The Change Management Institute

In this podcast series, Eleni Jurkschat interviews senior change practitioners about career pathways for change managers, and seeks to provide information on the varied career options that are available to those with a change management skill set, as well as uncovering perspectives from senior practitioners on the topic of change management.

In this episode, Eleni chats to ACM Master Camille Clerc.

As a change manager for many years, Camille has led significant change projects to deliver cultural and organisational change through IT transformations, business process improvement and technology projects.

Guiding and advising senior leadership teams, she has delivered astute, commercial, pragmatic change management strategies that have steered organisations through significant IT and cultural transformations.

Her demonstrated aptitude for the leadership of process and people has enabled me to build credibility and trust with clients and internal stakeholders. I build strong rapport and relationships that are underpinned by client delivery outcomes, my learning, empathy and insight. I engage with empathy and objectivity to ensure people are understood but objectives and deliverables are well communicated.

Camille describes her key motivators as delivering exceptional change programs for clients, continuously learning and developing my own knowledge base and developing others to grow in their own change management careers.
