Strategic Property Group - Director (Trent Fleskens)

Trent, like many other graduates of a UWA commerce degree went straight into work along St Georges terrace in his early 20s. Working in the corporate world as an advisor & analyst for big businesses, helping increase their profits however despite earning good money... something was missing. 

He went through a quarter life crisis which saw him quit the rat race & go solo travelling the world for 18 months, using the income he'd created from developing his own properties to fund his trip.

Whilst learning to become a safari guide in South Africa, he reflected on what work he could do that would give him real purpose & meaning. Which is when he decided he would help his friends set themselves up financially the same way he had... with property development. That's when Strategic Property Group was created.

Trent's business has grown to now be the leading property development consultancy in Perth. You'll also see Trent regularly on channel 9 news & his weekly segment on 6PR giving his insights on the property market here in Perth. He is also up to episode 138 on his podcast "The Perth Property Show". Trent's mission is to help Perth people make informed property purchases & stop the unnecessary urban sprawl, leaving some people in negative equity.
