Hey everyone and welcome to today's episode of the Affiliate Marketing Podcast with me, your host, Nianne Johnston. And today's episode is a bit of a short and sweet one as I wanted to take a little bit of time off, and I'm going to be recharging my batteries a bit before we gear up to meet the rest of what we've got in store for you on the year ahead. I decided to use this week's episode to unpack some of the exciting things that are happening for us here at Affiliate Insider and some of the things that I didn't want you to miss out on. So let me get started by saying how incredibly grateful I am to you, my affiliate insider community, all of you who tune in religiously each week to listen to the array of industry leaders, affiliate publishers, SaaS company founders, performance marketing experts, and everybody else that's contributed to build this podcast for you. I have been talking openly about the world of affiliate marketing and performance program management as we see it for the last eight seasons, day in, day out, bringing you some of the highlights of what we're learning and experiencing as we continue to grow affiliate programs around the globe. If you're tuning in for the first time this week, I highly recommend that you go back and listen to some of the highlights of the past seasons we've curated so far and get yourselves up to speed to keep learning from some of the incredibly exciting people that we have lined up to share with you their insights in the next season ahead. Now, often I get asked what my favorite podcast episode has been, but the truth is that they're all really, really good. My aim of delivering this podcast to you each week is to ensure that every episode we create is either jam-packed with real life advice, giving you exact nuggets of wisdom that you can take away from experts who are doing this job day in and day out, and also making sure that you're growing and learning and developing better relationships with your partners so that you can keep your affiliate marketing programs delivering to the targets and goals that you set out to achieve. Every single podcast that I curate is designed to help you launch, scale, or grow your affiliate and partner performance programs, learning new tactics and frameworks for success. My vision for creating this podcast was to ensure that we're helping you to make affiliate marketing simple. And I think that we're doing just the right amount of that. I'm also thrilled that you've helped us to take this podcast right into the top 20 business new podcasts on Apple for the United Kingdom just a few short weeks ago. I've spent more than 20 years in this business and I have never seen anything like an affiliate marketing podcast get into the top charts. And for us here in the UK, we're absolutely thrilled. So thank you so much for tuning in each week and for listening to what we're putting out there to help you build your affiliate program. Now, this season I'm super grateful for that and for also all of the five-star reviews that you keep leaving us each week. I make it a personal project to read those each week, and I'm really, really excited to see and hear what you guys are loving about what we're putting down. So keep those reviews coming and keep contacting me on LinkedIn to find out what we can do to help you to learn more about keeping affiliate marketing simple for you and your business. But let me get back to this week's episode because I wanted to unpack a little bit more detail around our AMP training program, which is designed for affiliate program managers who want to scale up and do more with their partnerships and their affiliate programs too. Let me start by giving you the lowdown of what AMP, and we spell it AMPP, which stands for Affiliate Manager Performance Program, is, and why I created this program to support affiliate managers just like you. So AMP is part of a mastermind and part of a group training or coaching program. It's a bit of a mix of two. And I designed it as a live learning event so that you can attend it for just one hour each week for 12 weeks over a period of 90 days. You'll learn new tactics and frameworks that we expect you to implement alongside doing your day job. Now I know how busy it is being an affiliate manager. I've done this job for more than two decades. We understand that you don't have a lot of time to invest in training when you're trying to firefight and build relationships and actually grow and scale your business. So we've designed this as almost like a mini MBA in affiliate marketing and program management because the results are delivered by what we put in together to take you from where you are now to where you need and want your program or your team to be at the end of the 90-day program. So it's very much led by you and tailored to what the challenges are that you're facing, no matter what vertical you're working in, whether you're in e-commerce, esports, gaming, it doesn't really matter. We cover affiliate marketing across multiple verticals and we look at the strategies and tactics that you can use to implement in your program and take you from where you are right now to where you need or want to be over a 90-day period. So whilst you've been learning with me to access, you know, more than 20 years of affiliate program management experience, the true value of being on this program with us is that you're going to be learning from people that are in the mastermind group alongside you. And this is what really amplifies your learning as you see and hear how other brands, how other sectors, and how other businesses operate their affiliate programs. You'll get to learn what works, what doesn't, and also why it doesn't work. And this adds value to how you can take the frameworks that I'm teaching to you and implement them in your business too. Now, AMP is not a program where we tell you how to do something in a certain way. There's not a textbook to affiliate marketing, and the strategies that we've developed and tailored that we teach to you are created to help you figure out exactly how to take the frameworks and the knowledge that we share and implement them into your own business and team structures to get better results. And now I know that sounds a little bit simple, but let me unpack what the program offers and what you can expect to be receiving as part of our closed cohort groups. You'll be part of a small group. So there's no more than 20 people in a cohort, and you get personalized learning sessions tailored to you and your needs. Every single delegate that comes on this course gets pre-screened to outline exactly where they're needing help so that I can ensure that you get the best out of me over the 12 sessions that we spend together live. The whole point of AMP is to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be in the future. And we look at that 90 days from now. We also offer one-hour live training sessions a week. This is where you commit to show up and actually implement the frameworks and tactics that I teach into your affiliate program in the following week and then see what works for you and for your business and for your team. We also hold AMA sessions, which are otherwise known as Ask Me Anything sessions. And here, this is where you have the opportunity to really throw any of the challenges that you're facing right now in your industry at me to get real live answers. And this is where you really kind of tap into the 20 years of knowledge that I've had working in affiliate marketing. The other thing is I also put you in the hot seat. And that means that you have to be able to be prepared and deliver and present and pitch to a collective group of your peers to improve your sales and outreach skills. Often this is one of the biggest things that affiliate managers tell me. They're not getting responses, they don't know how to engage with new partners, they're not sure on how to build relationships. And we're really focusing on honey on that because it is a very important part of growing an affiliate program, especially if you're in the fledgling stages. So what I'm trying to say is that this course is about you learning with me and your collective partners that are on the cohort experience with you. And then you take it away and do weekly implementations to see what results you get. This way you get personalized attention with me, and you also get to benefit from the camaraderie from being in a close cohort with a team of peers that are on the same learning journey as you. We also have swipe files, materials, readings, shortcuts, tools, templates, all of the things are going to help you to save time and get fast-tracked to delivering results. But AMP is not a program where you can come and learn some cool new stuff and then bounce off and do nothing differently. You're going to spend 90 days taking action to get more from your program, more from your partners, the best out of your teammates, and of course improve your own development and skills. I will be keeping you accountable every single week, moving you forward to doing more, doing it better, and delivering the results that you've set out to achieve. AMP is about implementation and getting things done. The way that you're showing up each week to our live sessions is what gets you and your program USPs delivered throughout the AMP course. So go and have a look at my LinkedIn, go and have a look on our website, and go and chat to people in our community about how the AMP program has changed the way that they look and run their affiliate programs. Go read the reviews that we have on our site as well. What you take out of this course and what you leave with after going through this course is really up to you. You're gonna leave with skills and knowledge, you're gonna leave with better insights on how to run your program, and you're gonna maybe have a plan of how to run your program a bit better so that you can deliver the KPIs and targets that you've been tasked with achieving within your business. But most of all, you're gonna leave knowing that you have a mentor and collaborators who are on the same affiliate journey as you. I've had affiliate managers crack the hardest deals after months of no responses, which can be so disheartening. I've had affiliate managers come through the school set, scale up their careers, and end up getting to a head of affiliate position or head of performance position. And I've also had affiliate managers that come in and literally change the way they run their partnerships and programs, delivering incremental double-digit revenue results. With the support you get in my AMP program, you get real life affiliate programs solved. You also get access to the help that you need to do the work and to make sure that when you're stuck, you get the support to overcome obstacles and challenges that you're facing in your affiliate program right now. The objective of this course is to help you to reach your business KPIs. So if you're looking to level up, if you want to do more with your affiliate program, and if you want to learn exactly how to create a framework for success as you launch, or you simply want to work with a group of like-minded people to overcome the day-to-day challenges that you're facing working in the affiliate marketing industry, AMP is going to be for you. Now we launched this course for the last time in 2022 on the 15th of September. So you still have a little bit of time to sign up and come and join me and a group of like-minded peers as we head on over to affiniteinsider.com forward slash AMP to help you book your seat this week. Now listen up for what's coming up next as we do a recap of this season next week and talk through some of the key things that we've learned and give you a small teaser of what's going to be coming up next season as we continue the quest to learn more about what's new and happening in affiliate marketing and performance partner management. Have a fantastic week, and I'm really looking forward to seeing some of you join us on our course as we head into the last quarter of 2022. See you again soon.
