Welcome and hello friends to episode 43 of the spirit guided life podcast. I think can't believe it's already the 43rd episode. That means we're not far from 50 and gosh, time has flown by. Can't believe it. I want to thank you all for listening for being here and joining me today. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. And I hope you don't mind that I, you know, I do live in a city and I try my best in my new home to set up a perfect little podcasting space. But there's background noise. If you hear cabs going by or cars or horns and stuff, I can't control it. I wish I could do something, but, um, that's what it is. It's just being a part of being in the city. So I hope you all are well, it's hard to believe we are finishing out the month of July is, has gone by so fast. It's crazy right on July 22nd, we entered the Leo season, which I love because that means Virgo is not far away, which is my birthday month on September 1st. And we are about to approach a very powerful Aquarius full moon on August 3rd, coming up. So a lot of energies going on a lot of shifts. July was definitely, uh, an interesting month. Um, but I do feel like things are going to start to kind of dare I say calm down, but it will start to feel a little bit lighter, I think as we go through August, but that's more for another episode today. I want to talk to you about the frequency of 1111 before we get into this. I just want to remind those of you. If you haven't already, please go ahead and leave me a rating on iTunes. So let's talk about 1111. You know, this is probably the number one thing people DME about, or I it's also probably one of the most popular posts I put out. If I ever, if you ever seen me put post on Instagram or Facebook, about 11, 11, it gets more likes than any other content I put out most of the time. So what is up with 11, 11? I know those of you who are listening right now. See it. Otherwise you probably wouldn't be listening to this podcast. Is it a mind trick, right? Is it, why do I keep seeing it? What does it really mean? I mean, we see it everywhere so often, right? People will say they see it on license plates. You see it flashing. When you glance out at your clock, it just happens to be 11, 11 or on your phone. So what is up with 1111? Why are we seeing them more often? Is the answer? It's a question I get asked a lot. What does it really mean? So I'm going to dive into all of that. And we're also going to do a meditative process to really tap into the frequency of the 1111, because it is a very unique energy and we can actually use that to our advantage. But we'll talk about that in a little bit. So I want to begin with, well, the number one, right? So the number one, usually the number one represents creative energy. It represents in taro, it represents the magician card. It represents control power, right? You typically want to be number one, right? We don't want to be number two. And there's an all Comey behind the energy of the one number. It's a magical number. So when you see the number one by itself, it's usually a sign that spirit is here to give you guidance. That's a pretty much basic meaning of just the number one. Now, when we double it or we add an extra digit to it, I should say we get 11 and 11 in numerology is known as a master number or more specifically, it's the root master number. And this number is associated. The number 11 is associated with such ideas as spiritual illumination, insight, intuition, even empathic abilities are all part of some of the frequencies behind the number 11. Now, when you see four digits with the number one, you get 11, 11, 11, no, this is the number we see the most. And it's because four is a complete number. It's got four digits, right? We're used to seeing mass, it's familiar, received four digits on the clock, right? It's familiar. It catches our attention. And by seeing this 11, 11, we're getting that signal from source, from the universe, from your guides that you are on the right path. It's really a message from the universe to you. Think of it as your spiritual doorbell is kind of ringing right now. And when this happens, when you see this nine of 11, 11, 11, 11, no matter where you see it, it's important that you actually take a moment to stop what you're doing. Take a moment to look around and see what are you actually doing right? Then in the moment what's gone on in your world, what are you thinking? Are your thoughts high vibrational? Or are you thinking some stuff that's maybe not so great, maybe a little bit lower or even negative. And you're being given a chance in that moment of the 11, 11 energy to realign yourself, to release what you don't want to keep carrying with you energetically, and to move up your frequency, to raise your vibration so that you can begin to get back into that flow state. Because when you're in that flow state, that's when manifestation can become easier. That's where insight with your intuition is easier too. And that's just when you feel a little bit better. So think of 11, 11 as an opportunity for you to dissolve the truth. So when you see this for you to go beyond fear and to really initiate into higher realms or frequency, think of it as you're now able to kind of in that tiny moment, breathe kind of new life and bring things. We are back into the light. When you see 11, 11, it's really his Spirit's way of helping you to reattune your own frequencies. And the more you do this, you're going to begin to see even more signs. You're going to begin to see even more synchronicities. And it's going to become way more easier for you to just trust your intuition. So remember, you are born six sensory, you are naturally an intuitive being you're psychic. You have the ability to go beyond the veil because you are a Lightworker 11, 11 also brings in new energy. It's almost like it's cleaning like a little mini vacuum cleaner bringing in and cleaning away the energy around you bringing a new energy saying, Hey, I'm ready to grow. Spirit sees you're ready. You're being given this opportunity. So think about it and say, Hey, yeah, I see 11, 11. I'm actually, yeah, I am ready. I am ready to trust when you do that. Spirit sees it. So acknowledge it cause that's what they want. So 1111 really is also like an inner compass helping you to trust your inner guidance. And when you do that, you're moving up, you're moving up dimensionally, really to fit dimensional reality. You're getting closer to this unified field of consciousness. And it's like I said, it's so much easier to be receptive to even higher guidance at that point. So if we had to summarize it, think of the 11, 11 frequency as vision, it's really divine potential. 1111 really is a reintegration of all these divine possibilities. So trust in higher perspective and trust in your own divine abilities. Another reason we see 11, 11 so easily is because of numbers are really easy and simple way for spirit to give us a sign. A number is universally recognizable, right? Think of like nine one, one, we all kind of know what that is. And most cultures, numbers and pictures are really easy to relay from spirit. So right now I want you to find somewhere for you to get comfortable. We're going to do a meditative process to align ourselves with the 11, 11 energy. And if you're driving, I would suggest you pause this and come back to at a later date. So

Get comfortable. If you want to sit down, that's okay. You can lay down if you want, but, um, do you want you to go to sleep? I want you to stay active. So maybe prop yourself up a little bit. And we're going to begin by doing a cycle of three breath word series, and I'll walk you through this. So get comfortable. Move your body. If you need to adjust your pillow or your chair, and I want you to call in your own higher guidance system, calling your higher self right now, call in your spiritual support team of guides, angels, master teachers, inhalers. We're going to breathe in for a count of three, one, two, three. We're going to hold for three one, two, three. And we're going to exhale for eight one two three five six seven and hold for three, one, two, three. Breathe in for three, one, two, three, and hold one, two, three. And let's exhale for eight one two three four five six, seven, eight. And this last round you'll do on your own. And I want you to bring your attention to your third eye, your six energy center, right between your eyebrows, pillow of your forehead. And just start to see a little bit of energy focusing. Maybe you might see it swirling around that energy center. You may see a color. You may see just lights, just intend to bring your awareness to your third eye right now. And we're going to enter the 11, 11 frequency code into your third nine. Imagine if you were putting a password into an ATM, we're going to do this right now. Enter see the number being written 11, 11, 11, 11 in the center of your third eye, like it's being entered in the keypad. And as you have this encoded into your third eye, you start to see yourself surrounded by beautiful column, pure, pure high vibrational. Crystalyn white light. This crystal and white light is so bright. So cool. So nice. Your whole aura body is now golfed in the cylinder. Crystalyn wind light and allow this column of white Crystalyn light to transport. You transport you to a serene, beautiful grassy meadow, open field flowers, bright crystal blue sky, clear sun beaming down. And you hear the trickling of the stream next to you as you head on over to it. And you walk on over. As you see this stream shining a beautiful, bright cobalt blue color in right there on the corner of the street. You see the most magnificent Ruby red Lotus flower, Lotus flower is waiting for you. As you get closer, you see this red Lotus flower grow in size, so that it's large enough for you to actually step on top of as if you're boarding a raft made just for you climb on top of that would be red Lotus flower. You may feel like you just want to lay down on this beautiful Lotus, or you could stand or sit up and notice that this Lotus flower fits you perfectly. It starts to move gently down the stream. As if you're writing a little rainbow. Now this Lotus flower to gently move forward down the street. You may feel like you are picking up speed and you notice that the sky is really bright. So bright. You may be even squinting your eyes a little bit, however, it's not uncomfortable and allow that surrounding grassy meadow to kind of soften color as if you're losing focus of it. You noticed that even the beautiful cobalt blue water has begun to soften to a more pale whitish color it's as if all the colors around you are beginning to lose their saturation and Blair away merging with pure white porcelain light, except that beautiful red Lotus flower. Before you know it you're floating on a vibration of pure light. There's no more colors. There's no more scenery. Allow yourself to just continue to arrive at this vibration. I'll be 11, 11, and frequency. You may feel as if you can't tell if the Lotus flower is moving forward down the stream anymore, or if it's stopped or stationary that's okay. Just trust that you're moving into higher frequency. You're moving into the 11, 11, true essence of this number. Now see yourself noticing staircase, the distance the staircase made out of crystal in light. You can't tell where it leads, but you can see a few steps and feel your Lotus flower coming to a stop. If you are moving, it's still pretty bright around you, but you can see the few steps in front of you. Step up on that first, then begin to walk up the staircase. You notice it's a spiral staircase. It feels really cool yourself to lock up the spiral staircase. And with each step on the spiral staircase, feel yourself, begin to feel more in tune with your inner voice, more aligned with higher wisdom, continue stepping up the spiral staircase. And as you approach the next curve of the spiral, you're attached to your body. Feel your body feel more in sync with its natural rhythms. You may perhaps feel less tension or stress. Feel your physical body feel your physical body nourishing you, supporting you, pumping oxygenated blood throughout your entire body. And you admire it with gratitude and appreciation and continue to walk up the spiral staircase and feel your emotions. Your emotions of pure love. Bless all these emotions of satisfaction. Being encoded into your energy body right now, and continue to walk up this spiral staircase of crystal and light. And imagine your mind, imagine your mind becoming still you can't imagine. It just intend that your mind is becoming still. Everything can fall. They just become more in flow, less stress and feel as you continue to walk up this spiral staircase, as you've come to a landing, you are always in tune with your intuition. Always all of your Claire's always sending signals to you feel the trust that you have for your own self. Thank your guides for always working with your own spirit. And as you continue to walk on a beautiful Crystalyn clearing, you notice that your Lotus flowers back there waiting for you in this stream of pure light and board, your maybe red Lotus flower. Feel it moving down towards the stream. As you float down the street, trust, trust your own journey. Trust where you are right now is where you need to be trust that your needs are being and bring your awareness to the meadow. As you start to see, see it again, and allow the colors of your surroundings. The to you may see the water underneath you rushing by. You may see the sky, the sun shining down upon you and allow this Lotus flower to come to a comfortable stone. As you get off of it, family planning yourself back, grassy meadow. As you walk back into that vortex into that column of light, waiting to transport you the present moment. As you step back inside that column of pure light, you feel the energy of the frequency of 11, 11, tuning you to synchronicities, to signs, to manifestations, to flow to your tuition, allow this frequency to transport you back to the room you're in right now. As you become more present in your body, you feel the density in the space and surroundings around you and when you're comfortable, open your eyes. All right. How did that feel?

So what we decided is her tuned ourself to the energy frequency of the 11, 11 energies. So in the days and weeks, coming ahead, pay attention to all the signs and symbols receipt, but especially notice what's a little different. If you see 11, 11, what are your thoughts when you see it now, remember this is an opportunity for you to re integrate into all the possibilities. So really get clear on your energy state, on your emotions, on your frequency, because that little window of time in the 1111 is giving you the opportunity to really shift, to adjust your frequency so that you can manifest. You can get into flow so you can trust again.
