David recently had the opportunity to speak to a group of missionaries, all of whom are serving in remote and even dangerous areas of Asia. As a former missionary himself, David understands the importance of taking care of one's self. We can't care for others if we are not taking care of ourselves. In this episode, he talks about how we can protect our spirit and keep it healthy.
