L'IDÉE WOMAN - Founder (Breeana Smith)

Breeana Smith's story is an inspiring one for the fashion industry here in Australia! She grew up in South Perth and didn't even finish her business degree, instead she worked in brand management.  This is where she toiled away for years learning there was no substitute for hard work, how valuable relationships in the industry were and what would stand the test of time in a cut-throat industry.

After building up the confidence, database and knowledge, her next career move was a big one... co-founding the famous footwear brand JAMES SMITH in 2014.  We get an insight into her mindset and how she turned an idea into a multi-million dollar business.

Bree visited Positano in 2015 where she fell in love with an Italian restauranteur whilst at a friends wedding. Which later saw her move from Bali to the South of Italy. Her curiosity in colours and fabrics intensified as she wondered around the beautiful coastline. This is where her next big idea was born in 2019 called...   L’IDEE WOMAN which is now a globally recognised brand!
