In this episode Eleni Jurkschat interviews ACM Master Helen Campbell. Together with being an ACM Master, Helen is a Certified Professional Facilitator. She is author of Managing Organisational Change, co-author of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, she teaches at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and currently heads Culture and Change at Woolworths, Australia. Helen co-founded the Change Management Institute and was a Board member for eight years.
