Trusting God in Troubled Times--Getting Closer to God

Does God sometimes test you on the same field where you have been tested before? Today, we see just how God helped Jacob face a family crisis and prove HIS ability to protect Jacob, only to put him quickly into a similar situation to test him. Jacob fails, however, he manages to take baby steps towards the goals that God had for him. Once again, God will prove Himself faithful to HIS servant. God does the same thing with us. He is constantly preparing our hearts for the next step or the next level in our faith walk.
