Everybody"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":243.92,"endTime":245.96,"body":"understands the importance of"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":245.96,"endTime":249.86,"body":"affordability. We can't have"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":245.96,"endTime":249.86,"body":"access and affordability if we"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":249.86,"endTime":253.97,"body":"have to sacrifice safety and"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":249.86,"endTime":253.97,"body":"satisfaction. You mentioned the"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":261.2,"endTime":263.72,"body":"consensus paper, you know,"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":261.2,"endTime":263.72,"body":"you're certainly familiar that"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":263.75,"endTime":266.48,"body":"the consensus paper which was"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":263.75,"endTime":266.48,"body":"supported by you know, all the"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":266.48,"endTime":270.95,"body":"audiology groups, industry,"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":266.48,"endTime":270.95,"body":"consumer groups, called for a"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":270.95,"endTime":274.67,"body":"maximum output, for example, 110"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":270.95,"endTime":274.67,"body":"decibel, and a maximum gain of"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":274.67,"endTime":278.63,"body":"25 dB. Well, in the in the"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":274.67,"endTime":278.63,"body":"proposed regulation, the max"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":278.63,"endTime":281.81,"body":"output could get to 120 dB. And"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":278.63,"endTime":281.81,"body":"you know, the difference between"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":281.81,"endTime":284.78,"body":"110 and 120 is more than it"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":281.81,"endTime":284.78,"body":"sounds right. So in our"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":361.94,"endTime":364.49,"body":"mind, and Starkey's you know,"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":361.94,"endTime":364.49,"body":"from our perspective, there are"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":364.49,"endTime":366.53,"body":"three things safety and"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":364.49,"endTime":366.53,"body":"satisfaction, we got to make"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":366.53,"endTime":368.78,"body":"sure we get the output in the"},{"speaker":"Michael Scholl","startTime":366.53,"endTime":368.78,"body":"game, right.
