Larry is out this week so Eric took this opportunity to talk a little about his past and his frustrations as a high schooler who wanted to go to vocational school but was dissuaded from doing so.
We are at a tipping point in the trades and it is imperative for us to find ways to make our jobs more desirable for the next generation. We need to find ways to help parents understand the upsides of the trades for their children, so they will go to vocational school and to show our young people what amazing career opportunities are available in the trades.
