In this episode Eleni chats to ACM Master Deb Gridley. Until recently Deb was the Organisational Change Manager for the Department of Transport and Main Roads - Maritime Safety Queensland. She has been responsible for driving the management of all change activities including communication, stakeholder engagement, training and transition associated with the implementation of a new Vessel Traffic Systems Decision Support Tool into MSQ's port and reef centres along the Queensland Coastline.
