Alternative Stories and Fake Realities is the anthology podcast of the spoken-word audio production company Alternative Stories.
Working with poets, novelists and dramatists we tell stories and share the work of writers including radio plays, short fiction, book excerpts and writer interviews. We also explore the things that inspire writers including folklore and mythology as well as sharing content from other podcasts produced by Alternative Stories.

The Daphne and Apollo Episode
Continuing our theme of new writing based upon stories from Ovid's Metamorphoses (and from mythology in general) this episode features an audio drama and poem based on the myth of Daphne and Apollo. The audio drama "No Words" features Tiffany Clare as Naomi, Charlie Richards as Robert and Federico Foglia as The Museum Attendant. Narration is by Kelli Winkler and original music is by Chris Gregory.
