started again. Don't die, but I'm just I've just for for we're Canadians, and for what's important for us, I know the word of God is important, but when the government decides there's two, three pages too many, and we're gonna spend time on debating it or passing it or making it a law or a bylaw, then we're gonna spend time persecuting. There's people being shot, being robbed, being raped, being abused, being pedophiled. Take care of that before you decide to mess around with God and his word. Amen. This is the message that needs to be spoken. This is the message that our prime minister and that our president and that the king or whoever else around this world, the king of England, need to hear. Get back to the word of God. Get back to what thus saith the Lord. You've never heard his voice. Are your ears open to hear? When I read when I read 2 Timothy 3.16 and read John 5, 39 and 37. I haven't got to verse 38 yet. Wait until I do. Are your ears open to hear? Because Jesus here is accusing them. This is not the drunk or the sinner down the street. This is the folks that had a Bible in their hands, but not in their hearts. They had a Bible before their eyes, but not in their hearts. He says, You've never heard. He said, The Father sent me. You've never heard them, you've never seen them. Uh oh. Not and to continue, because verse 38 is there, and he says, Ye have not his word abiding in you. Now that confirms what I've been saying. They can see it, they can read it, they can hear it, maybe. It's just not in their hearts, not in their minds. This is the word of God abiding in them. And we're gonna look in a few minutes. I'm gonna get to a gentleman and uh New Testament gentleman that the word of God was forgotten for a few minutes, and man, did he get himself into a whole bunch of trouble? Because the word of God was not on his mind. He says, You search, then we get to verse 39. Uh, let me finish 38. You have not the word abiding in you, for whom he hath sent him ye believe not. So he says, You're Jesus saying, You're reading all about me, but you don't believe me. You can move forward to um not move, don't change places. I'll find it for you. It's John 14 or 15. I think it's John 15. Uh John 15, he said, Um, no, it's John 14. He says, let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God. This this was this this was a given. He says, You believe it. You're reading the scriptures, you're talking about God and all. But he said, The God that you believe in sent me. So you need to believe in whom God has sent. This is John 5. So let's read. Take your Bibles, read, sit. Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. Get to 14. Same problem. You believe in God? Believe in me. I picture Jesus almost saying he's beseeching them. He says, believe in me. And he's talking the next verse in my father's house, there are many mansions. He's still dealing with on the subject of eternal life. This is important for all of us. Amen. Once in hell, there's no way out. The only way out of hell is Jesus Christ, and that's right now. Call upon God for his grace. The grace of God is not for dead folks. The grace of God is for you and I right now. You can hear me, you're breathing. The grace of God can be applied to your life. His mercy can be received if you ask for it. Amen. People, I've said this last week. I think I'll repeat this till Jesus comes. Hell is not a rehabilitation place. It's not where sinners go to rehabilitate. I don't care what the Pope has to say about it, it's what my Bible has to say about it. When you read in Luke chapter 16, it's what thus saith the Lord, it's what's written in God's word. Make sure, and make sure while you're reading it, make sure that's applied to your heart. So you can speak of it. Hold up the word of God. And verse 38, yeah, not his word abiding in you, for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. Verse 39, you search the scriptures for in them you think. It's important what you think. You think you think you can neglect the New Testament, the New Covenant, just keep the Old Testament? You think the Quran's gonna show you the right way? It shows you how to be violent, not the way that God has that God established through his son Jesus Christ. Amen. Even though my Muslim friends will say, Oh, yeah, we believe in Jesus. Not really. Believing in part of him is not believing in Jesus. Jesus comes as a whole package, Jesus comes as in every word which proceeded out of the mouth of God. Jesus comes, amen, as A to Z, one to ten, if you would. You just can't believe that, oh yeah, it was a good man, walked the face of the earth, and then he died. Amen. That's only part of the gospel because I know he died, but he didn't, he wasn't dead for very long. Amen. The Bible says that he came out of the grave within a few hours, and they're getting ready to celebrate again from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which makes no sense. You're missing a night. Amen. What the calendar says doesn't line up. Jesus said, as Jonah was in the belly of the whale for three nights, so shall I be. So when things start on Friday and end on Sunday morning, you're missing a night. It's falsehood. It's a contrary to the word of God. Oh, yeah, but we celebrate the birth. No, a plastic baby under a plastic tree is not Jesus Christ. It's not He who sits, who is sitting at the right hand of the Father making intercession for you and I. This is not Jesus Christ, who we know no longer after the flesh, amen, but who came and became sin because of my sin. Took it and nailed it to the cross, made sure that my name is written in the Lamb's book of life. So when that trumpet sounds, uh, amen, I'm attentive to that sound. And when it sounds, amen, the dead in Christ shall rise first, and those, amen, who shall be left as you and I, if it was to happen that right now, we shall be caught up with him. Praise God. Can someone rejoice or say thank you, thank you, Jesus, at home? I'm gonna rehydrate Luke chapter 12. John gave us John 5, 37, 38, and 39. We received, I mentioned John gives us this intelligence. We're gonna look at Luke, gives us this, gives us right. It's still Jesus teaching. Luke 12, I'm gonna read verses 22, 23, etc., to verse 31. And Jesus said unto his disciples, Jesus speaks. Therefore, I say unto you, take no thought. I have that word highlighted because my text is digital, but you can underline it in your Bibles. Oh, I don't think I finished my thought on digital. Make sure you have one of these. I like this because it's lit up and I can combine all my verses and saves me time from flipping pages and whatever. But make sure you have one of these. Because the day you wake up, I don't want to prophesy this, but it wouldn't surprise me if I wake up one morning and I open up my my King James Bible in my my tablet, my phone, whatever. I open up my King James Bible, and Romans 1 is going to be gone. It's quiet now. It's not prophecy. I'm not saying I'm prophesying it, but I'm saying I wouldn't be surprised. I certainly don't want to prophesy that. Because you and I, we need Romans chapter 1. But if they can go into my phone, if I can have a conversation, and John and Tina, you're witness to this two, three years ago. If we could sit around the fire and have a conversation, and a few minutes later our phones are lighting up, and things are being updated because we talked about a Ford 150, and all of a sudden they think I'm in the market for a Ford. And we talked about things which I won't say because it'll take down this page. And you're listening, you're with you. You can say, Yeah, we lived through that. There's John and Tina and Lori and myself. After water baptism in a cold July 1st, was it, or whenever whenever the date was that year? And what we still talk about and never forget about it. So if they can go in and update software without me, without even asking my permission, let me tell you what AI is gonna start to be or start to become. Amen. You think you think they're going after the Bible? When you have, and um when you have these, the the the the shaker, the makers and the shakers of AI, and um Elon Musk is one of them, and then um his Jewish name, I forget, not Klaus Schwab, but Klaus Schwab's wannabe assistant guy. Um when you have these folks saying anything word, and this is almost a direct quote, anything word, AI is gonna take care of it, gonna take over. So when I get up here and I'm you know ranting on God, they want to take away a page out of my Bible. AI, artificial intelligence, if it's gonna be able to um troll, is a word that's a good word to use, you know, troll with with however it trolls invisibly or whatever, and find out passages that the world doesn't want. I mean, I got saved from this world. The world is not my culture, this is my culture. Can someone say amen? If you're listening on radio, I just picked up my Bible and holding it up. This is my culture, the word of God. So if AI, and this, these are like I said, these are the create, the makers, the creators, small little c small little c the creators of it, they're saying that artificial intelligence will control. I mean, they're trying to, it's trying to rewrite the Bible, it's gonna control the word. If you think the prime minister can, you know, use his authority and pass a bill to take a page out of my Bible, wait till you see what AI can do. Amen. I'm not blaming anybody yourself. I got look, use my this is the verse I read from Psalms. This is the verse I find, this is my French and English Bible, and this is the tablet that I'm preaching from. So if anybody's got electronics, I got three to one electronics, but I also have my heart. Amen. This is where it's got to be. Praise God. This is why, again, scriptures were quoted on the French side by the folks that stood up. Amen. What you say is important, what you say matters, what you think matters. So we need to get, we need to be ready. That's the message on our trailer, that's the message on our billboards. Be ready for his return. We need to be ready, and this is part of being ready. You don't think the devil's ready to take down, take you out?
unknownAmen.
SPEAKER_01We're being targeted, and the word is being targeted. Jesus here was defending the word. He says, Search the scriptures. In them you think you have eternal life, but in them, he says they're talking about me. The devil doesn't want anybody to talk about Jesus Christ. Amen. Hey, you, Peter and John, you spent the night in jail? You know, here's here's the big boss. You know, the director, whatever. I don't think it was Herod, it was one of the sub-leaders. Anyways, whoever it was. Hey, Peter and John, you spent the night from prison? I hope you enjoyed the food. Anyways, we're gonna let you go. Just stop talking about Jesus. Acts chapter 3, if I'm not mistaken, somebody can put it up in the comment section. Confirm what I'm saying. This was 2,000 years ago. Amen. It's like today, there are billboards that are still up. One went up, a new one went up this week. Jesus Savior. So simple. The understanding that people need to have with a picture of the Holy Bible beside it, and yet people are upset. Two words to get them upset, but mainly it's one word, Jesus. It's the first word that kind of stirs up, you know, the devil in them, stirs up the what what the the the spirit of darkness in the mind in the heart of a man and a woman. Amen. It gets the devil angry because it was Jesus Christ that defeated him when Jesus came out of the grave, descended into the depths of this earth, and when he walked out of the grave for the final time, having defeated, having conquered hell and death, he came out dangling some keys. He says, Look what I have. Amen. The devil and to to bear witness, we're the ones where the were the captives that he liberated walking the streets. People are saying, Hey, oh, who's that? Where'd she come from? They're pointing at people that Jesus set free because Jesus had the keys. He went into the Jesus didn't just walk down the street, he went into the devil's house. He went into the devil's place and defeated him on his own ground. That's who we serve, that's who Jesus Christ is. The Allah of Islam, you ain't got nothing on us. You can say whatever you want to say about him. He ain't got no son. Amen. I'm talking about the Allah of Islam. Take no thought. I'm still in verse 22. I'll try to finish this. Luke. Chapter 12. Jesus says to his disciples, take no thought for your life, which ye shall eat, neither for the body, but ye shall put on. Consider. So here's the alternative. We're gonna think about things that Jesus is saying, don't think about them, but rather consider. So Jesus gives us some points, some details, if you would, to consider. So let's read. Um Luke 12, and the next verse says, Um, take no thought for your life. This is 22, what you shall eat, neither for the body, what you shall put on. For life, the life is more. I underline the word more. Because we're gonna read more, then we're gonna read more again, then we're gonna read much more, and then much more. So it does get better. Thank God for more. Someone say more. Someone, someone else say much more. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. Now, verse 24, it says, consider the ravens. Okay, so I'm not gonna take thought, like Jesus said, Don't think about your life, don't think about the food you eat, the clothes you wear. It's more than meat, more than more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which neither have storehouse nor barn. And God feedeth them. Someone say amen. How long does a raven last? I have no idea. What's the lifespan of a raven? Somebody could look it up, and this is important. I'm not just this, I'm not just spewing facts. This is not facts, this is words of spirit and of life. Because we're dealing with temporal things as the list begins to grow. So a raven is not like you and I that have an eternal substance within. Ravens aren't long. I don't I have no idea. I don't maybe even science doesn't know how long a raven lasts. I don't know. I guess it depends on the kind of food they eat. 10 to 15 years. That's what AI is saying. All right. So we're looking at something that lasts for 10 to 15 years. Most of us listening, we're already way beyond. Okay, are those dog ears or are they human ears? Yeah, yeah, you get the point. This is temporal, and as we begin, as we continue to read, we're reading about temporal things, and then Jesus is going to differentiate between what the world goes after and what you and I should go after. This is the point of these scriptures that I'm reading. So let's read together. Read with me. Consider the ravens, they neither sow nor they reap, and uh, which neither have storehouse nor barn, and God feeds them, and they live for 10 to 15 years. How much more? I underline those two words, how much more are ye better than the fowls? Amen. Even though the devil gives you a hard time, you look in the mirror and he starts to put you down, say, hey, wait a sec. Now I'm much more better. Someone say much more. Amen. Fearfully, wonderfully made. Verse 25, and which of you with taking thought, now here we go again, can add. You can use your brain if you want to. And can you add to his stature? Can you add? Can you grow an extra cubit? A few inches, you know, 12, 14, 16, 18 inches taller? No. Verse 26. If ye then be not able to do that thing which is the least, why take ye thought? Oh, there's that word again. Why are you thinking about the rest of it? Amen. Then he comes back with an alternative in verse 27. Just like he said, just like verse 24 starts with the word consider. Verse 27 says, consider the lilies, how they grow. They toil not, and look, lilies, I don't think lilies last for 10 to 15 years. They ain't got the lifespan of a raven. But he says, Look at the lilies, look at how they grow. He says, They toil not, they spin not, and yet I say unto you that Solomon in all his glory, we're not talking about the glory of God, we're talking about the a man's glory. But Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Amen. So it was much more pleasing to look at a lily than it was to look at Solomon. Verse 28. If then God so clothed the grass which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, so they have a lifespan of 24 hours. Right now, what Jesus is saying, these are temporal things. I'm making a point. Actually, Jesus is making a point. I'm just emphasizing, we're going to get to that point in about two verses. What's important in verse 29, he says, How much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? He hits hard again. Amen. He hit them hard in John 5, and he's hitting them hard again in Luke chapter 12 that we're reading. Verse 29, and seek not ye what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink, neither ye uh neither be ye of doubtful mind. It's still talking about the mind. Your thoughts, what you think matters. Amen. Some of you are sitting there saying, I better change my mind. Some of you I've been preaching to you for years, you're still not saved. You better change your mind. Maybe you're sitting there saying, I better change my mind. Get some angels to rejoice. Get some saints to rejoice. Call upon the name of the Lord, and ye shall be saved. Amen. He says, I don't want you to be or possess a doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations, verse 30 and 31, this I'm getting to my point here. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after now. Underline the word seek in verse 30. Because it's going to repeat in the next verse. For all these things do the, if when I was reading this in French, you want to hear what the how the French translated this? In the French site, it said, For all these things do the pagans. French hit a little hard. So all these things do the nations. But since I read this in French a couple hours ago, Louis Segon call them pagans. All these things, but it doesn't matter, pagans or nations, I'm not, I'm in this world, but we're I'm not of it. We're not of it. The nations can do what the nations want to do. But Jesus is saying, these things is what the nations of the world seek after. Key word would be the world. It's what the world seeks after. Now, before I continue reading, the the impression or the thought that I received from this passage is if the world seeks for these things, you and I, as children of God, we will be seeking for different things. We will be seeking for other things. The world's gonna see, the world wants what the world wants, but children of God have a different desire because we have a different heart, because we have a different mind, because we have different thoughts. On his law doth we do we meditate day and night. Second verse in Psalms chapter 1. So getting back to what Jesus said, he says, For these things do the nations of the world seek after. And your father knoweth that ye have need of these things, but he's saying there's something that's a little more important. But rather, someone say, Rather, seek. Now underline that word, because the world seeks, but you and I we seek. And what I seek for is what Jesus told me to seek for. He says, Rather seek ye the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you. I don't seek what the world seeks. Amen. He says, but rather seek ye first the kingdom of God. Amen. Follow peace is a the way the writer in Hebrews wrote it. Amen. With all men and holiness, without such, no man shall see the Lord. Amen. The kingdom of God is within you. This is another scripture that the Bible that Paul taught to the Roman church. The world today, they're trying to understand who does the land of Israel belong to? Who are the, you know, let's follow some genealogy. Let's go, you know, trace some blood. You're trait, you're tracing the wrong blood. Amen. If you want to live in the Old Testament, then die in the Old Testament. I don't want to die under the Old Testament. I want to die under New Testament. Covenant. Amen. And it's not the it it it's it's not um I uh we Romans 11 teaches how you and I were grafted in, how we showed up. And it's not because my blood, uh, the I've never had it done, but I know people, folks that have told me they've shown me um where they I and I don't even know how they do it. I I guess it's computer intelligence or whatever it is. They they trace back their family tree and their lineage, and I'm I got five percent Italian, and I got three percent French, and I got uh 10, you know, are from uh from Irish and and uh 50% of uh of whatever. I don't care, it doesn't matter for those that are 100%, and I've read I I've met people that have personally met people that have, I mean, I I didn't check what they said, but I just believe what they said that that they're 100%. I'm a I'm a Levite or I'm a Benjamite. You know, somehow they they have a they can trace their lineage back all that way back to Levi and back to Benjamin and back to Reuben and back to whoever else, and believe that. But it's that's you you're chasing the wrong blood. Amen. There's something that, first of all, more precious than gold, more precious than silver, more precious than any family tree. It's the blood of Jesus Christ. This is how you and I will be identified when we stand before God. Amen. This is how I identify my brother, my sister. I see the blood that has been that they've been washed in this blood. So it's not by what? So this is what differentiates you and I. The kingdom of heaven is within us right now. It's not a piece of land. It can be promised, and it is. And God's true to his word. So that the promise that God had given that land, that promise is it's still God's promise still sticks to that land. And they can fight all over it till after I die until after I'm long gone. It doesn't matter to me. Because I'm washed in the blood of Jesus Christ. This is the blood that makes the difference. This is what creates a difference in you and I is the work which was run on Calvary, the blood which was shed for you and I for the remission of our sins. Amen. The atonement that was made, they meant through the sacrifice through the Lamb of God as he was introduced to this world. Behold, John the Baptist was pointing, behold the Lamb of God. Amen. Who has come to take away the sins of this world? Amen. So we have an alternative. He's saying, don't take no thought, don't think like this. Rather, consider. When Jesus is asking me to consider something, believe you me, I'm going to be considering what Jesus told me to consider. Can someone say amen? Because if you let that slip, I'm going to read one last passage before I pray. If you let that slip, Mark chapter 4, 4 uh 14. Mark 14. You're the end of the book of Mark? I mentioned we're going to talk about a uh, I think I used the word gentleman. I didn't want to give it away. Mark 14, his name's Peter. And I guess we can call him brother. And I'm going to read one verse. Most of us know the account. Jesus prophetically, Peter is making it say, oh no, Jesus, I'm with you. Do or die. Trying to think of the other expression I've heard people use. Anyways, do or die. Peter's saying, I'm with through thrick and thin. I'm I'm with you, man. Peter's looking at Jesus saying, you can count on me, man. And so Jesus prophetically, and this is the evening, and there's they're sitting, I don't know. Jesus is going through the through the um one of the ordinances of the feet being washed, and and uh Peter's sitting there, saying, I'm with you to the end. Jesus prophetically, he looks up at Peter, and um except that's how I picture the conversation going one-on-one, and the other disciples were listening, and he looks up at Peter, he's and this was the evening, so we we are hours away from sunlight. So if the sun would rise at 5 a.m., we are I don't know, we're six hours, seven hours away. From what Jesus was saying, Jesus looks at Peter and says, before the before the sun rises and the rooster does his thing, you're gonna deny me once, twice, a third time. Something happened. And when I read verse 72 in Mark 14, I'm gonna pray about five minutes. It says, and the second time the cock crew, period. And Peter called to mind. Something triggered his thoughts. Now he hadn't been thinking about that. Around the fire. Again, temporal things. Things that are carnal. Jesus is saying this is what the world, this is what concerns the world. The clothes and the money, and the cars, and the bank accounts, and the jobs, and the positions, and the titles. I think half of what I just said, or most of what I just said, stuck in the church. The churches have problems with that. Titles. And the crowds and the money. Easy to talk about the world, but anyways, these passages are all Jesus. I'll repeat if you're just joining with us. John 5, 39, 38, 37, Luke 12, 22 to 31, Mark 14 to 72. All these passages, one, they're Jesus, and two, they're dealing with the saints. The children, the people of God. Now, this is Peter. So something triggers Peter's thoughts because he had let that slip. I don't know what he was thinking about, but it seemed he was thinking about saving his skin. Hey, buddy, you look like him. Who knows what kind of expeditions came out of his mouth at that point? Trying trying to be different. Trying to be ex accepted of the world. Because these things is what the world seeks after. They listen how you talk, they look at how you dress. Amen. No respect for the house of God. I mean, if your house burned down and all you had was flip-flops to escape your house, well then, preacher, brother Lukewarm, you can show up with your flip-flops behind the podium. But for the sake of who you call yourself, for the sake of who you think you are. Put some clothes on. Instead of trying to be accepted of the world. Because I've been told, well, you know what? If you dress a little more modern. I don't know. My suit might be about what, 12 years old. These pants are new. Because I grew an inch or two on the fireside. But the coat, the shirt, and the tie, they're what 15 years old. That's not modern, old school. I've been told, just take the tie off. Wear some sneakers with the dress pads, which I've never done, but to try, you might get more people, you might have more people listening. We're talking about circumstantial, we're talking about temporal things rather than the spirit of God. So when I open up the word of God, it's words of spirit and of life. And Jesus says, I can take fought. I can sit there and say, well, maybe, you know, try something to be accepted of the world, to be relevant. I've said this before. I know it gets me in trouble, but I've said it before. I'll just say it again. You can show up dressed the way you dress behind the pulpit. You will never be in the audience dressed that way, the way you were this morning. You will never make it into the audience of an earthly king, small little K. And yet, have you forgotten that when you the presence of the king of kings? Somehow it just doesn't compute. I can't make these things connect. Where there should be respect before God. Because you let the small things slip if you're not responsible for the small things. What about the really, really important things? This is biblical teaching. Amen. Well, it doesn't say yeah, it's just faithful. You want me to go scriptural? If you're not faithful for the things that are small, the non-critical things, where is your faith? Oh, ye of little faith. Jesus said it, we just read it. Ye of little faith. So here's Peter trying to make himself relevant, warming himself around the heathen fire. Oh, it's cold. And he gets identified, he gets classified with being a follower of Jesus Christ. Thank God he didn't let things slip for very long. Thank God for the rooster. Because it brought to mind, listen to what we're reading. And Peter called to mind. Oh, yeah, that's what. Let's read what came to mind. The word, underline that. Amen. What came to Peter's mind? Remember. What you think matters. I'm going to pray in a couple of minutes. What came to Peter? Peter, Peter calls to mind. He brings back to remembrance. Oh, the word. Underline that. That Jesus said unto him, who was talking? Jesus Christ. Most of what we read, as I I'm not going to go over the passages that we read, but most of what we read was Jesus Christ talking. Are you going to forget what Jesus just finished telling you today for the past hour? Has it been an hour yet? Oh, Matthew's account. Yeah. No, that like what verse is that the different? It's Matthew's account 26? Matthew. Yeah, Matthew 26, 35. Make a note of that. Somebody can post it in the comments. This was Matthew's account. But I went into some of those details when I'm sitting, like Peter's sitting there saying, I got your back. I'm with you. But what did Matt Matthew say? What did Matthew hear? Though I die? Yeah. So while while while Jesus is cle is close, and this is another teaching. I've taught on this before. While Jesus was close at hand, he said, I'm willing to die. Well, I'm going all the way, man. I got your back. Go check. Jesus said, go, go check your check your gun closet. Basically, what he said. Go home, get your swords, get whatever you need. Because it's going to get rough. While Jesus was close at hand, Peter was there, but now Jesus is he's a little ways off. I'm going back to where I was. Well, Peter's around the fire. But the Bible says, Jesus looked, and I think I taught on this before. Jesus is looking at Peter. I'm watching you, buddy. Oh, there is the first denial. Still doesn't come to Peter's mind. And then Jesus still got his eyes. Jesus is watching. There is a second denial. Then when the rooster crows here, the rooster makes a sound, and whatever the rooster sounds like, I'm not going to try to imitate that. The rooster makes a sound and Peter goes, Oh no. Something triggered. And the Bible says, Peter looked and he saw Jesus looking at him when Jesus looked. He says, Peter, I'm watching you. Didn't I just tell you? And what does Peter remember? He says, Oh, when he comes to his mind, he says, Oh yeah, the word. Someone say the word. That Jesus is the word. The word that Jesus said. Uh-oh. Thank God Peter was able to repent. Before the cock crowed twice, this is what Jesus said. He remembered what Jesus said unto him. Before the rooster crows twice, thou shalt deny me three times. And when he thought, I underline the word, put an arrow, asterisk, circle it, do it. When he thought, when Peter thought, thereon, he wept. What you think matters? I'm going to pray. 60 seconds. Let's all stand. This is the foundation to what we're going to be looking at for the next two, three weeks. But let's not jump ahead or look ahead. Let's be thankful for what we received today. Hallelujah. If you're standing, your hands are up. Talk to God. Don't let me forget. I know on the French side, and brother didn't even know what I was going to preach. And uh brother came forward, he sang a couple of songs, and one of the songs was Jesus, I'll never forget. Some of you can you can play that softly and slowly, the slow version of it. Jesus, I'll never forget. Just so people can have this in their mind as their hands are up and they're praying, Jesus, I'll never forget what you said to me, what you did to me for me. Jesus, I'll never forget. Father in heaven, I pray lest we forget. As we do these things in remembrance, we read over and over again. But I thank God for your Holy Ghost that led us today into the truth of your word. No wonder the devil wants to get rid of the Bible. Because we can spend just a few minutes in the Bible and look how we can be exhorted, be uplifted, be edified, be encouraged, be strengthened to the power of your word. The life which we have received, Lord, I pray every single person listening within the sound of my voice, they will never forget what Jesus has done. Refer to the scriptures as often as you need to. Read it every day. Remember it, meditate on it. Make sure the seed, the word is in good ground, bringing forth fruit. Lord, I pray our roots are going down deeper today than they ever were before. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Lord. Even though the devil is up his auntie, we still have more power. Greater is he that is in us, greater is he that is in my sister, greater is he that is in my brother than whoever's in this world. I thank God for those who are standing in the gap and they're making a difference. That gap, the breach can be healed, can be mended in such a way to bring you glory and to bring you honor, Father in heaven. Lord, we're thankful for what Jesus Christ has done. We have the scriptures. We search, but there is an understanding that we have received from your spirit of who Jesus is. When we read Moses, we see Jesus. When we read Jeremiah, we see Jesus, we see your son. When we read Isaiah, Ezekiel, we see Jesus, your son. When we read the gospels as we were today, we see Jesus, your son, whom you sent. Lord, I thank God that we can have this understanding, that we can have this knowledge, that we can have this vision, for without it we perish. So what we have received today gives us life. What we have received today gives us that strength to stand and the and the and the place to stand upon a rock which is solid in Jesus' name. Gates of hell shall not prevail against the church which Jesus Christ has built. Blessed, my brothers and sisters, for the time we spent today together. Lord, I pray if there's any listeners for the first time, the accent may be a little different, the style may not be the same, but Lord, I pray that the word of God was what was seen, what was received, was what was heard by your spirit to make a difference. All my brothers and sisters listening to That's the Truth on Radio and Live 365. Maybe they be blessed in different parts of the U.S. and different parts of Canada. Maybe get to know this ministry, may get to work with us. Because we mean business. We're not here to fill up the seats that are in front of me. We're here to fill up heaven. That's what counts. Those that received the Bible, touch that young man that came to the door. After seeing a billboard, he came to the door of the church a couple of days ago and he asked for a Bible, went home with a Bible. He asked for a Bible. He was given life, he's given the word, he's given what he needs to get to know you, Father in heaven, Lord. Lord, I thank God for the anointing that was upon this teaching, which we received today. That anointing breaks the yoke, breaks the bondage. In Jesus' name, Lord, I pray. Praise God. Looking forward to the next time we gather together with saints and believers. And until then, Lord, I trust, believe by faith. What we think, what we think on, what we meditate, is making all the difference in our lives. Father in heaven, I give you all the praise and all the glory in Jesus' name. Amen and amen. What you think matters. This is what we looked at today. We're coming back. This is part one. It's gonna be a part two, probably a part three, probably a part four, because I got a lot of verses. I'm still scrolling, five, six. Today we went through almost a page. I think I got seven pages of verses. But it's gonna be good, it's gonna arm us, give us the mind which was also in Christ. We'll get there. Thank you for your patience. Praise God. Thank you for joining with us. My name is Lincoln, and I love each and every one of you. Um, my wife and I, we appreciate the fact that you allow us into your homes, into your areas, you know, where you listen, and uh we can bring the word, we can pastor, we can minister to you, and uh we continue to pray. If you're looking for the life of lives, Jesus Christ came to give us, give you that life. It's it's time to go to God and and say, God, be merciful unto me, a sinner. Sick and tired of the way I was yesterday, the way I was this morning, the way I have been all week long. And uh I'm ashamed of it. I want to change, I want to be a new creature. Just talk to God. Amen. This is repentance. You repent. Tired of being the cursor, the gambler, the pervert, the the addicted, the what the list goes on. I don't know your life, the list goes on. Maybe you're a great moral person, you just gotta repent and say, Here I am. Lived a life, a selfish life for all these years. Here I am today. I want to live for Jesus Christ. Maybe that's all it is. I know everyone's not the murderer, not the liar, not the cheater, not the gambler. I understand that. But everyone does need Jesus Christ, everyone does need to be washed in his blood. Everyone needs their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life in order to receive the gift of God, which is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. So that's it. Amen. Talk to God and come to God in a way that your life will be changed for the better, for the best. Amen. We were some of the words that we were reading today, amen. More, more, much more. God knows. It is not the will of God that any man perish. That's you. No, no, no, there's eight billion people on the face of this earth. Yeah, any man. It's not the will of God that any amongst the eight billion people perish. If you want a more modern version of it. Amen. He's not slack concerning his promise. Amen. What we have read today is gonna come to pass. Amen. Peter let it slip, but Jesus said, This is what's gonna happen before tomorrow morning. But thank God something triggered Peter's mind and he remembered what Jesus said. I want you to remember what Jesus said, what we read today. Remember those words until Jesus comes. The trumpet is gonna sound soon and very soon. So you need to remember these words. And in the meantime, be blessed. Do not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ. Hey, you're listening to That's the Truth. My name is Lincoln. Thank you so much for joining with us today. I love you all. Remember what you think matters. Until next week, let's be blessed. Thank God for our brothers and sisters that joined with us from Africa, from Newfoundland, from North Dakota, from New Mexico, from Alberta, from Quebec, from Saskatchewan, from Manitoba, from wherever else, wherever I miss today. He's gonna love you until the next time. Amen. Y'all blessed.
