In this podcast series, Eleni Jurkschat interviews senior change practitioners about career pathways for change managers, and seeks to provide information on the varied career options that are available to those with a change management skill set, as well as uncovering perspectives from senior practitioners on the topic of change management.

In first episode, Eleni chats to ACM Master James Bedford. James is a Business Transformation Leader with over twenty years’ experience in successfully delivering complex change programs for clients. He specialises in operating model change enabled through IT system, re-organisation, M & A, process, capability or behavioural based initiatives. James has extensive external change consulting experience (IBM, PwC, Morphologie) and a history of leading successful internal transformation programs (Toll Group, NAB, Shell). He is known for his deep skills in organisation design and his ability to address complex business needs with practical and insightful change strategies. James is an Accredited Change Manager Master with the Change Management Institute (CMI).
