This is how you can help me preach the gospel of Christ, salvation for this generation. Well, let's get right to it. Get your Bibles. There's a lot to read because God has a lot to say to us directly from the Word of God. You're listening to That's the Truth. I want you to clap your hands only if you know. There's gonna be some people clapping their hands. Praise God. We have come to praise him today. Hallelujah. We're not in this place with doubt. Amen. With any we don't even have concern. Doesn't matter what's happening in this world today. Praise God. I woke up this morning. I'll back it up a little bit. I went to bed last night in peace. Praise God. I woke up this morning, still have peace. Amen. This is meeting number three for us in Newfoundland. We still have peace. Praise God. That's what I know. Hallelujah. So if you if you know like I know, if you know what you ought to know, clap your hands. Praise God. Testify and say, God has been good to me. Hallelujah. We've come to this place to praise him and to give him glory and to give him honor. To lift him up. Praise God. Blessed be his holy name. Someone say he's so good to me. So good to me. I want you to testify it at home. He's so good to me. Praise God. There's a verse, the last verse in Psalm 52. It says, I will praise thee forever because thou hast done it. Praise God. And this is what our sister is talking about. That he has done so much for me. Praise God. On the French side, I don't know where the words came from, but they added a couple of words. It says, He has done it in my favor. That's how the French verse, wherever they came up, those two words, I don't know, but seeing that I'm bilingual, I'm gonna borrow a little bit from the French side and say, He's done it in our favor. We have a God that is a good God. Amen. The sisters sang it a little earlier, saying that God is great. Praise God. Amen. So if I continue with that train of thought, God is great, He is greatly to be praised. We have come to this place to praise Him. Praise God. Hallelujah. I'm glad for some folks that came back tonight. Good to see my brothers and sisters. I don't know what's keeping other people awake. Praise God. On such a beautiful day, if you look behind me, praise God, such a beautiful day that God has given us in Newfoundland. Praise God. But this is the day that the Lord hath made. Praise God. Amen. Blessed be the name of the Lord. I know earthly people are talking about their mothers. Mothers get one day a year for what they do, and we need to pray for them. That is for sure. But today is the day which the Lord hath made. Doesn't matter what people put on it or say on it. Amen. Some people are looking at the clock every five minutes. When are they gonna drop the puck? When are they gonna drop the puck? When are they gonna drop the puck? Amen. But I thank God that the word of God will have free course in our lives if we allow it. Can someone say amen? And I will wait on thy name, for it is good before thy saints. Praise God. Not everybody can take this to heart because they're not saints. Amen. Not everybody can have the same testimony which I've just read from Psalm 52, being the last verse in that chapter, because they're not they're not serving God. But I thank God today that we have come into this place to praise Him. Amen. I don't know what you come to do, but I come to praise my God. Amen. I come to lift up a holy name. Praise God. Amen. I come to clap my hands, testify, my you know, shout. Amen. I'm also here to preach. So we're gonna get our Bibles in a few minutes. Share this link. I welcome everyone who is online. Praise God. Amen. And uh, are we on four? Did you check the app? Because we have an app, I gotta get used to that. So everyone on Facebook, I welcome you. Everyone on YouTube, I welcome you. If you're on That's the Truth app, praise God, I welcome you as well. And um on godly.tv, if you're listening, I welcome you as well. Live 365, That's the Truth Ministry on the Internet Radio Station. I welcome everyone of you. And whenever I go look at the map and the statistics from all over the U.S. and some places in Canada, some listeners in Saskatoon and um on this week and different places uh in the United States, a lot of places which I have yet been to. So I appreciate your listening and I trust that the word of God is blessing you. Praise God. Right now, this is a live stream from our church in central Newfoundland, and we are here to give God praise. I'm gonna ask everyone to stand as we put ourselves into a position to go to God. Amen. I know some of you say, Well, we've stood this afternoon, and you had us on our feet for a while this afternoon. And for some of us, this is for for um most of us in English, this is double portion Sunday. Praise God. The Saints in Rimby wrote me a text and they said, We just love Sundays when you're in Newfoundland because we get blessing, amen, times two, praise God. So that's the text I received from the saints in Rimbi. For some of you, it's triple blessing, praise God, because we were not only did we have our English service, but on the French side, and now we're back on the English side, praise God. And I'm looking forward to the word of God because there is a word, praise God, a word which cometh from God, a word which cometh from the Lord, amen. Heaven and earth shall pass. Thank God for the word, amen. Put your hands up in the air and let's be thankful. Praise God, Jesus said, and we're living in those times, and we're gonna look, amen, at some scripture verses, praise God, that that will denote. In fact, we're gonna look at some scripture verses that prove the Bible is right. Amen. Because 2,000 years ago, when Jesus said there's gonna be wars, what do we have? Amen. I know some of you are mad at the president, but Jesus said there's gonna be wars. We need somebody to start the wars, amen. Whether you agree with it or not, Jesus said there's gonna be rumors of it. What do we have? Rumors we're talking. Uh they don't stop in Ukraine, they're gonna start in Iran, they're gonna start there. Those are the rumors, amen. Important scriptures. I brought this to uh I brought this out, I pointed this out on the French side this week. If you if you um in your in your uh time in your devotion time, read Luke chapter 17, Matthew chapter 24, and Matthew chapter 25. Praise God, and listen to the indications that we have from Jesus. And I use indications lightly because it's a prophetic word. Amen. It's Jesus telling you and I what is to come to pass, and we know, praise God, we know him as the son of the living God. I'm just I'm not I'm calling Jesus a prophet because he prophetically spoke a word into our lives. So he is a prophet, but he is much more than just a prophet. Amen. In the in the Islamic religion, they only go so far, they only take him to a prophet, and that's about as far as you're gonna get. You need Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, to get to the Father. Amen. No eternal life, amen. I thank God for the prophets, I thank God for prophecy, but Jesus Christ, and we're gonna look at that today, the ninth part of our series, and if you're online, you can see the subtitle, Keep Jesus in mind. Praise God. And that's what we're gonna look at today. I want to strengthen your hearts and your minds with this with the with this word as we bring this series to a conclusion. And I want you to be ready for what is to come in the end time. So our hands are up. Let's pray, Father in heaven. We're so thankful for this day which you have given us. You have brought us back a second time into this house where it where there's no famine, where we can read and we can receive by your spirit, by the Holy Ghost, which will lead us and which will conduct us and give us direction into your word that will help us as we read, with eyes that are open to see, ears that are open to hear, and a heart that is open to receive and to perceive today. We can't do it without the Holy Ghost. We know Jesus, your son, was amongst us for a few years, but as he ascended, the Holy Ghost descended. And I thank God that your spirit is with us today, praise God, until Jesus comes. So we are grateful and we are thankful for the opportunity which we have once again to come into your presence with praise, with thanksgiving. We've walked through these doors. It didn't matter what song was playing, it didn't matter who was singing, we were coming into your presence, and I thank God for that blessing, praise God, bestowed upon us once again. We're thankful for this property which we have, the protection that keeps us uh keeps these doors open. And I thank God, amen, for our churches in Africa as well, in Banco, in Kotonu, and in Kindia, the properties that are there, that they be protected, praise God. It doesn't matter what religion may want it or they may be going after it until Jesus comes. This is holy ground, and we can rebuke the devil and unclean spirits, spirits of darkness, and spirits of religion as well, and to cast them out in Jesus' name, praise God. Thank God for our property in Montreal as well, in Jesus' name, as a light of the world, praise God, for the name of Jesus Christ, which is lifted up, just as we have the name of Jesus Christ right above my head, praise God, his name above all other names, praise God. Thank God for my brothers and sisters listening right now. I bless each and every one of them that they receive what they need, praise God. We all may, we all, we're all here, we all have ears to open and eyes to see and a heart to receive, but each and every one of us, we may have a specific need, something a little different in our bodies. It may ache around here, it may ache here, it may ache over here, or it may ache in the wallet and the finances, whatever it is, praise God. I thank God today that you come to our need and you provide for us according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. There is a supply, and I thank God that we can partake, we can draw, we can withdraw from that supply and be blessed in Jesus' name. Those who are at home because of distance or because of the time of day, bless them, praise God, in the hospital room, in the residence room. Some folks are listening right now to this prayer, and they are incarcerated, they're behind bars, but come to their, praise God, to the wherever they may be, enter it's by your spirit, enter into that room and touch them. May they be exhorted and edified and uplifted with the word of God which we have in store, which you have in store for us today, praise God, which we have emanating from the house of God here in central Newfoundland. Once again, I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to bless my brothers and sisters and to encourage them, for he that endureth unto the end, the same shall be saved. We are thankful for the work which your son Jesus Christ did wrought on Calvary, which took place, the words which were uttered, that the the your will which was accomplished, and everything that they he received stripes upon his back so that we may be healed. He was chastised so that we may have peace. He was wounded because of our transgressions, he was bruised because of our iniquities. We are thankful as we look not only at prophecy, knowing that this has come to pass, that this has taken place, but we are thankful that we can live within the center of your will, blessed by the promises you have spoken to us, given to us through your word, and you knowing that you are faithful and that we just all we need to do is to ask and we receive. And I thank God, Lord, as we have uh given, worked on this other promise that says to give and we should shall receive. We have given of our sacrifice of praise. We have come into this house, we've clapped our hands, we have given of our presence, we have given of our time today, and I thank God for the next 60 minutes or so, we are about to receive what we need, really need for all of eternity. We are about to receive what we need to endure unto the end. We are about to receive, amen, that will make a difference that will separate the light from the darkness, the unbeliever with the believer. And I thank God today, praise God, that we can be found on that way. Amen. The man of God, the prophet prophesied, there shall be a way. And I thank God that we are not wayless today, praise God. We are on that way. His name is Jesus Christ, that way leadeth unto eternal life. And I thank God for every one of my brothers and sisters walking that way, the way of holiness, alongside with me. Praise God. I'm gonna pray for a few people that are listening. They'd be found on the wayside, but right now, today, make today your day in Jesus' name. Once again, as I beseech, as I as I ask and plead with you that today is the day of salvation. Make it your day today. Doesn't matter what you're living in, doesn't matter what the sin is, get out of it. Amen. Before sin gets rid of you in Jesus' name, praise God. Call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and you shall be saved. If you believe it in your heart, confess it with your tongue, it takes place in your life. Make that decision today. Now, if they if they need a couple of minutes, I'm gonna preach and encourage them. Give them the warning of what has taken place in this land. If they only could see it and believe it, they'll come to you, they'll call upon you to be saved, Father in heaven, praying for our children, our children's children, maybe uncle or aunt, brother or sister, mom or dad, poppy or nanny, praise God, whoever it is, Lord. In Jesus' name, I thank God for this opportunity. Once again, hallelujah. Use this vessel unto excellence to speak the word, your word, amen. Your way, your will. May it be found making its way into good ground today. I thank God for good ground. Praise God, good ground today. In Jesus' name, Lord, I pray. Amen and amen. Praise God. Someone say thank you, Jesus, for the word. Praise God. Thank God for good ground today. Praise God. Amen. Shout unto him with a voice of triumph. Amen. Make some noise. As long as it's a joyful noise. Amen. Put a smile on your face and be thankful. Praise God. We're about to get into God's word. I'm thankful. Praise God. Amen. Y'all didn't come for nothing tonight. Amen. You've come to receive. Amen. And God will honor your presence. Praise God. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. And amen. Praise God. You can keep your hands up for a moment or two. Give God your best with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind. If you're already tired and you're looking for a place to sit, make sure you have a Bible in your hands. Amen. Because we're getting ready to read. Praise God. We're getting ready to receive what the what the Spirit of the Lord has to say unto the church of God today. Praise God. Amen. So get yourself comfortable as we get ready to receive. Hallelujah. If you're still up, say thank you, Jesus. Praise God. Blessed be the name of the Lord. And get your Bibles. Do what I'm about to do. I'm gonna get my Bible. Hallelujah. Praise his holy name. We don't have to get quiet now. And hear someone say something. There we go. Praise God. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Praise God. Amen. Praise God. Thank half the organ didn't show up today. Praise God. When I was sitting off to the side listening, I'm going, you know what? There's two speakers, and they're supposed to make some noise, but I think there's only one making noise, and it happens to be the least of the two, but something else to look at. Hallelujah. But thank God for the voices of our holy sisters. Praise God to encourage us. Amen. And have us uh prepare our hearts and minds for what we are about to receive. Praise God. Someone say thank you, Jesus. And a couple of you in the comment section. You can encourage my sister Trudy and my um companion in the gospel. Praise God, my wife, of over 40 years. Praise God. Amen. I only have one wife, so don't say who me. No, we've I'm thanking my sister Trudy. We're just brother and sister. Yes, my Proverbs 31 wife and my sisters, amen. Thank God. When I'm hungry, there's always food prepared. Praise God. When I have to put some clothes on, they're always, amen, neatly selected and laid out. Amen. And she's not demanding, she's just saying, give me an organ that works. Praise God. We have one in Montreal. Amen. That doesn't work. Well, between that one and this one, we might be able to put something together tomorrow. Praise God. Hallelujah. But you know what works? It's not a trick question. Someone answer me. Tell me what works. There we go, my sister. Praise God. Standing behind the camera, if you didn't hear her, she said the word of God. Because everything seems to be going down, seems to be quitting, shelves are getting bare in the every it's just the same, it's like we live in a chaotic world. And you have the what's if it's collapsing or whatever's going on out there, there's one thing that I can depend on, and that's God's word. Amen. Praise God. If you have your Bibles and your Bibles are open, amen. I thank God for that blessing. If you've noticed, uh, this is part nine. I don't think I meant I did mention it in the description. This is the last of the series. And um I thank God for the blessing that we have to bring to um the past couple of months. We're speaking of the mind and uh the heart. I just said these this is connected. Praise God. And what comes out of your mouth, it's because it's what's in your heart, Jesus said, and in abundance. So you can't, there's no hiding it. And um this is what we've been looking at for the past couple of months. If you miss the series, uh go back and listen to it. And um, if we do, if my wife and I do um start evangelizing on the road, and some of the some a part of the a good portion of the series, a good number of these, are going to be um repeated when there's no live streaming on Sundays. So um, but it's worth. I mean, I've listened to them, several of them, over and over again. And um the the it it just encourages me to be to have the right mind. Amen. Because the devil is there with all kinds of of um ways and distractions and influences just to keep to keep. To keep our mind off of the prize, the mark, amen. The prize of the high calling to keep it off the mark, but I thank God that the the um the word of God which we have received today gives us this understanding, and I can count on God's word for being true. Amen. Thank you for that. Yes, amen. It sounded like it was coming from experience. Amen. I can count on God's word. I mean, God has spoken, and the Bible teaches us this. God has spoken an unfailing word. Amen. It doesn't fail. He said, My word doesn't fail. I send it out. He said, I don't send it out in vain. I don't send it out for nothing. Praise God. This is God whom we serve. So despite the circumstances, and you know, as I already mentioned, wars and rumors of wars and whatever this society is is coming, coming to, amen. I thank God that the the beg that we have, that I have the word of God, that we have the word of God in our lives. And um I mentioned it, mentioned this this morning, but for those of you who didn't know we were online or for whatever reason you haven't heard the program yet, uh the you have people, and and this is religious, I'm gonna bring this inside the church now, because what they do, if they're predicting a hockey score, that makes no difference to me. I don't care who wins or loses, it doesn't affect my soul in any way. And so I the I'm determined to make it unto the end. Praise God. That's where that's where victory is, praise God. And I thank God for for that salvation. But but for whatever people are saying, we can't take the um the chance to guess. That's why we have the word of God. I don't guess, I read the Bible. Can someone say amen? Amen. I don't I don't guess the you know what's gonna happen tomorrow, what's or what's gonna happen the next day. I I read the scriptures, I read the Bible, and I the it gives me a something I can hold on to. Amen. It gives me a grip, praise God, to the circumstances when the devil wants to discourage us with whatever is um uh whatever is happening around us. So when Jesus teaches us to pray, he says, give us this day, and the reason why he said this day, because I need it today, someone say, I need it today. Amen. Our daily bread. Praise God. Can't skip a day. Amen. Can't skip a day. The body can fast, the Bible teaches us to fast, to turn our plates over, and we can fast a meal, we can fast two meals, or we can fast a day or several days. But when it comes to my spirit, my soul, the inside of me, I there's no fasting. Amen. I need my daily, I need to eat every day, praise God. And so for some of us, we've, as I said, we've we're coming to the table for the second time today, and we are blessed, praise God, with the amen, blessed with the gospel of Christ. Last week when I was reading scripture, and um we're I was talking about because this seems to be infiltrating the church system these days, where they're that and it's and it's demonic because the devil doesn't want anybody to work for the kingdom. So as soon as somebody gets up to do something, they get for well, you can't, you know, you cannot, and I know we're not saved by works. Again, don't take this out of context. Ephesians by faith, amen, by grace, Ephesians 2, verses 8 and 9 is why I stand here today. But Ephesians 10 kind of describes what I've been doing since I've been saved. Amen. For we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works. Praise God. So last week when we were reading, we read some B-E, the word be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace, be as it becometh the gospel of Christ. B, B, B, B, B. Amen. This is not, it doesn't sound as if it's optional. It's letting us, it's letting you and I know, not only one who we are in Christ, but it's letting us letting you and I know who we ought to be in Christ. Amen. When it says, when Paul was writing and saying, be perfect, and I know that bothers some people, be of good comfort, be of one mind, and this is what the kind of the emphasis because we're talking about the mind, what you think matters, and be live in peace and be as it becometh the gospel of Christ. Amen. So when we have when you have scriptures that say follow peace with all men, with all women, and holiness, for without such no man shall see the Lord. When when there when there's teaching in the Bible that teaches us how we ought to live, how we ought to be following Jesus Christ. Amen. If some of you ended up in a club this week, you weren't following Jesus into the club. Amen. If you end and ended up in fornication or adultery or gambling or buying a ticket or whatever, you weren't following Jesus. Amen. Jesus is up to better things than being disobedient or being carnal or being fleshly or worldly, whatever about the mammon, whatever you want to call it. Amen. If the Lord is your shepherd, he's not leading you into dark areas of sin and of wickedness. He is leading you by the still waters. He is leading you into green pastures, not nightclubs, not dark places for their deeds of darkness. Amen. We concluded last week in 1 Peter chapter 4 in the second verse that we are we no longer live according to the lusts of men. Amen. Now that can include yourself, but it also includes everybody around you that's saying, hey, let's light one up. Hey, let's go to the club. Hey, let's share, you know, let's buy a$20 ticket and share the gambling or share the winnings or what you have. People that come along and make you offers, they some people even call me or text me and they say, Well, maybe you shouldn't preach or shouldn't talk about these things when you're preaching or when you're on online. No, this is the the Bible says that we are to in that same verse, 1 Peter 4 2, it says, but we are to live according to the will of God. So if somebody comes along with their own will or their own desire and trying to put some influence into my life, uh, well, no, I live according to God's will. I mean, you might want me to think or to preach or to interpret or to teach different things and what makes your flesh happy or what would make you happy, but I'm here to make God happy. Amen. I'm here to please God. Amen. With all the faith that I have, you can read the sixth verse in Hebrews chapter 10. For without faith, it is not possible to please God. It's impossible to please Him. So don't even bother to try. Amen. Get some faith. Well, how do I get faith, brother? Well, open up the word of God. Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Even now, I don't want to get carnal, but if you have a faith meter, that's it's it should have already been going up because I don't know how many scriptures I've quoted, how many scriptures we've read, even the sisters singing. Some of amen, some of the lines that they were singing in their courses was literal quotes from the Bible. Your faith should be on the increase, for we grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Praise God. Why? Because we are here because of Him. Amen. And we're gonna find out what G what Jesus in Christ where we ought to be. As I said, keep Jesus in mind. Praise God. Amen. So last week I left you off with first uh we left off at first Peter 4 and the second verse. I'm gonna add the fourth verse within that chapter because, see, I was trying to explain some things, and even this week when I was listening to the program, I was saying, you know what, after three sermons, after six hours of preaching, yeah, I could have been a little more detailed, a little more specific when I brought when I wanted to, at the last two minutes, when I said we we we live, we don't live the rest of our time in the flesh unto the lusts of men. Amen. So and I have received over the years so many people indicating, you know, hinting at me, saying, just don't talk about politics or don't talk about the president or don't talk about you know the sportsplex or all the they they they they want to limit, but we we need to be um uh we we need to receive the warning. And for those of you listening this this morning, um I I mentioned there's three words which is uh important, which I wanted to draw from that verse, and um which is we preach, and uh the the third word was we teach. So you have the preaching over here, and you have the teaching over here. So you got like picture two bookends preaching, we preach, and the teaching. What was the word in the middle? What was word number two? You remember that from this morning? We preach warning. See, no preaching, no warning. Amen. No teaching, no warning. And this is remember reading this this morning in Colossians 1:28. So, what I'm about to read, I'm gonna read 1 Peter 4 4, wherein they think it's strange that you run not with them. No, I don't preach like you want me to preach. Amen. I don't preach like your favorite pastor or your church where you belong. Amen. When I come out, amen. I'm before I come out, and some of you like I come out from the side all the time, but before I come out, I'm on my knees saying, empty my mind and fill it with what the Holy Ghost wants me to say. Amen. Because for those of you who know me, I've got a lot of things I'd like to say, but I depend on the Holy Ghost so that I say the words that God would want me to say, amen. In excellence, according to his will, a word that will do some good in good ground. Amen. This is my responsibility, and I'm serious when it comes to that. Praise God. Some of you trying to get a hold of me, you send me texts. Why doesn't he answer the phone on Saturday, even Saturday all day or at night, unless it's an emergency, I will. Saturday and something, my phone is off. Amen. On Sunday, I don't I don't want to be disturbed, I don't want to hear things that can be dealt with on Monday because I'm dealing with souls that may be found wanting, with souls that are still in the balance and they're being waived. Hallelujah. And the responsibility that I have is to preach so that they may be warned, is to teach the teaching so that every man, and that verse says every man. Amen. So this is just not limited to a certain ministry or a certain um certain uh persuasion as far as religion is concerned. This is for every man. Amen. So when verse 4 in 1 Peter 4, 4, which I could have left off, let's don't run with them, amen. Wherein they think it's strange that you're not running with them in the same excess of riots, and then they speak evil of you. I don't agree with what he said. Amen. I try to read, I try to back up everything I say so that we have one mind, that we have the same mind, that we can be like-minded. Amen. And the only way we can be like-minded is if you and I are both handling the same book. That's King James Bible in your hands. Well, that's what I'm gonna read from. Amen. That's gonna help. Praise God. Some of you have been at this for years, and I thank God. Some people come and and and I mean, after all the times that I've been reading the Bible, it's become easy for me to hear another version, another way of translating something or interpreting something. And just it just kind of rubs me the wrong way. It's like as if you took sandpaper and rolled up my sleeve and started rubbing sandpaper on my skin, that would that feel very good. Amen. And this is why how the a corrupted word of God it rubs it up against my soul. And this is what we're this is what we're facing today. Because the you have the devil that is come to destroy everything and anything that God has made. And look around us, I've already pointed to the nice day that God has given us. When I see creation, and I've said this before, creation demands a creator. Hallelujah. And the Bible teaches us that all things were the nothing was made unless it was made by Him, by Jesus Christ, by the word which was spoken, which was kept, which was put, which put the elements in place, and which are keeping the elements in their place. Amen. I don't know for how much longer. As I said, things are starting to fall apart. But thank God that we can still maneuver, we can still be in traffic, we can still go to work. Young child, young people, you're going to school tomorrow. We can still, you we're still, you know, maintaining our lives and such, but you can you we we we have begun to see the crumbling. And this is where we need to keep Jesus in mind. Amen. We have men and women that are standing up, they're leaders, whether you voted for them or not, we need to be praying for them. And yet they stand. Find the book of Ju uh Hebrews. We're gonna go in the book of Hebrews, and we we have leadership that are standing up, and there's they're saying, there's sometimes they're saying some funny things. And um sometimes they they they try to even be biblical or scriptural, and they try to lean, you know, to their understanding. But there is, I mean, we have an old testament example, excuse me, we have an old testament example, and that example is there were kings and then there were priests, and we have examples in the Bible where um sometimes the the king wanted to take on the priestly duty and God shut them down in a hurry. Amen. Because there's a difference, except for Jesus Christ, and we are made in that likeness right now. Uh Jesus Christ being after the order of Melshedec, he was a high priest and a king. But otherwise, and and we we have people that are they're you know, what I'm trying to say is they're not called, and yet they think they have an understanding of it. I mean, stick to the news, or stick to fixing the potholes, or balancing the balancing the balancing the um balancing the budget or doing what government folks are supposed to be doing. Stay out of my church. Stay out from trying to tell me this is how, this is what we're gonna believe, or this is what you can't read, and this is what you should be reading or you can't be reading or should be doing or should be saying. Amen. Thank God that we have the liberty that I have tonight. When I when I was reflecting on the sermon that I preached a few hours ago in French, a couple hours ago, um, we'll be blessed if Facebook keeps me on. Amen. But I may as well take advantage of every word which proceeded out of the mouth of God before the government starts to narrow it down, starts to take some scriptures away and say, you can't be reading from this chapter, from Romans chapter 1, you can't be reading from and today we're gonna visit Genesis chapter 19 for a few verses and then jump right back into the New Testament. And I thank God today someone can say every word and be blessed by it. And in fact, uh, here in the book of Hebrews, the eighth chapter, so there's a little bit of a revision, what you what you may have missed last week and even this morning. Praise God when I read Colossians 1 28, whom we preach warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. So, as I said, whatever you read, I underlined the word preach, warning and teaching. So that, like I said, picture two bookends with what's in the middle. Praise God. Amen. You don't read the bookends, they just hold the books up, and that's what the preaching and the teaching does. Amen. I've even had people go as far to say as you should not be preaching, you should not be teaching. And they'll use some scripture verse to say that's not permitted in the in the church today. So I don't know what Bible they're reading from. Jesus told me to go into all the world and to preach it and to teach it, amen. All nations. Praise God. So I'm gonna use I'm gonna use a few scriptures today, and we're gonna look at what you and I ought to have, what what you and I ought to be thinking about, thinking on, what you think matters. And we're gonna read where we ought to keep Jesus in mind. Hebrews chapter 8, these are Old Testament quotes being written to the Hebrews, and the verse, I'm gonna read verses 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, someone say better, which was established upon better promises. Amen. You've heard me refer to the word better in the book of Hebrews. You have 13 chapters in Hebrews, and you have 13 uses of the word better. Amen. So next time you read through the Hebrews, which would take you only about 45 minutes to read through, underline the word better every time you see it, because it does get better. Someone say better. Verse 7, Hebrews chapter 8. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand. Amen. This is the when you read the Bible, you get to know God. Amen. You get to know God for who He is. Praise God. He says, I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of slavery, out of the land of Egypt, out of the land of sin, amen, out of the land where you can't do what you should be doing because you have a master and not under your deciding, it's not your decision to be under that master, but God says, I took them by the hand, I led them out of the land of Egypt because they and and what what happened was they continued not in my covenant. They you we can read other passages in the Bible where they forgot about God. You would have a man ordained of God and um writing or prophesying or teaching, however, they were getting the word out, saying you need to remember God when He opened up the Red Sea so that you can escape from the army that was coming out against you to bring you back into slavery. And while the opening of the Red Sea meant your freedom, it meant your uh the your last involvement with slavery, the opening of that Red Sea also took care of the enemy, but they forgot. They forgot to pass it on to their children, they forgot to teach it in the schools, they took it out of the Sunday school, they took it out of the school system, they turned, they took, they've taken it out of the church. It's quiet now. Oh, they talk about Red Sea and Moses splitting the Red Sea because they made movies out of it, so they show the movies in the church. Well, there's other things they've taken out of the church, and that is that has allowed our society here in the middle of May 2026 to be a society of mayhem when it comes to obedience and to be serving God. So here God is saying, because they continued not in my covenant, I regarded them not. I don't how many times I've said God is mutual. Call unto me, I will answer thee. Amen. Here we're reading, God says, You want to disregard me? I'll disregard you. You want to, whatever the Bible says, when it when it says to give and ye shall receive. Amen. God, another place the Bible is James teaching God, for God said that draw nigh unto me, and here's here's God, says, and I'll draw nigh unto you. If I mentioned this this morning that there there we need to be a people that takes the first step, that shows God that we are willing, that shows God that we've heard the call unto holiness, we've heard the call unto sanctification, we've heard the call unto salvation, and we're willing to move. Praise God. Doesn't matter to you, it doesn't matter to me what I was when I was in sin. Doesn't matter how much alcohol you drank, how much drugs you consumed, how many times you went to the club. I don't think any of us were laying incapacitated in the in a ditch. We couldn't move. And even if you were, here comes a man of God that pours in the oil and that pours in the wine and gets you out of the ditch. Amen. Get you out of the place where you are, where you are found wanting in Christ Jesus. It gets you out of a place where you need where you're going to rot and die. Amen. Even though there was religious people walking by, there was a man that was sent from God. Amen. And Jesus called them good. And I thank God today that we can have every opportunity you have, you and I have every opportunity to get out of the ditch if you're in. Most people I know, they still can't wait. And we're gonna look at an example. As I said, we're gonna, I'm gonna eventually end up in Genesis chapter 19. Look at an example that it doesn't matter what the angels, it doesn't matter what took place, their flesh kept burning. Amen. And but I thank God when we read here in Peter that we don't have to be the person that is running with them in excessive riot. Hallelujah. For this is verse 10 for this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord. I will put my laws into their mind. Amen. Now, if you allow me to elaborate for a moment or two, because some of you know where I come from, sometimes my mind thinks. I picture God sitting there saying, You want to forget about me? I'm going to write this not only in the fleshy tables of your heart as we're going to read, but this is going to be in your mind. You're going to have a hard time to forget. This is how well God is taking care of us. I know some folks, and this is what we're going to read. They want to be blind, they're going to stay blind. And they're going to do what they want to, what they what they may want to do. But if God has taken the time to impart this wisdom and this knowledge and his word by his spirit into in me, someone say inside of me, in my heart and in my mind, I thank God today. Praise God that my mind is going to be set to thinking the right thoughts. Think on these things. Amen. Things that are what? Holy. Things that are what? Pure. Amen. Things that are what? Truth. Pray, truthful. Amen. If there be any praise, if there be any virtue, he says, think on these things. I'm missing two. If there be any uh think on those things, true, lovely, think on lovely things. Praise God. This is lovely. Amen. Think of those things, thank you. Honest is the next one. Praise God. These are things that we the Bible says to have you be set your thoughts, set your mind upon these things, set your affections, your desires. I mean, seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Praise God. This is what our priority is. So he says, I will I will put my laws into their mind and write them in their hearts. I will be to them a God. I underline God. I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me my people, a people. Amen. So I underline God and people. I know some folks you may be reading this saying, Well, this is God talking to the Hebrews, this is God talking to the Jews, this is not God talking to us. Good. Turn the page. I'm glad you brought that up. Turn the page. We're gonna go into Hebrews chapter 10, which becomes a little more generalized. And we're gonna read a couple of verses just so that you don't wiggle your way out doctrinally speaking. You don't wiggle your way out of what God, of God's intentions. Hebrews chapter 10, again, Old Testament quotations. Praise God. Thank God for the Old Testament. I know we're reading here where that covenant has changed. The covenant has been updated, and his name is Jesus Christ. I tell people Jesus Christ was an Old Testament preacher. Praise God. Did I mention that this morning or was that in French? I said that this morning. So I know there's people that weren't here this morning, but Jesus Christ was an old testament preacher. I know, and I've I've had this debate with people that come up to me and they don't enjoy. I'm gonna use it, I'm gonna go lightly without, they don't enjoy the Old Testament. Oh, the Old Testament, this, the Old Testament, that. We're under the law and the old law and the old this one. Hang on for a sec. Jesus Christ was an old testament preacher. Well, that's because there was no New Testament, is what they argue about. And I turn around and let them know there was. Jesus said, In my blood, praise God. This is, and I thank God today. What we are reading here in the Hebrews, we're reading Jesus Christ. We're reading him and what flowed through his veins. We're reading what Jesus Christ brought to us when he was sent from heaven. Praise God. No old. If there was no old, there would be no new. Amen. So we can't wipe any of this out. So when we're reading in Hebrews chapter 10, the 16th verse, again, Old Testament quotations. This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days. Amen. So Israel, Judah, you've had your opportunity. Now there's a there's you've made room for you for the Gentiles to be grafted in. Are you are you grafted today? I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them. Someone say heart. Someone say mind. Praise God. Opened. Made available so that God can write. Hallelujah. Made available so that the Spirit of God, uh, under the anointing will remind us. Jesus said, I'm going up as I go up, Holy Ghost comes down. He's not going to be talking about himself, he's going to be talking about he who has sent him. Praise God. So don't try to mix them all up and say a different person, a different perspective, a father, a mother, a dad, whatever else. You see, people trying to make them the uh uh a they're make not trying, they're making a mess of the Godhead, which is missing, which is a mystery, anyways. Amen. I thank God I know who Jesus is. Praise God. I know every time I bring this subject up, I go, I listen when this when this makes it to radio, I lose listeners because folks don't agree. Amen. But did the revel anytime a revelation, anytime a voice came from heaven, this is my son in whom I am well pleased. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Yeah, Peter and John standing beside Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration, as we call it, and he said, We're gonna build some tabernacles. This is my son, we're gonna build some altars. Hang on for a moment, because there is only one name that needs to be uplifted and glorified. Praise God. Jesus Christ was ushering in the new. When Peter received revelation, not from flesh and blood, but when he received revelation from above, according to Jesus, Jesus said, uh Jesus told Peter, he says, What you have just said, he said, I will build my church upon it. And what did Peter say? What was his response? I mean, he didn't refer to Isaiah, to Ezekiel, to Jeremiah. He looked at Jesus and he said, Thou art the Christ. Someone say the Christ, the Son of the living God. Even devils knew who they were dealing with. Oh, Jesus, Son of God, don't torment us before our time. Why are you coming to disturb us? They knew who he was and they called him the Son of God. Even Jesus called himself the son of God. He looked at those naysayers and mockers that were coming along his way to cause uh you know obstruction and whatever, whatever, whatever they were getting on. And Jesus says, Why are you mad at me? Because I said I am the son of God. So when Jesus identified himself as the Son of God, how many times does Jesus have to say something before you're gonna believe it? Before you're gonna sit there and say, This is truth, praise God. Before you sit there and let me, this is my alarm to get send Jordan a verse. I'll just somebody remind me later on. So I'm used to being eight o'clock in Montreal, but it's eight o'clock, which is, anyways. My brother Jordan, if you're listening, I'll get your verse out to you. Praise God. When I normally send the verse, it would be 7 a.m. in California. So Brother Jordan has special treatment for my dear brother and his wife. Praise God, my alarm rings. So I send the verse which I send out every day, they get it in California, uh, whatever time it is in California. I think we're five time zones away. So whatever time, anyways, praise God. That's what that was. Amen. I don't want anybody to say he sets the alarm for when to stop preaching. I'm just getting going. Amen. Praise God. So when when Jesus, as He as He as He identified Himself as being the Son of God, I thank God that we can take His words, praise God, and believe what it says. Amen. Knowing who Christ is, because as we continue to read, find 2 Corinthians chapter 3, as we continue to read these scriptures, Jesus Christ, and we all know this anyways, but I'm gonna say it, Jesus Christ plays an important role in our lives. So we have written, coming out of the Old Testament, being brought into the New Testament, the writer in Hebrews writes, where God is dealing with our mind and our heart in such a way that we are able to stand, to make a stand, and to make and to endure unto the end. So what I want to read in the Corinthians, and I'm gonna read a few verses from chapter 3 and a few verses from chapter 4. But I'm gonna begin reading in chapter 3, 2 Corinthians 14, 15, and 16. So we just finished reading where God says, I will put my laws into their mind, but we have a problem. Verse 14, 2 Corinthians 3, but their minds were blinded. We're receiving an example here, um dealing with the folks in the days of Moses. I mean, you spend time in the presence of God, you're you're gonna be lit up. And when Moses came down from the mountain after 40 days in the presence of God, they couldn't look at him. They said, We gotta cover you up, you're you're bright. Amen. And this is what this is what I'm looking forward to, to be in the presence of God one day. And here we said, but their their their minds, they they couldn't get past the fact of Moses and what changed uh in his uh in the way he looked and the way they were able to perceive him. And Paul brings this up, he says, but their minds were blinded, for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away. In the reading of the Old Testament, which veil is done away in Christ? You need to underline those last two words in Christ. Who takes the veil away? Christ. I want everyone to say it at home too, now that you know the answer. Who takes the veil away? Christ. Who does not have a veil? Christ takes it away from those who are in Christ. This is what we're reading. Praise God, so we can see, we can see straight. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart. See the connection between the mind and the heart, they work together. That's the way God made us. And we put together these scriptures, the laws which are written in our heart, as we have just finished reading, and uh the laws that are written in our hearts, and the laws that are put into our minds, when these two, I don't want to say, elements, when that part of our when that part of the body of Christ is put to work, is put into motion, we we avoid nevertheless when it, verse 16, it says, nevertheless, when it, the heart, when the heart shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away. Easy to understand. The Lord takes away the veil so that they can see. There's a couple of verses I want to read in Genesis chapter 19. I'm gonna read about some folks who ended up blind. I'm gonna read it like it is, and find Genesis chapter 19. Since the writer in Hebrews is quoting some New Testament, let's look at the men of Sodom, the abomination. Because I don't want to be blind like blind like what happened. Beginning to read in verse 4. But before they lay down, verses 1, 2, and 3, uh, verse 1, you read the first line, we're talking about two angels. Two angels that came to the city and uh as escorts, they were gonna they were gonna take uh well it was Lot and his wife that ended up going, and um they were taken away, and two daughters. There's other people that were invited besides just four people that ended up along um the way which led to life. Uh Lot's wife, Jesus said, remember Lot's wife in uh Luke 17, and um, this is the chapter where you get to know what happened to Lot's wife. She started out, and um she didn't make it until the end. So we're talking, we're dealing here with two angels. Verse 4 says, But before they laid down the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, they compassed the house round both. They were they were old and they were young, all the people from every quarter, from every neighborhood. This is what it says. Why? Because two men came into the city. Amen. New flesh, something they hadn't seen before. They didn't really recognize them because their flesh was burning in such a way, and they called out unto Lot, verse 5, and they said unto him, Where are the men which came to thee this night? Bring them out unto us that we may know them. And that just doesn't mean to sit around a table playing cards. They wanted to know them in a fleshly abominational way unto God. That's what this means. This old King James language. You can read where Jacob knew his wife, and nine months later they had some children. So that's what this word K, this is G-rated. That's what this means. They wanted to know these men. Not that a man can impregnate another man, that can't be done, despite what they're saying today. But there is new flesh that came in town, and their desires began to burn. And you listen to what Lot goes out and he pleads with them. In verse 6, he goes out the door unto them, he shuts the door behind them, and he says, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold, now I have two daughters which have not known men. Let me, I pray thee, bring them out unto you, and you can do unto them as you see good in your eyes. This is important. Amen. Lot kind of he's leading, he's beginning to inspire these angels on how to react. Amen. These two men come walking into town as desirable strangers, and I don't want to get too fleshly. But Lot says, I've got two daughters, they've never known a man, which means they're virgins, means they're pure, and you can do unto them which seems right to your eyes. Now look what begins to happen to their eyes. Only unto these men do nothing, for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof. And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge. Now will we deal worse with thee than with them? And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door. But the men on the inside, the angels, they put forth their hand, they opened the door, and they pulled Lot out back into the house with them, and they shut the door. Now listen to verse 11. And they smoke these abominable men, they the men of Sodom, and they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness. Well, that should have stopped them, but it didn't. And today, I'm coming out of the New Testament, into the Old Testament. I want to go back into the New Testament, but their minds were blinded. And today I deal so often with people whose hearts and their mind are blinded. There's a veil of religion, there's a veil of deception, there's a veil of seduction, is the French word that the Bible uses, that is before their hearts and their mind. And sometimes I try to take the Bible and stick it right up under their nose so that they can see it. Pure, nothing in the way, unadulterated. This is how the word of God needs to be delivered. This is how the word of God needs to be received within the context of how God meant what He said. God didn't have to say, it's too hard to understand. What is does God not have any sense about him? If we are to live by the word of God, do you think God would have complicated things? Put some issues within the verses or in the passages, so that you read a couple of verses and go, I don't understand another, I don't know what to do. That's not the God whom I serve. He gave us a spirit that will lead us and teach us and remind us what we need to read and what we need to see. So Lot says, he calls upon, he says, Here, whatever you see fit, whatever you see, as good as you see it in your eyes, just don't do it to these men. Man with man. These angels, and listen, the angel, or read with me, you can listen as I read, but read with me. They pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and they came near to break the door. But the men did they they rescued Lot. That's what they were there for, anyways, to keep him alive. And they smote the men, verse 11. They smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door. Is that the end of the Saiga? End of the account? Their flesh is still hungry, their flesh is still out of control. And I'm bringing this up because when you read Luke 17, Jesus said, as it was in the days of Lot. And it doesn't take long if you're reading or if you're scrolling through some headlines, it doesn't take long to see. What we just read. Two homosexual men that will pedophile their adopted son. That's the world we live in. To the point where the child doesn't survive. You can't take me off Facebook because I'm not making anything up. If CBC can run this as a news title or whatever news network can run this, I can talk about it. It's newsworthy. You still want to take God out of the out of the out of the system? You still want to take the Bible out of our government? Took it out of the schools, and look what happened there. In 1979, 78, 77, when I was in school, if I didn't have my Bible with me, I knew where I could go to the library and get a King James Bible. It's not there anymore. It may offend some people. Well, at the same time, it may it may take some people all the way to heaven. Do away. Amen. Do away with the lust. We read the lusts of men. And I'm not just talking about a lottery ticket. I'm not just talking about a card game or a trip to the strip club down the street. We're talking about how men deal with men. I've had men tell me a man several times, men come to I don't need a woman, I don't want a woman, I don't like looking at women. I like men. And who do they pick? An effeminate man, a man that acts like a woman. Devil doesn't make sense. Come on. Like I said, this is the preaching, this is the teaching, and in between the preaching and the teaching is the word warning. Amen. Women are the same thing, you don't escape. Women come and say, I don't need a man. You sure do if you want children. And they pick a woman who looks like a man. Short hair, biceps, built axe. But they don't need a man. They pick the most manly woman they can find. These are the couples that I've met. They need to get saved. They can do it all day long, do it all, do it until you die. There's consequences. I'm not trying to stop anybody. But once you get fed up with that lifestyle, once you want to you want to get out, God says, I'll take you by the hand, like I took my family, my my people out of Israel to bring them into a place where they can serve the Lord thy God. And thank God for a man of God when the man of when Moses could look at the at the Pharaoh, that ungodly man, demigod, half god, so he thought he was. He said, You think we're gonna leave and come back in three days? I got something for my God. When he sets me free, I'm not set free for three days. My God, when he takes me out of slavery, he doesn't take me out for three days or three minutes or three weeks. He takes me out to stay out. Hallelujah. Pharaoh had something coming to him. Amen. They may have thought that he was generous, but Moses wasn't falling for that. Woo-hoo! We got three days. Let's go for three days and come back, and we can't take anything with us. No, when we leave, we're gonna be taking some stuff with us. Hallelujah. Amen. The devil's gonna pay for this one. And the Bible says, Amen. The women and the men couldn't carry the silver and the gold and the cutlery and the plates and whatever. They had to they had to lay it on the children. Amen. That's how blessed they were. But then they forgot. And even today, I have Jewish friends that know these scriptures. Oh, yeah, well, Messiah hasn't come yet. Yes, he has. When I get into debates with them, I say, Do you appreciate the prophet Isaiah? Oh, yeah, of course. It's it's in their Talmud, it's in their Torah, it's in their, you know, in their scriptures, in their scrolls and such. So how is when it was when David wrote and Isaiah wrote, how did he say Messiah would die? Because it's not gonna happen. It doesn't matter how bad you are if you're a convicted criminal, you're not gonna have hands, you're not gonna have your hands pierced, and you're not gonna have your feet pierced, and you're not gonna hang on a pole like the Bible says, or on a tree. That's not gonna happen in 2026. So, time for your Messiah, long gone and over with. But the Son of God came in due season, the Bible says. What does that mean? He came and it was God's time. Praise God. The next chapter, when I was reading it in uh not the next, we just were reading in Hebrews chapter 10. This is the once and for all chapter. Praise God. When Jesus came. And died for our sins once and for all. I know we just read verse 16 because it talks about their hearts and their minds. And now we we run into a problem when their hearts and minds they are blinded. And they allow their flesh to run rampant, if you would. And we live in a society that anything goes. A society, and I'm talking, I'm talking from Canadian, a Canadian culture, a Canadian society where you have the world's opinion on us, where we where we have a nation that is allowing anything, but anything to take place in the hearts and minds of people. Someone say thank you, Jesus. Amen. Praise God. Hallelujah. Well, that was Genesis. Good. Let's read Romans chapter 1. Where a man would leave the natural use. What does that mean? What's the natural use? I'm just going to quote from here and there, but you start reading Romans chapter 1 from around the 18th verse. That means the way God made a man and the way God made a woman. And they decide to reverse, go against how the Creator made us. And Paul says, and Paul says they look amen. Here the angels took away their sight. They still wanted the new man, they still wanted their flesh, it was still burning. What else does God have to take away today? What else does God have to do so a man will turn his heart to God and say, God, here am I, a sinner, be merciful unto me. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for your mercy. Thank you for your long suffering. Thank you for waiting and not sending your son Jesus Christ the day before I got saved. Amen. Anyone glad? Someone say thank you, Jesus. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. He came, died on the cross, shed his blood, so that there is a washing of my sins. But thank you, Jesus. You're still sitting at the right hand of the Father because some of my kids aren't saved, some of our grandchildren aren't saved, neighbors aren't saved. Thank God that God is still long-suffering, 2 Peter 3:9. And his patience. Amen. God could have pulled this plug. Like I said, a day before I decided to get saved. Where would I be today? But thank God where I am is because of Christ Jesus. Where I am today is because I came to Christ and Christ took away the veil. Amen. And I thank God I can see what God wants me to see. And I'm not going to be responsible for keeping it hid. Turn the page into chapter 4. Because Peter, rather, Paul goes on to write to the Corinthian church and saying, Why are you talking about this? Well, because it needs to be talked about. For our gospel, 2 Corinthians 4, the third verse. For if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. Amen. Talking about the gospel of Christ. Hallelujah. Thank you, my sister, for that. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Someone else, thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. We can't hide this gospel from those who are lost. We can't hide it from the sinner. Whether they sin, man with man, woman with woman, or if they got, you know, next week's lottery, you know, numbers in their pocket. Amen. All kinds of people. I know people sitting in the assembly. I don't know them anymore, but sitting in the assembly, I'm reading from 2 Corinthians 3 14. And they'd be taking out a pen. Those are my numbers. I'm playing those numbers this week. Pastor gave us those numbers coming out from behind the pulpit.
unknownI don't know.
SPEAKER_00Some of you are listening, what? The lucky seven or whatever. I don't know. I've never played, but they played. They said, I got these numbers from God, gonna win. Hey, Pastor, and I've had this too. Pastor, if I win this week, I'll keep the lottery ticket in the offering bucket. I ain't never seen a lottery ticket in the offering bucket yet. That's not because they ran and they won and took off. They ran, they won and ran, it's because they never did win. Would it have been more profitable to drop your two bucks? I don't know, is it 10 bucks today or your five bucks in the offering bucket and be have it be multiplied and have it be stolen from you? Amen. Don't allow the flesh to come up with some fleshly ideas. So we can't hide this gospel. If our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost, in whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds. Looks like it's not just, it's not just God or the angels that blinded these men's eyes literally in the flesh. Now, spiritually, we have the devil running interference. We need to find ourselves in a position where we have eyes that, as I pray so often, eyes that are open to see. Amen. And when you when your eyes are opened, if this preaching can remove the veil, remove the unbelief, if this preaching can have your eyes be open, I need you to see Christ. This is what I'm preaching today, and Him crucified. Can someone say Amen? The gospel doesn't point to another man. People come to me and they say, Oh, they're talking about so and so. I say, talk about Jesus. Change the subject. Don't talk about a man. Amen. Don't talk about a man that used to be, that was, that's still alive or dead. It doesn't make any difference to me. The gospel of Christ points to Jesus Christ, not someone else. Talk about God in a good way, not in vain. I had a man use the name of Jesus Christ one too many times. I looked at him and he was the guy who was hiring. I was gonna collect a paycheck from him. I did, anyways. But partway through the part way through the contract, I said, you know what? Next time you want to use that name, use mine. Don't say the name of Jesus Christ. And he's just looking at me. He said, Well, I wouldn't use your name. I said, You can use my name because I never died for you. If I'm working here, slaving away to collect a paycheck, and I don't mind because that's a choice that I made. I've never shed blood for you, buddy. I was honest with them. I didn't die for you, I didn't shed blood. I I'm not the atonement for your sins. It's Jesus Christ, whose name you like to throw around a little bit too much. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Lincoln, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Five, six, looking up at me. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I have to warn him again. Yeah, I won't say his name, but hey, oh Lincoln, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. The respect that this our nation needs to respect Jesus Christ. Amen. As the Son of the Living God. Amen. You got this foolish nation coming into our country, Jesus this and prophet and man, and he's dead. No, Muhammad is dead. Y'all buried him, made a mess. The illiterate couldn't even put together whatever he whatever he would hear on his trade routes, riding camels, mixed everything up. When you read his attempt to write a gospel, to write something that is godly. That's who Muhammad is. But Jesus Christ came to make things straight, straightened up his nation, he'll straighten up every other nation because the Bible says, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that he is Lord. I don't care if you don't call him Lord now, but you will one day. Not every man is gonna call him Savior. That you gotta do now in order to be saved. But after death, it's too late, the Bible says. It's judgment, and when you see him, you say, My Lord and my savior, my Lord and my God. People are gonna be confessing all kinds of things on their knees. It's time your knees hit the ground today in order to be saved. Amen. Can someone say amen? God, take away. I don't want to be blind like the abominables in Sodom. I don't want to be blind like we're reading here, where the God of this world, who's that that's the enemy of my soul? When we're reading this verse here, it says, Whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not. They don't believe because they can't see the truth. Amen. Someone of you are sitting there listening, saying, Why are you yelling at me for the past hour? Because I need you to believe unto salvation, to know Jesus Christ as Savior, not a curse word, not a Hollywood movie theme, not in the way that the gods of this world present Jesus Christ, God making up stories of Moses and David. Moses wasn't a blundering idiot. But whatever came out of Hollywood a few months ago, I took the 30 seconds or 40 seconds to read the. Oh, it's a movie about Moses? What are you talking about? And it looked like Moses had two left feet and two left hands and couldn't figure things out, making fun, gods of this world. Where the Bible teaches us that Moses was the most, what, of all men. He didn't hear the answer that some my brothers and sisters said he was the most meek of all men. See, we need to portray these men and women of God the way the Bible teaches us, and not add something to it to turn it into story time. Amen. As I said today, there's been such a watering down of the word of God, and it starts, it starts where leadership should be. Amen. It's the shepherd that's going to lead the sheep. And Jesus Christ being a good shepherd, being the great shepherd, if you follow Jesus Christ, you're going to be led to the right place. Hallelujah. Can someone say thank you, Jesus? Amen. I want to hear some talk. Amen. Talk to me. Amen. Why does the devil want you blind? So that the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Hallelujah. See the word shine? Like I said, when Moses came down off the mountain, they need to put a lampshade on his head. He was shining so much, he said, we gotta cover this, we gotta cover him up. Too much shining. When you open up this word of God and begin to read it, begin to expose the truth as the truth has been written. Too much light, too much shining. Calm it down, turn them off. Complain. Billboard can go up with two words. Jesus, Savior. Too much for the world to handle. Make them upset. Get them mad at what they're seeing. Amen. I was blessed because her sister puts up this billboard and she sends me the address. And every time I go to the church, Jesus Savior, she paid for four weeks and it was up for seven. And I thank God for that. Three weeks free. One Sunday, the last Sunday, the last Sunday when we were on our way to the church, because we're in Newfoundland now, but we were on our way to the church in Montreal, and my wife was driving, and I'm looking, I already know what I'm looking at, so I don't see it. I don't see it. And Wapai says, Oh, somebody else has that spot. Jesus, Savior. Amen. The world can't, they they they be because of the activities, the distractions, and the influence that it that has increased, it bothers them to see that name. It bothers the devil, gets them irritated. Amen. But I thank God that that we can this can be used as a sign for this nation to see who the Savior is. Hallelujah. To be a light that that shines. And the devil comes to say, I don't want you to see the light. Amen. Bible, Bible refers to it as God's marvelous light. When I was in darkness, he took me out of darkness over into his marvelous light. Devil doesn't want you to see that. Amen. Because when you begin to see what's in the marvelous light, it's not called marvelous for nothing. Amen. Sure beats what the devil has to offer.
unknownAmen.
SPEAKER_00Blessed be the name of the Lord. So we can't, this gospel cannot be hid. The devil's after. He's after this nation. And it is up to us, as I said, that this gospel be not hid. Amen. They're offering summer camps to children. Learn how to be a drag queen for a week. I don't know if you've seen that, but it's up there. Send your kids to summer camp. Not to learn how to ride a horse or hold a hockey stick or play baseball or go canoeing. Drag queen, they got these little kids dressed up. Boys looking like girls and girls looking like boys. And you're gonna pay money to send them there. This is the world that we are in. So shall it be. As it was. But their flesh just still wanted that, they still wanted that straight, the angels, the strange flesh. They hadn't seen these men before. They're like strangers. We want to get to know them. Because there is a there's a there's a lack of sight, a lack of seeing. Lest the light of the glorious gospel, somebody say glorious gospel. Amen. Of Christ, who is the image of God should shine unto them. Verse 5, for we preach not ourselves, I said the gospel of Christ. It won't point you to a man. But we preach Christ Jesus the Lord, and as far as ourselves are concerned, we're servants for the sake of Jesus. We're servants for Jesus' sake. That's who we are. We serve in different capacities, but we are servants. And I thank God that we can make a difference because of Christ Jesus. We can make a difference in this world because we're not ashamed of it. We're not ashamed to you know to keep our gospel hidden, to let people know who we are in Christ, who we are because of Christ. Can someone say amen? Has this change come into your life? Last passage before I pray, the book of Philippians, chapter four. This is what inspired my subtitle. Not only do I have a kept mind, I keep Jesus in mind. I'll allow you a few seconds just so you can think. Meditate on what Jesus has done for you. If you need to close your eyes, do that. Do it peacefully. So I'm gonna read Philippians chapter 4 and the seventh verse, and the peace of God, which passes what? Amen. How much are you reading with me? And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding. See if we don't go out into the world to explain, if they don't see your light, if you've been lit up and you're still under the bed, what's the other place under the bushel? Is that it? If you're still under the bed or if you're still under the bushel, nobody sees your light. Oh yeah, but I'm still lit up. Yeah, but you're not profitable for the kingdom of God either. It just said, we just read where we are servants, we are the servants of Christ, we are Christ's servants. Are you profitable? A hidden gospel, a gospel hid, is not profitable for the kingdom of God. And this is what is lingering in so many religious institutions today. Amen. We gotta get saved. Gotta get saved. Am I going to hell because I'm gay or because I gamble or because it no, you're going to hell because you sin. The details of your sin are not important. Break commandment number two or number three or number 500, it doesn't make a difference to God. Sin is treated as sin. Young man came to me after I finished preaching. There's two sermons. Stayed in French and in English. This was in Montreal. Young man came to me and he goes, Do you notice I have a girl's hoodie on? Nope, I didn't notice. Lifts up his hoodie, he says, See, look, he says, lifts it up and he says, strange color shirt to wear telling this story. But he lifts up his shirt and he goes, It was pink, though. It was pink, like pink, pink. This is like, I don't know what color it is, but I like this shirt. Where's Lori likes this shirt? She put it together, she goes, This shirt goes with this. So I'm just saying strange. He lifts up his hoodie, he goes, See, I'm wearing a pink blouse. Didn't know. His hoodie was covering it. And he says, My sweatpants, they belong to a girl. Didn't know. He says, Am I going to hell because I'm transgendered? I said, No, you're going to hell because you sin. It's not the type of sin, it's the sin. Amen. It's not the amount of sin, it's the sin. It's not how you sin or what you say, it's the sin. We looked at some pretty serious stuff today. And I conclude the series by reading, and the peace of God. This morning, if you if you missed the program this morning, God is a keeper. I didn't use this verse here, but it says, which passes, all understanding shall keep your hearts. See, my heart is kept. And your minds. Are you reading with me? I'm gonna repeat this. I want you to I want you to know, commit this scripture to memory. How are your hearts and minds kept? Through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Keep Jesus in mind. Praise God. And the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ. Is your mind kept? Matters what you think. It matters who we are in Christ. Amen. If it didn't matter to God, God wouldn't have these um trying to think of a word, what's that?
unknownCommandments.
SPEAKER_00Stipulations. Amen. What we just read, be perfect. What we read last, what we read last week. So this is what I want you to think of. I try to get the other be of good comfort, be of one mind. Amen. This is this is God's uh ordinance, if you would. When I use the word commandments, some people find that a little tough, so I'm trying to ease up a little bit. These are the ordinances of God. And so you and I don't forget them because it it matters what you think. Young people, listen, it matters what you think. Why do you think you can be distracted in five seconds or less? Scroll on the little screen. Matters what you think. Don't allow those distractions, don't allow the devil to take you, take your mind off Christ. I'm gonna pray in two minutes. Some of you listening. You need to you need you need the prayer, you need the help. So that you have the peace of God reign R-E-I-G-N, reign rule in your life. So that you have Jesus who takes away the veil? An hour earlier. Jesus Christ takes away the veil. And that's what I'm going to pray. Some of you are not, you may not just quite able to see every detail and I want to see, I want to see. I'm going to pray that Jesus Christ takes away the just gives you a for a glimpse. That's what I'm running on. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans chapter 8. Verse 18, is it? I think somewhere around there. Anyways, I think I quoted it. I think I got that one right. I'm just running on a glimpse. Because what is to come? It doesn't compare. It's verse 18. It doesn't compare. It doesn't compare. You think you're comfortable right now, brother, in the refuge in the God's sanctuary? Read in Hebrews, amen. Something better coming. Amen. A better place. And that's what the devil doesn't want you to have. Amen. Someone say thank you, Jesus.
unknownThank you, Jesus.
SPEAKER_00Because this is possible only by Jesus Christ. Only through him. Devil doesn't want you to see it. There ain't no place called heaven. There ain't no place called hell. People come up with all kinds of ideas. Blind. And blind, they still, you know, they're going to keep going. And keep going. And keep going. This country suffers under the leadership of a man that's willing to spend millions of dollars on dry queen camps. Amen. Financing the. Well, I think I think I've said every reason to be taken offline now, so I may as well keep going. Financing the butchering of young children. In the womb or out of the womb, same thing. The destructive forces, the unmitigated powers of hell that have been unleashed upon this earth. I don't know where we're at. The Bible says once the Euphrates dries up, what's going to come out of that? What's been held captive all these years under the water? Once that place dries up, and it's dried up in a lot of areas. And I'm wondering if those demons have been unleashed yet, angels of darkness. That's what the Bible talks about. Amen. For you listening in Newfoundland, oh, we're in Newfoundland. We're like out of the way. Amen. I got brothers and sisters that practically live off the grid. It doesn't matter where you are, God's gonna find you. Amen. I don't care if you have two Bill, what's his name? Baker? Tim? Jim? Two Jim Baker bunkers with a bucket of powdered soup. If that's your salvation, send some more money and get some more powdered soup. Y'all gonna need it. Jesus Christ, amen. I will not suffer the wrath of God because Jesus Christ has come and made a way for me. Let's stand. That'll remind me to stop in two minutes to pray. That's what I says. You may think, well, you get blind when you go to the clubs, or you get blind when you're in the wrong place. You get blinded in your church. The folks sitting behind the bar right now, the devil's got them where he wants them to be. Devil's been right by my side for the past hour telling me, don't say that, don't talk like that. Lose your Facebook page, lose your brother and sister, don't talk against the liberals, don't talk against the red, don't talk against the blue. Amen. Devil's not in hell. He's out after you. Who have eyes to see? So put our hands up, someone say thank you, Jesus. The devil can spot the blood from miles away. There is someone washed in the blood. Let's see what I can do. Some would say, Greater is he that is in me than he that is in this world. Hallelujah. Amen. Free, made free. Amen. See, well, that's how God treated his people when he took them out of Egypt. God doesn't respect the persons. Amen. If he took someone like Moses, if he had to take Moses and his people by the hand, he's got you by the hand. Hallelujah. Can someone say amen? Amen. I'm not being misled. Praise God. Under New Testament teaching, not only does he have you by the hand, he's inside of you. Amen. When you walk with God, picture these blind folks. We want the men, we still want the man. Can't see. Hey, buddy, can you see? I can't see anymore. What happened? I don't know. Blind. Our flesh still wants flesh. But our eyes are open tonight. Someone say thank you, Jesus. The God of this world, no longer blind. Father in heaven, we thank you that we can stand and testify tonight. I have eyes to see. And Jesus said, Blessed, because you have eyes to see. Blessed because you have ears to hear. We stand blessed tonight. Now, perchance there's someone who wants to have that veil removed from them, I pray. Listening right now, in Jesus' name, wherever they may be, whatever country, whatever situation they may be in, whatever sin they may be bound with, I thank God today in the name of Jesus Christ, they are set free, made free. In Jesus' name. In Jesus' name. Praise God. Whoever they may be, children, children's children, uncle, aunt, it doesn't matter who it is, Father in heaven, as we pray for them, it's our family, our loved ones, blinded by the course of this world, running to and fro, trying to satisfy their flesh, and it can't be done. But Lord, I pray that the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, as we remain in Christ, we have the promise that it shall keep our hearts and our minds. Lord, every every single person listening, they're going to be sitting in the yellow school bus on the way to school tomorrow. Keep their hearts and their minds from any indoctrination from the system. What the devil is trying to incorporate or sow into our lives. Every and any weapon formed does not prosper against our children and our children's children, does not prosper against my brother and my sister in Jesus' name. Now I may have mentioned the leadership of our country provincially and federally enough times in the past hour. I'm gonna pray for our prime minister right now. And the House, what's the other place? Not the Senate is the U.S. Senate is Canadian, the Senate, all the folks we voted for, the mayors, the provincial leadership. Lord, we pray that the veil of politics, religion, the veil of this world, Lord, that they can see somehow a direction that will take them into your word. May they cross paths with a man of God and a woman of God. Hallelujah. Not someone with a hidden agenda because the gospel is hid, somebody that will stand and speak the truth. Beyond lies. Father in heaven, our leadership needs help. They need our prayers, not just to fix a few potholes, but so that we can continue to preach across this nation. And allow the word of God, allow your spirit free course in the lives. Saving power of Jesus Christ, the saving power of this gospel, saving power of the word of God. Lord, we pray that whatever whatever it takes, that people will become mind of God, word of God minded. They will have their minds be changed. I like to use the word that the French Bible uses, that they become animated.
unknownAmen.
SPEAKER_00They come to life with inside of them. Father, in Jesus' name, to protect our children tomorrow. May June, two months left of school and exams and such, colleges and universities, where anything seems to go. But Lord, I thank God tonight for the word which we have received. Some of it's shocking, some of it hard, but it's truth. And the days are coming to an end. Because as it was in the days of Lot, in the days of Noah, so it is this day. But we pray for your long suffering, just a wee bit longer. For my daughter, for my son. Pray now. Amen. Say their names, lift them up to God. My wife. Maybe your wife's sitting right next to you. Say what you need to say. Say, honey, I love you. Too precious to go to hell. Join me on the way to heaven. Wife, you may have to look at your husband and say, Don't go to hell for nobody, for no reason at all. Join me. Parents, look at your children. Say it didn't make you to go to hell, didn't make you for candidates for hell. For all eternity, join with me for heaven. God is calling. Father in heaven, I thank God, give us the understanding that we need, give us the inspiration that we need to go forth. More than just a pamphlet in the mailbox, more than just knocking on a door. Use us to bring profit to your kingdom, save souls. And I pray this, not across not only across this nation, to those listening south of the border, all the way to Africa. Anoint the preachers, anoint the laborers, Father in heaven, as time runs out. In Jesus' name, Lord, I pray. I thank God that these messages for the past two months will give us everything that we need to think about. Jesus, I'll never forget what you've done for me. Hallelujah. This is my prayer in Jesus' name, Lord. I pray for each and every one of my brothers and sisters. Amen and amen. Praise God. So if you see the need right now in your life to make a decision, it's going to be the best decision. Best decision I ever made. Going to be the best decision that a person can make. It starts with seven simple words. God be merciful unto me, a sinner. When you realize and recognize that before God you stand in disobedience, and that Jesus Christ needs to be received in every aspect, in your life, in your mind, in your heart, in your actions, in your deeds, and the way you believe in your faith. As you receive Him, you receive the power to become a son of God or a daughter of God. Either or God has sons, he has daughters. That's how he made us. Praise God. Make this day your day. The next time we see each other, praise God, we'll have something to shout about. We'll have something to go to God about. We'll have something to be pleased about. Praise God. Remember, what you think matters. It's important. The French translation was it's what you think is important. What you think matters. And as we read the scripture, our minds are kept. Praise God. Just keep Jesus in mind. Until the next time, be blessed. My name is Lincoln. You're listening to That's the Truth. I love you. We're praying for you. Doesn't matter if you're in a residence, retirement home, hospital room, inside a jail cell, if you're sitting in front of me, if you're in your living room, in the basement, wherever you're listening, we love you. Thank you so much for joining us. Joining with us from Central Newfoundland. Again, I love each and every one of you. My name is Lincoln. Thank you so much for being with us today. Be blessed. And remember what you think really, really, really matters. Keep your mind on Jesus. Amen. Let's give God a good hand as our sister plays us out. Praise God. Until the next time, be blessed. Hallelujah. Bless it be his holy name. Amen. God has given us a generous portion of our daily bread. All the glory be unto God. Someone said, Thank you, Jesus. Remember, you can see the video and audio files of this teaching on our YouTube channel, That's the Truth, as well as our Facebook page, Link with God. Please share these links with your friends and family so that they too can be blessed. This is how you can help me preach the gospel of Christ, salvation for this generation. Stay tuned, there's a lot more of the Word of God coming right up. My name is Lincoln, and you're listening to That's the Truth.
