Elle was diagnosed with coeliac disease 10 years ago after a serious period of illness and huge weight loss, yet the silver lining of her illness has been her successful blogging career. We chat about: how hard Elle found the initial transition to gluten free, how having a supportive family makes it so much easier, many accidental glutenings in the early days, how Elle got started as a blogger, being coeliac at fashion events, the best and worst places for gluten free travel and her new range of slogan t-shirts.
