There are moments in recovery when we simply can't believe in ourselves. We don't trust our decisions, we question our worth, and we wonder if we'll ever change. That's why people in recovery often say, "We love you until you learn to love yourself."

In this episode, I explore what that saying really means. It's not about becoming dependent on other people—it's about allowing yourself to receive the love, hope, and encouragement you can't yet give yourself. Sometimes our Higher Power works through sponsors, meetings, friends, and complete strangers to remind us that we're worth saving.

We'll talk about why so many of us struggle with self-love, how addiction and unhealthy relationships disconnect us from who we really are, and what it takes to begin building a healthy relationship with ourselves. True recovery isn't just about staying clean or sober. It's about remembering who you are and learning to live from that place every day.

If you've ever felt like you weren't enough, this episode is for you.
