What's up, buddy? How are you? I'm good, man. How are you? Awesome, man. Thank you very much for joining us tonight. You did fantastic out there this weekend at Tech flex, didn't you? Yeah, it was a pretty a pretty good weekend. It's pretty hard fought. Folks, what happened to Donovan wouldn't get into it a little bit, but glad he's gonna be alright. And get back sooner than later. Hopefully. Yeah, totally. So let's backtrack a little bit here. So you've been racing out of Tex Plex at the Texas Outlaw Series for a while. You got your car pretty dialed in. I've seen but the class that you raised? I think it's called the outlier expert class. Yeah, so we're one step below the super cool guys, but we'll be within one day. Yeah, totally. But I mean, the lap times are still pretty close, man. So you guys race and I can't Amex three. And that's what most of the guys do in the outlaw class there. But, dude, that track is so crazy because like there's a bunch of stuff that I always think when I'm like, when I'm out there, like you're never really going straight. You always are loading the car, like one way or the other. And there's always another corner that somebody can approach you and there's a bunch of 180s where you can come in super hot on people. And your guys's class is like, I don't want to call it the bang indoor class but you guys get pretty aggressive dude, like pretty fucking aggressive. You know, I'm saying. Yeah, say that. This weekend was the first time we broke off the car after one of the I think it was moto one on Sunday. We came back to the pavement of the tree kickers was dragging the ground so hopefully I Camilla helped us build that back up real quick. But yeah, we're definitely not shy on letting everybody know we're in here. But that's the way to learn though too, right? Like, if you want to be in the in the pro class or the outlaw class, then you got to really get in there and make sure that you know how to control your vehicle get inches centimeters away from the other drivers, so it's pretty intense. Yeah, definitely. There's times when you go so as corny as you're like, I hope this car holds, because we're going in so fast and so haughty. And you know, obviously, we don't ever want to take anybody out. But sometimes we definitely tag a little bit harder than intended. Moto two on Saturday, me and Donovan were literally side by side for like half a lap. And we were both pushing our boundaries and where we should be driving that and it was a blast. Ultimately, they've given me in the very last corner, which has had my number all year long. But man, it's that class is super competitive. I mean, everybody's pretty evenly matched. And we're all running basically the same stuff. I mean, we've all got the same suspension next level, elke, I mean, the cars are all s3, they all have Desarae jockeys, but man, they're all so close. And so it's really funny out there and really test our skills. Yeah, totally. You guys have those things pretty dialed for out there. I mean, like, if you go if you actually come out to the West Coast series, you're gonna have to have a whole different car basically. Yeah, I was thinking about that. When Brian posts I definitely want to try to get out there and hit you know, one or two rounds if we can get away from work on and do that. Just be really out there and do different style racing. But yeah, get out to change up suspension and tires, the whole nine yards to be out there. Yeah, it's pretty crazy, right? So what was the reason that you decided to race out at textbooks in the first place? I grew up racing for theirs, right. So I was just kind of racing something. It was boys, I was actually how I met the Millers. When I was a kid, and they got into side by side racing was always watching them and Hunter COVID always say, man, come out, walk your race. And so we came out, it was the second to last round of that last series last year, they watched one round the next round, we had an x three came out there to be the first race and was at the amateur class. And it was kind of kind of snowballed from there. But it was such a blast. I missed race or something that was saying, Guys, we know the whole racing community, man, there's just there's nothing like it. I mean, everybody out there is trying to funny with everything. I mean, whatever you need, I mean, we'll help you out. And it's it's really cool to be around a bunch of a bunch of guys and girls like this. Yeah, like minded people. I noticed that in Texas, like, especially like there's so much camaraderie like everybody's willing to help everybody else. And like, you kind of just mentioned it, like, all of you guys are basically running the same thing, because everybody shares all the information to help each other get better. So I always say that the pro stock class is the drivers class, but almost all of the expert and pro classes are the drivers class. Yeah, for sure. I mean, like we yeah, we really are. We're all running the same stuff. You know, we all have our little fun. Two things we'll do here that we feel may give us an edge over somebody else. But you know, does I don't know. They're all they're all so close. Right. Yeah. I mean, that's, that's the cool part about the series we run. And Brian's done such a good job of like, you know, keeping keep it almost family, basically, it feels like, but yeah, I mean, you break something. Whoever's got the porch willing to lend a hand. I mean, literally everybody out there is wanting to help everybody keep them on track. Yeah, totally, really. So one of the things that I think is so crazy about the Outlaw series in general, is that the you guys do like a motocross kind of setup where it's too motos, but you also do a standing start, you don't do a rolling start, right? That standing start provides so much drama, like it's crazy. Are you like, pretty used to it now? Or is it still like butterflies and all that when you guys are at the starting line? It's, you know, you're calm, and you're focused, but you're definitely a little like, you're ready to go, right? I wouldn't say nervous is the term you're kind of anxious to get going. But I mean, as soon as the green flag drops, like the nerves go away, and you just go, hey, it was let's go race but I like it. I think it's a lot of fun, because it's, some guys will push it like Donovan and Mickey and we're always literally banging tires in that first corner. And it's a lot of fun to really drag race to see who's gonna hold out the longest. Plus, it gives you a chance to you know, kind of play with tires and what's kind of the best because as soon as you can get a jump on somebody, our cars are all so close horsepower wise that whoever can get the jump usually. Yeah, let's talk about that too. So there was a lot of I don't know what you want to call it. Tire confusion or setup confusion this weekend, especially. So there was a tornado that ran through the previous Monday, so four or five days before the event and then the track got RepRap like fully groomed. And then so it kind of brought some pebbles up to the top on a hardpack surface. So it was really Skatey and then, you know, obviously having to water it having, uh, you know, at certain points in the motos and then tire selection and sway bar and suspension setup really like. I mean it elevated to another level this weekend. So how did you like go through and compensate for all that? Because I know people were fighting it. Yeah, definitely. Man, the track was different every time we went out. So all four modes, the track was different. We've stayed pretty consistent all weekend. We made a couple changes to the tires Saturday night, and anticipation for Sunday. But, you know, because Friday, we got out there, and it was super dusty, super dry. Saturday morning, the track still had some water in it. So the first couple of modes was slick. Second, it was awesome. So we were just, you know, kind of playing with air pressure here and there throughout the day anticipating what was going to happen. But as far as like suspension, sway bars, things, we kept all that the same this weekend. I know there's some other guys that were definitely stiffening or maximum suspension. But it was it was pretty crazy to see how much the track was changing every single moto. I mean, it definitely had my number moto on Sunday was a day so it the track had me beat for that one. But we came back out and anybody it was, it was pretty cool to see them. But I like that you know, because it makes everybody drive you it's it's not the same thing. It's not repetitive. It's like every time we go out what are you expecting? So there's definitely a you can separate people in that aspect, which is what I really liked. And I think that's cool that the track was doing that this weekend. Yeah, totally. And it forces you to be a more of a I don't know a professional right? Because you got to think on your feet. You got to really get your car set up. Like there's all kinds of crazy stuff that happens. So your buddy Cruz said that he wanted us to show this video look like you guys got your recap already kind of done so some people can check out your your car. That's what your car looks like. And you know you guys getting kind of set up super cool that he was able to put that together so quickly for you guys. Yeah, he did a really good job with that man. It's always cool to get to see like, we've been doing a lot of stuff without the track with videos and off the tracks going into kind of see how. But he did a phenomenal job with that. It makes it makes it more fun. When you get to see stuff like that kind of gets you excited to go back out for the next round and go pushes for more. Yeah, totally. So some of our our well, actually, that's one of the things I was gonna bring up that shot that just happened there. But some of our audience can check out the track and kind of see how it is. Looks like super fun. But they had a new split Lane in there with a little like, step up double on the inside. And then you could go like full gas around the outside. What What line did you prefer. So I was always taking a sideline, I think I only ran the outside on one lap. And we had some slower travel pros we're trying to get home. But I prefer the inside just because you're able to protect it. Or so hopefully, I think there's some changes coming in the future where we're going to be racing. So it'd be fun to hopefully get to put some big jumps in there and really get to air these things out. But the that was new, and then Brian has done a really good job to change the track up for every single round. Because the last time we took out, go back, probably what a quarter mile, the track and different jumps and just just keep mixing it up. And I think it's really making it fun. For all the drivers and especially for racing. It's something different every time so it'll be nice to keep doing just a really, really fun race this year so far. Yeah, totally, uh, your class is so competitive to like it is hardly anything differentiates it. So when you're out on the track, and you're battling with, you know, like, Donovan and those different dudes, what's the like, what's the mentality to be able to get by in the past because there's not very much room. And you really got to set it up like two or three quarters in advance. And I mean, your homies with everybody, so I was like, Shit, I'm gonna run it in like, what? what's the, what's the move? Well, I think Donovan made that pretty clear that we're running. Last round, he was on a mission man, front. I mean, awesome. It was it was a lot of fun. Being a key tag on something. Nobody is deliberately trying to take anybody out. But we're all at that point. We're like, no, we want to win. Second place is cool. But you know, it's not that cool. So, you know? Yeah, there's definitely some, you know, I kind of watched videos of the pros. I love the what Brian's doing with the live stream, because I'll go back at night and kind of watch and I'll learn new passing lines that may I may not have seen before and kind of watch how they did and like, I never would have thought of that. And then try it the next day, you know, something like that. To begin with secrets. It is what it is. Well, I don't think you're the only one doing that did we had like 20 people walk up to me and say that we're doing this? Well, dude, it's awesome to have that. For one. You can see how you're driving where you can make up time like you said, like set people up in corners like, we're our class like, I know we're on faster and I know we're Donovan making enemies faster than me so my faster areas like hey, I'm going to do Right, it's super hard going in there. So I can get done playing around. Yeah, totally. I like the fact that you have to motos too, because then it gives you a little bit of redemption. You don't just get a, you know, back in the Lucas Oil days, you get 10 minutes, 15 minutes on the track and you're done like so the whole the whole weekend, you get maybe 18 to 20 minutes of driving time. But you guys get way more than that, man, you guys probably get close to an hour, hour and a half where the driving time. Yeah, for sure. And I was even gonna petition Brian and see if we can get our class around five laps just like that. Well, just to get a bit more out there. But you know, it's fun because I say you have a bad Moto and you screwed up, you spun out and you totally have next round to go out there and get it which I think brings a lot of people in because it's not just over one race, right? You don't own your whole week. There's only one race but you know, it just gives people a chance to make changes do that it to me, it makes it more competitive. Because like, hey, we were we were this close this time, let's dial in, tweak a few things and go back out and see if we can get it done. Which is, you know, pretty sure everybody out there in our level and above does that even the guys running below us? I mean, it's you see people working on their cards, after every motor we do you know, we come back, we have our list we run through. I do this do that. What do we want to change? We don't want to change and go from there. Yeah, totally. So what's like, the move for you, when you're out there? Are you thinking like, Okay, if I do well, this race, it'll elevate me for the next race. And then by the end of the series, I'm going to have a milestone or a goal of entering the outlaw or the pro class. You know, I always joke about that essay, before we ended the pro class, I would love to get a couple more pictures on the podium, because that's a totally different animal running with those guys. It is no mercy at all. So you know, I just tried to go out and drop a good race, right? Not not push it that position and take myself out of the race. But make sure you know, because you don't win the series in one weekend. So we're super consistent and keeping the car together. And things like that. Just about the whole years, it's kind of that's my goal is just to drive as smart as possible. And obviously, I want to be on the box every time in a tough spot. But, you know, if we don't get it done for that weekend, we still get points. And, you know, overall, it's a win for us. So it's pretty crazy that side by side racing has gotten that far. Like I feel like what you're saying is like Supercross level stuff, right? Like, you're, you're managing points and you're doing all this stuff. I think it's so cool. Like, just think about it man, like five years ago, or something that didn't even exist. Like it's crazy to see how much competition is in these classes. Now. The fact is, how close all the cars are, you know, cuz there's some point there's, there's only so much you can do to him at some point and still compete in the classes. But yeah, like, you know, everybody's kind of got them strapped to the gills getting everything we can out of them. And that goes to the drivers from there. And doing like you said, like, it almost feels like sometimes your professional racing because of how much work like you know, before we go the track. It's weeks, right? Thank you, hey, what needs to be done, okay, when you go to the park, or get back and clean the car, take it apart, you know, order what we need, if we don't know who we're going to call this and that and then try and get put back together for the next round. For a weekend warrior. It's a lot of work. But you know, it's fun. I tell you, man, I remember when we had our professional Lucas program like, Dude, we were working, I don't know, 6080 hours a week and our job to make sure that we had enough money for it. And then we would have probably another 40 to 50 hours a week of actual prep time on the cars. And then we would go to the races. And we like I said I like to to model format because we would get roughly 25 minutes of driving time for the whole weekend. If with all of that effort, it was just like, Dude, it's so crazy. So that's why I'm such a big fan of the Texas outlaws series. Yeah, no, it's awesome. I feel that for sure. Like, you know, we were talking earlier. So when you try to run a business and deal with all that crap. You get home and you're like, Dude, I just want to eat some food and take a nap. Literally, like I walk in the door. But it's sorta like it's fine. Yeah, and you're doing a good job, too. So you gotta be proud of yourself. Hey, we only have 20 minute segments for each person. We're gonna get Tom, Tom and code St. Peter on just a second here. So, man, I can't wait to see you at round five and six. I think it's May 14 and 15th. So it'll be cool to get back out there and see you guys ripping. Yeah, man, for sure. Thanks for having me on. And we'll see you next round. Yeah, thanks. Awesome. We'll see you. Super cool to see how much enthusiasm they have. I mean, just think about the amount of effort that they have to put in and just like what we were talking about with my old program. I mean, mean everybody pretty much does that. So it's super cool to be able to see what's calm St. Peter and code St. Peter How're you guys doing? Good man. How's it going? Pretty good. Code. You got to sit up a little taller. I know you're small but dang, dude. There you go stand up next to your dad. Perfect. Hey, so you had a pretty good weekend this past weekend. But before we get into it, I'd like you to introduce yourself to the audience. Tell him your full name and what your age is. Looks like we got a little bit of a bad audio connection. Are you guys on Wi Fi? Are you guys on cell phone? We're on a Wi Fi. You got us better them? Yeah, let's just have codes. Stand a little closer to the phone maybe? Alright, good. Say it again. My name is a and my name is resting Kotsay theater. Sweet dude. And What class do you raise? And you're in a 250 or 177. Man. So, your car ribs. Dude, we saw you just shredding out there this weekend. Your dad also raises too. Do you aspire to be a professional racer someday? Yes. Like your what your dad's doing or what? Well, we're not professional, but we're just playing. But he's definitely on that path. We're working on it. Do you like side by sides? Are you like the big trucks? Yeah. Yeah, me too. Dude. I'm a big side by side guy. Although I would love to raise the 6100 truck someday. But what I wanted to ask you was when was the first time that you ever got in a side by side? Do you remember how old you were? You were five years old the first time you started driving? Do that's so lucky. I guarantee there's a bunch of kids that are watching. They're like holy cow. I wish I could drive it five years old. Pretty cool, right? When you think about it, like when you get your driver's license, you're already going to have been driving for 11 years. Man, so we bought that first car and gave it to him for Christmas. I think he was actually four and a half. And I remember we we rolled it out. And he gets in it. And then I had to go out to the shop and literally cut all the pedals out of the bar. And then refabricate them, like three inches closer. I thought it was gonna be good. And so we spent this like, whole Christmas afternoon re fabricating the world to make this thing work. That's kind of that's where it all started. Because he's so little right. Oh, he was tiny at the time, man if he was tiny, got a picture of him where he was like shorter than a star holding his first trophy. Dang, that's pretty cool. That's gotta feel cool for you though. Right code? Yes. So what's who's your favorite driver on the pro circuit right now code out of the programmers. Like the big fan of coder and honey Miller. Big Jordan versus your buddy's dad. Oh, is he? Oh, yeah. Him and Tucker there. Oh, read on. Yeah. So you guys are both good friends. And it's so cool to see. You probably have a lot of friends out there at Tech flex at the Texas Outlaw Series, don't you? Yes. We got to get more than just a yes answer from you. Okay, but we'll pretend like this is like you're already a professional. So you got to start talking like a little bit more and tell us about your friends. So who do you usually play with who's part of your crew? Tucker backer but did you see that video I just saw Instagram video. Becker doing like some sort of dance when he was on the podium and look pretty cool. Did you see him do that? That's pretty funny. Are you going to come up with a dance? Maybe the interview stage here where we're getting he's getting more comfortable during the interview. So this is like this is a big leap for him to be talking on this so Dude, we love it. So yeah, first of all, Tom thanks for being by his side so you can kind of coach them through it but we love this dude and you're not doing a bad job at all. But I'm trying to make it give you suggestions as we go along because you can practice with me as much as you want did. So, all right, what's your favorite part about side by side racing? Passing really like what kind of passing like in the air and corners like What is your favorite kind of way to do it just because your car is so fast that way. So I saw you a couple of times when you were catching some of those bigger cars and you know that split Lane were there. was the double on the inside. And then you can go full gas around the outside. I saw you catching some cars over there. Which line did you prefer to use? For passing? And they're outside? Just because you could go wide open? Yeah. Do you remember how fast you were going? Or do you could you tell us you're supposed to say I was going full throttle did that's one of the things that I've noticed about you code and your dad can attest to this as well is when we watched you drive, you're a lot more mature behind the steering wheel, then you probably even know because you're moving your feet properly, you're controlling the rear end of the car, you're not doing a lot of steering input. And guys, like your dad, guys like me, and probably the Miller brothers, they can see that when these watch you drive, dude, you should be very proud of yourself. Yeah. Did you learn a lot of that stuff from your dad? Or how did you kind of just became natural? My dad? Yeah, it's cool. They can teach you that stuff as well. Yeah, you know, I get on the radio, and I talked to him, then afterwards, I'll ask him, did you hear? Did you hear what I was saying. And he's like, I just started. And so I've been really been, he's been doing it so long, it's just a feel. And you know, it'd be a good racer, and talking about an eight year old here. Now, he's really just out there driving, like, what he's comfortable with doing. And that's just progressed and progressed and progressed. And so, you know, all the tuning that we've done on these little cars, there's, there's a lot that you can get out of these things. But touching hearing, and this year is a big turning point, because I've got, I've got these cameras in this car that it gives me feedback on mile per hour and rpm, and, and he's driving the car wide open through all the corners and all lifting. And so we're getting really good data. And so it's actually for once, instead of trying to set it up to suit him for what he's doing, we're actually able to try and get every little bit that we can out of the car, because because he's given it everything it had. And we can actually see it. Yeah, totally. So for Mom and Dad, that's like, well, no race team, That's insanely good data. But how does that translate to him, like as a as a young driver is? Are you guys able to go over that data and give him some of the understanding of it, so he can learn from it? Yeah, so a big part of what we do, whenever we come back is we pull the we pull the video up, and, you know, we just sit there and we talk about his line choice. And we talk about where he's lived and just a little bit early in the corners. And I think, you know, the the limited car hasn't been so much of an issue because he just kind of puts that thing on the floor and just goes, but when it comes to that mod car that mod cars got a lot of power. And so you know, the last couple of years, in that thing, I've just, he's wanted to coast in the corners a lot. And so we've just kind of bridged into that area to where instead of letting off the gas early and letting the coast into the corners. He's He's pulling out of the gas, and last second stabbing on the brakes, and then getting back into it. So that was, I think that was a hurdle that we've been working on for 40 years is no coasting hold the gas until the last second and then use those brakes and go, that's cool. A little bit more moto style. Yeah, you can tell that he has a lot of rolling speed when he's driving on the course too. So like code when you get done with your races, like and your dad says, Okay, let's watch the video. And let's watch some of the look at some of the data and stuff like that. Like, how does that go with you? Like what do you think? What do you really think like, when you see it? Do you go oh, now I see what you're saying, Dad, like I could go faster here. Or I could go you know, more momentum around the outside or change my line? Like what are the things that you notice? Different lines? Yeah, like your competitor? Yeah. So that's really cool. So it sounds like you watch the live stream too. And you are able to look at that and see what your competitors are doing too, huh? Yeah, yeah, absolutely. That's well, how do you how do I search this on YouTube? How do you pull this up? don't really talk about wanting it more, right? I mean, then that comes with a lot of determination, right, Tom? Like when you see your son doing that, like he's going out there and he's winning, and he's doing it? You know, successfully, but when you see him asking those questions, that almost means more, right? Yeah, no, he sees it really. You know, all the things these kids watch on YouTube and stuff. So he's got bragging rights, three, four, and five on his on his iPad. And so at night, I'll go in there. I'll hear his iPad running. I know the sleeping and literally we'll have it posted up on the pillow and he's watching dice the boss and Rob Mac and all those guys I know The trucks and it's just constantly he's probably we probably watch Bragging Rights 520 times. So it's I don't know, to me, it's awesome that I've got to keep up with him like, Yeah, super into it and also super into it to Excel himself, right? Like if he was just watching it and not doing anything himself, it would just be a little bit different, right, but you're seeing him actually putting all that information to use, which is super cool. And, you know, a couple years ago, it was really a sticking point with with him racing was he raised his Robert D'Amico older kid out of Arizona, and he's racing 1000 class now, but he made a pass on him in the mat in the I think it was, I think it was he races before the man made a pass on him right before the finish line, and then came over a little hit, and then went off the gas and put in the transmission and we went back to the camper, and he's literally bawling his eyes out. With second place to say that I had him I had him I had him. And so I mean, after that, you know, you really realized that like, he wants to go out there and win. And it was that important to him to get that win. And after that it wasn't you know, second place third place. It was never you know, I did good. It was. It hasn't been okay with that. So, yeah, I think he's been wins in a row now. dang good. Look at you. And Grayson popper said, Yeah, you did a great, great job this weekend, too. So one of your homies do chiming in. That's cool. Yeah, do a great job this weekend. 1000 Plus. Yep. One of the things I was going to say because you just kind of touched on it too is those gear that one little gear and those transmissions on the 170 Dude, like I know CMI made another replacement gear for those things are supposed to be really good, but I don't know what the next weak link is in the transmissions, but those ones 70s That one gear dude will kill you. That deal that CMI? Did they pulled up? I mean, I think we've got eight races on this transmission. So Ron, and but last year, we were eating them alive. So I mean, we would literally change every race. So if we ran practice on the car and the mod car and then we ran a race, we would have to change the gears before main so it was good for heating the main but grand practice on it. The gears were mines but what CMI did with those transmissions, it's it's expensive. But I mean, it's worth it all day that thinks it's bulletproof. Yeah, totally. Chuck's always doing a good job over there. So excuse me, when you get to the track, and you get to hang out with all your friends and stuff code. What do you guys usually do? You do guys just focus on racing? Or you guys ride pit bikes? What's the deal? Where do you usually go? Get my tracks. That's pretty fun, huh? And then when you get home, and you're with your dad, do you help him work on the car? Sometimes, what do you usually do? What does dad make you do is he say? Code? You got to wash it code? You got to air up the tires? What's the usual thing that you have to do to help him? Take the body off and wash it. Is that pretty easy? Or is that like take a long time? Say that again. It's pretty easy. But it's fun to help your dad work on the cars don't you think? Yeah, I think it is to that's got to be some really good Father Son. Time to write Tom absolutely been, I think the whole thing has become a big, big family deal. Whenever I go out to the desert, you know, it's just been the guys and we're just on this for a week. You know, it's hard to involve the family out when we're having to drive 20 hours. And so this is a deal where we take over and my wife and our daughter we did all week. And honestly, sometimes I wonder if we came I gotta remind him that we're there to race because as soon as we show up, he's on the pit bike and everywhere and it's 10 minutes before the next race and and we can't find him and he's over. Over somewhere on the on the pit like I think three tanks of gas. That's pretty cool, but we got to think about it when we're eight though too. We would have probably been doing the same thing if we had those cool things. Yeah, totally. We were actually talking about this the other day about like how cool it would have been to have side by sides and things like that at such a young age would have been pretty rad man but we got we had moto Yeah, for sure. The old you know, you know, twin shock outside the fenders, you know, the XR at some, some code we'll never know about that's so cool that you're able to do so well code. We are all very proud of you. You're such a really mature driver for your young age. I know that mine That means a lot to you, but to your data, it means a lot to for me, somebody like me that's already had a professional career to see you doing this means that you have such a big future ahead of you, dude. So we're really proud of what you're doing. And we want to make sure that you can give it your all every single time that you're out on the track. And I know that you already do. Yeah, yeah. He's so humble, right? Oh, man, we're just we're just getting there. So, super cool. Hey, coach. So you have two and a half minutes left. Before we gotta let you go? Do you want to take your dad's phone and walk around your car a little bit. So you can show everybody what your car is? I'd like to see what you look at when you're inside. So maybe show us the cockpit so like, where your helmet would be so we can see around? Let's see, how do we do this? So this while the body is not on it, so that's okay, that's better. So some of the kids that are watching can see this. So maybe show us your seat and your steering wheel so especially it Yeah, sounds super cool area, right? Both both of these cars are built by car one. And you know, he did a great job. So they're all carbon fiber skins on. Really? Good. Barwon Yeah. Brian over there. And Brian over there at car one does do a fantastic job getting those things ready. Do you think you guys are going to end up racing any of the West Coast stuff? Oh, I don't know. You know, we may. Yeah, he wants to go and race them in 400. I mean, we want to catch a couple races out there. We, you know, we went ahead and committed to the Mid America an Outlaw Series this year. And so it's a lot of racing. So it's and, and, you know, we gotta get through those. And we'll find some time after that. And see what's next. That is. That is a lot of racing. Are you? Are you up for all that racing code? Dang, you're gonna you want to do the man 402 Uh huh. Yeah, I would love to see you do the man. 400 Have you seen some of the other younger guys like in your class? Do the men 400 Have you looked at them on YouTube too? drivers do you watch? on YouTube? Which ones do you watch? That's about it. Yeah. So the car one guy said Come on. It's only 24 hours overdrive, Tom. We'll do it. I've done it a book. Yeah. That's cool, man. Well, coat. I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to come hang out with us, dude, it was really cool to talk with you today. Thank you. Yeah. Thanks. Thanks. Thanks. Yeah, no problem. Yeah, for sure. Thank you very much, Tom. Like I said to him, I meant that for you, but wanted to see what he thought I thought I could get a little rise out of him. But thank you very much, both of you guys for taking the time. Dude, you guys are awesome. Thanks. You did a great job, too. Thanks, Tom. Thanks, guys. We'll see you later. All right, man. It's so cool. Talking to the kids. You know, I give them a lot of crap. And they're, they're really cool to talk with. You know, sometimes we get just short answers from them, but they're learning like He's eight years old. And he just did a 20 minute interview with help from his dad, but you got to really commend him for doing that. Super, super cool. It didn't look like he was too nervous. Just looked like it was a little bit shy. You know what I mean? So we're gonna get Lacey and Ryan Tewkesbury on here in just a second. So we'll have them log on and then we'll start talking to them about how their weekend was super cool to see the family atmosphere with with both of them both going to the track and racing their can Amex threes. I really enjoy the kids, man. I think it's so cool that they're out there. Doing such awesome stuff, man. Like the fact that code can drive that. Well. I mean, you guys gotta go check out the live feed the replay on Facebook or YouTube and check it out because, man, the kid can drive so well. All right, let's see if we can get Lacey Tewkesbury on here and see if Ryan is going to join her There we go. Lacey Tewkesbury. What's up? How are you? Hey, good. How are you? We're doing awesome. Thanks for joining us really appreciate it. So Brian had told me that Ryan might join you, but we didn't know so we I figured I'd give the introduction for both of you guys. But man, text flex tech sat last series was super super cool this past weekend and you shredded man. Yeah, it was I had a lot of fun as my first race back since surgery, so I was really enjoying it. Yeah, tell us why that surgery you had again. I had a have a cervical fusion. So just neck surgery and kind of straighten my spine up. How did it feel like being out on the track again? Was it was it painful? Was it like liberating? It was awesome. I felt great. I had a great surgeon. So I mean, he did some fantastic work. So I'm forever need them again. Hopefully not, oh, we're gonna cross your fingers that you won't ever need them again. But knowing that because like those are pretty intense surgeries, right? Like those are. I mean, you gotta be worried about it when you're going in there, right? And then to be able to come out of it and still get back in the race car and you got to feel pretty good after that. I was I'm so happy. And so what was it like being able to go out there like the first time cuz you gotta like, get out there and practice and you're like, Alright, I'm gonna take it easy. See how I feel and then work my way up through the weekend. Yeah, so Friday, I went out there just to learn the new track. I did three laps. The dust was pretty bad just because the wind and the sun was starting to come out. And so I did three laps learning the track. Saturday. I did take it easy. Saturday, Rachel and I definitely battled. But Sunday I was out out together. And we definitely were on each other's bumpers. Yeah, you guys were like, seriously glued together the whole weekend to see him live. Anywhere. I enjoy that. She's one of my good friends. But it's fun. It's fun going against her. Yeah, it's kind of cool. Because you can get back like off the track, take off your helmet and just be buddies again, right? Yeah, for sure. What's your favorite part about going out to the races? I just enjoy really, I mean, we have such great friends out there and the race family. They're so helpful with each other. I mean, whether they need something from us another race or vice versa. Everybody's willing to lend a hand. It wasn't the food. I don't eat my son race day. I don't. I don't know what it is. But once race is over, I start eating but now. I don't know. I thought all the guys were cooking for the team and everybody. Well, actually, I do have to take that back because danger's mom both days took care of us food wise. I just was I think too nervous Saturday eat but I did eat her chocolate chip cookie Saturday, and then her chicken and rice sundae. So that sounds pretty happy with actually, we should talk a little bit about that. Because that's not just a guy thing. Like there's a lot of people that are a girl thing. And so like a lot of the guys get nervous out there too. Like, what's the what's the way that you manage all of that stuff? Like getting out there getting nervous and then like, put on your helmets taken off letting the nerves calm down? Like how do you do it? I don't know. This weekend. I haven't been that nervous in a while. Last season really nervous touring getting me Sunday or Saturday's race. Definitely amped on backup because I just didn't know what to expect. And with the new track and everything. Sunday, My nerves are gone. And I just got out of my head because that tends to be a hey, chocolate chip cookie. So I'd jump in. There you go. So yeah, welcome Brian Adkison I always call him our fearless leader of the Ken Ham Texas Outlaw series. Thanks for joining us, dude. I guess the diggers are really cooking up some good food, huh? I had some of their chocolate chip cookies and they were good. Alright, Lacey. So continue on what you were saying though, because like those nerves and all that stuff. I mean, it's the kids. It's the guys. It's the girls. Everybody has those. For sure. Um, Sunday, I just really got out of my head and I wanted to push it harder than I ever have. And so, Rachel justice it she's fun to battle with and so just following her, I just forgot about my nerves. Yeah, so does that really mean that your confidence is building up? Because I know that that's a lot of things like, especially the younger drivers, right? Like once they start seeing that they can do it and then they start feeling that they can do it and then they start doing it. Then it's like all of a sudden opens up a whole new world for them. Definitely I would agree with that because I've always had my challenges on the track when it comes to turns and pushed It pushed it further than I ever have this this past weekend on the turns and got out of my element. And just it was it was awesome. Yeah, so yeah, totally. So I was gonna ask Brian about that. But we saw a lot of improvement Brian with her from her first moto the first day on Saturday, until the last moto on Sunday, there was a massive, massive improvement. But to talk about the track, there's like pretty much all corners, right? There's always something that you're leaning on. Right? You always always have the car upside. It's a really, really cool tracks what she's talking about. You gave her all she had to work for. Yeah, it was interesting how that track developed over the weekend. Because I mean, I've seen I saw passes happen that I didn't know were going to happen in certain areas. You know, I mean, it was constantly changing. I was watching Lacey hunt and Rachel Gulati and I wasn't too sure if she was just being careful because of the way that the track was at certain times or, or weapon and last night at dinner. She told me that she was told she didn't like turns. What a way to throw. Yeah, I remember that. What was your What was your favorite part about the track? I know a lot of people like that new split lane and some of the people like still just the standard Daytona turn, or Talladega turn I forget what you guys call it. Honestly, there was I didn't have a favorite part or parts I just didn't like I honestly genuinely enjoyed all of it. I just I pushed myself more Sunday, like I said, and just I just enjoyed all of it. Yeah, you really did push yourself a lot more on Sunday. So what was some of the things that that helped you push more? Was it the comfort with knowing that your your neck and your back was solid? Or was it just like, hey, you know what, I'm getting back into it feeling the flow. I just had to realize that like I've been they've been telling on a team has been telling me just to trust my car and know that. I mean, you seen how my husband drives he's driven my car. So I don't push like he does but I do see how he does push my car when he has driven it and I know I just need to trust it more and I did do that Sunday and out of I had the fastest lap time out of my class and so that made me it's more motivation than anything so well I got the soundboard right here yeah, that is super cool. Oh, I don't want to take the spotlight off you Lacey. But who was the one that was driving? It was like Burnham or something like that was driving your husband's car the last moto? Or one of the last photos. The mechanic. Was it John? Oh, John Gaskell. Yeah, it was dude, he was getting wild did you What did you guys have a radio in there and tell him to hang like, hang back? Or we just tell him to go for gas? Well, it was kind of both Ryan's always like push it push it the car can be fixed or rebuilt. But yeah, he was definitely a wild child. But he was having so much fun. Dude, he was on fire. We couldn't. Okay, so talking about pushing your car. Now Ryan knows how far he can push his cart. He was definitely is telling was definitely going all over the place. That was super cool. So seeing both of those cars like getting better and better. Like what were some of the adjustments that you guys made to your car throughout the weekend? Or were you guys pretty mellow on on car changes. We did make tire pressure adjustments from Saturday to Sunday. That seemed to help definitely with just how the track changed a little bit in regards to the the wind and everything. We were out there just testing our suspension just to see how it was gonna handle because there were some changes made for that prior to us coming back textbooks. And with Ryan's car, they literally built it had it finished. They built it like four days prior to the weekend. So they're making sure it was good to go, which it was. Yeah, it's pretty crazy man. Like, I'm glad that you guys are able to all share that same information like Austin dinger was saying earlier that a lot of those cars are the same because everybody is so open and willing to share that information and it sounds like you guys are too with everybody. For sure Austin was at our shop him and his dad you know working on their car. We had one of the cars at our shop that rolled over not because of us but we did some adjustments to their car the day before I think it was Thursday and then we've had just different cars you know helping we just help each other so Hey, sir, did you raise a different car before the current one that you have like because first of all I love your livery with the pink and the white like that's what like we already talked about this at the track but like that's like that's my jam. So did you have another car before this can Amex three So this last season was the same car they were in the process of building a new one. You just couldn't get your hands on everything we needed. So they brought my they brought that same s3 bag. Just kind of toughen it up a little bit. Last season was the same car just a different rap. My first season I raced was terrible s was definitely a big change from what I'm in now, which I love what I'm in now. Yeah, it seems like it's a really nice car. Like it seemed like it was stuck to the track pretty good. I mean, there was a couple of times we saw you get pretty loose, but I think those were just mistakes that you made. It looks like the car was really sticking good. Oh, yeah. That's great. What's your favorite part of the track? See, I've always been into jobs. I just I love them. I really enjoy them. The bowls are not bad, either. But I really did enjoy the turns this time because I just trusted myself in the car again. Yeah, that's super cool. So yeah, the jumps like there's quite a few jumps already out there on course. Right. So two of the jumps that I thought were super cool. Was that new inside line in the split lane, so you could double over that little jump on the split. Were you able to go over that? I took that one too. Manly took the outside every time. I did try that inside just to try to get around Rachel, of course. Yeah. I just seemed to have better luck with the outside. It's just a smoother line right there and transition. And they were pretty even to like going over and then you would catch up. And then you can have a really super good approach on that next corner. There was a lot of actual setup moves that came before you go in there. It was super cool to see. Yeah. I was watching different people take them. Yeah, to Oh, there you go. Right there. So watching people, were you watching the live feed to be able to see and then kind of like gauge what you could do the next day? Yeah, for sure I did. And I even asked her the fact I would go back and watch footage of how people were taking everything and jumping in which lane they took and how they are taking turns and trying to make the passes and just try to help myself on the next round. So one of the things I was gonna say is Brian, we have to put a tire or something on that like back straightaway, like three turns before the Daytona turn. Because those dudes were cutting that jump and just flying completely sideways through the straightaway and landing on that, that next year. It was wild. So the reason I'm bringing it up is not to tattletale on anybody was because I was going to ask Lacey Did you ever get to like have that opportunity to take that line? Because it looked like it would tuck your neck so hard. And I didn't want that for you? Well, I was in first on the main on Sunday, because I just I could hear Rachel behind me. Yeah, I must have taken a jump a little too hard. Because I came over and didn't set myself up previously. And I went over the berm and she thought I was gonna go over. And it was pretty gnarly. But it was fun. I felt great. And she went around me but we still stayed on each other watch which portion of the track was that? It I believe it was there's like those if I'm recalling correctly, maybe like two jumps, one kind of right after another. The second jump makes that right turn and a hard left. Hairpin to the left. Yeah. And I came over that second one. The same spot that Donovan Willis got in that altercation with the other driver too. But oh, yeah, yeah, I think so that corner is wild, because of the fact that you have to, you have so much speed and you have to slow down so quickly there or hit the berm like what ended up happening to you, but and that track made for such good racing between all of you guys. For sure. All right, well, what was your favorite part of the weekend? Honestly, just getting back out there and seeing everybody again, and just testing my surgery, I guess and see what I can do. And then just, I mean, just getting back into it just starting the season. Yeah, you got to feel pretty proud. Like I always take a lot of emotion away from statements like that, because I know how good it would have felt for you. Because I've been through a lot of stuff in my life to like when you're going home and you're you're on the way home, you're talking with your husband and the team and everybody and you're saying you know what, I just did all that stuff. Like I feel a lot better like I'm accomplished I did well in the racing stuff. But then all of a sudden your brain kicks in it's like alright, we got next race coming up. So did you start thinking about it? I did. I'm still going back and watching the footage just to see what I can do better and how still again, people take everything. Take the lines and take the corners and so we'll just see how much the track changes between now and next round and then just get ready for it. Brian Do you notice that she said like she studied like she just keeps studying this girl likes to get better. But that live stream was such a game changer this year. A really? I love it. It's amazing. These guys are doing such good work. Yeah. So you guys are actually chiming in right now. So yeah, best looking car on the track. My wife always comments on it. Thank you. Thank you. And you might know him, Ryan, he said, Lacey, he's the champ. he's out, he's not in the house. He's away right now. He's on the property on our property. No worries. It was cool to see you guys out at the track. And I really appreciate you being humble. And I didn't know that you were actually testing out your neck surgery. So for me, it's new to find that out. It's really cool to understand that you were pushing through all that stuff. I wish you had told me so I could have mentioned it on the live feed. But that's super awesome that you're able to tell me now. You gotta feel every tape that I had I don't they know you're busy. I know. Hello. So I was saying like, I wish you had told me that. Because this is the first time that I knew that you were nursing the injury or whatever I wish you had told me. So I could have mentioned on the live feed. But I'm really proud of you. And I understand that you know how much it takes to be able to do that. So I know that you're super stoked to be able to go in next round with a little bit more confidence in your body? For sure, for sure. I agree with that. No, no, no. I mean, I'll be more confident going in next round. Knowing what the way it held up this last room. Do you have any other like things that you're going to change when you go to next round? I don't think so. Um, I got so focused in on the track that I was hearing my team talk to me, I just kind of I think tune people out. And so I'm going to try and do better at listening to them. I'm not great at responding. I just because I just get so focused, but that's kind of what I'm going to take try to just do better at listening so they can help me and one of your capacities. Jen may have just commented and said so proud of you girl one of these days I'll catch you she was with me Saturday, I was just out for blood Sunday. I liked it. I liked the way she does the compliment and then she also Yeah, I'm gonna get you to she She's all good for it. But you guys did have some pretty fierce battles. So it's cool to see like no matter what Brian like, if all the way from the pro class to the vet class to the you know, little kids and the women like everybody was battling all weekend. Yeah, every every class is really been pretty cool this year. And you do a pretty good job of pointing it out to him last year, and I'll be chiming in sometimes and checking in on it. And I'd be like, oh, yeah, that is a good race over there. Leave Washington. I gotta take the safety car over here to watch this battle. That's cool. Well, I think you did a fantastic job, Lacey. And I'm even more impressed that you did it with a I don't want to say nursing an injury. But coming back from an injury. That takes a lot to do and I'm proud of you. Thank you. Thank you. So all right. Well, we're gonna get Blake Gustin and tax mcdorman. I think his last name is on the on the line here in just a little bit. So please tell your crew and everybody that we said hello, and yeah, Ryan and everybody tell him that the mechanic is not allowed to drive. Unless he makes well actually, that's actually a funny statement that I wanted to bring up was that it's you know, when you say say if you break it, you fix it. What he's already doing that he is really fixing it. Oh, that's crazy. Well, I appreciate you guys coming on. And thanks for having given us some good laughs Perfect. Thanks for having me on by Lucy. Brian. Yeah, hang out. Okay, cool. Let's see here. If yeah, there's text. He's gonna jump onto me see if I Oh, is he okay, cool. All right, we'll get text to come on, too. It's so cool to see that how much excitement people had dude, it's already a week later. And everybody is still so amped on the racing. Yeah, it's cool. I mean, I was on a dinner last night with Ryan and Lacey. And that's all we talked about is the races and how much fun they had. And you know, people texting me all the time saying, Oh, the last trip so cool. I can't wait for the next race. Like this whole thing right now is just running on all cylinders, right? We're doing great. Even a tornado can't stop us. The tornado can't stop was right. Attacks. It doesn't look like he can join tax. Make sure that you update your Instagram app on your phone and then it'll probably let you join so we'll get Blake on here in just a second here. So Blake, if you want to join Come jump on and hang out with us a little bit here. Or I can actually invite Blake to since I think we got some Instagram Live rookies. That's all right. So we'll get Blake on here at tax you got to update your Instagram app and then you can join us buddy. Like Gustin what's up man? How are you? What's up guys? Are y'all we're doing good man. You in the truck? Yeah, we're coming back from dinner right now. I got the I got the Check out my first one back here. Oh, nice. Look at a little one. Please tell me you guys didn't eat any cloth cheese with you actually the last season they were delicious called cheese. I mean it wasn't bad but did I'm still not as impressed by cloches as you guys are and water burger. We got this whole water burger verse in and out thing going now. But Brian can settle the debate once and for all that water burger is the best. If you get the right thing of water burger. It's better than the internet. Yeah, I'll say that. Okay. I told you, you're out. You're out. Bang, you're out. And by the way, you got the wrong collages too, because you need the croissant collages, not. Not the other ones. The croissant ones are mind blowing. All right, well, I'll take I'll take that up next time with Caitlin. Because Caitlin goes there good for you. And I was like, they're good for you. Oh, my God, dude, seriously. At 7am, or whatever time that was that George, anything was better than nothing. So Good point. Good point. Hey, so first of all, I want to say thank you, Blake, for everything that you do for all the guys that at the Texas Outlaw Series, I mean, like, you pretty much have zero time to even take a sip of water during the day because you have so much stuff going on. But maybe tell us what, what kind of stuff your daily tasks are. I mean, we try and help Brian, obviously, with everything that we can to make the Outlaw Series run smooth, his hands are beyond full. And it takes a special person like him to you know, juggle everything and just really make everything go around. So I try to just kind of be there and help in whichever, you know, way we can, from tech to keeping these machines going, you know, to making anything that we can make throughout the day work smoother for him, you know, or or come up with ideas on how to make things smoother. He's got a good team around him, you know, and so we just try to step in where we can and help him the best that we can and whatever he needs. Yeah, totally. So we're getting comments coming in there. Be stoked on G three motorsports. So thank you, again, for helping out and stuff. I actually had a few questions in Southern California today about the new series, the West series. I think you're gonna bring the same rulebook over and they were all rulebook related. What are the weight restrictions with the weight limitations that you have to follow for the postdoc? So I think Brian, and I actually had talked about that, and Brian can can help in this aspect. I don't know if it's actually been set in stone yet. But I think what we were talking about, instead of just having an across the board white, like we do here in Texas, you know where it's 1650 for the N A's. I think he was wanting to per manufacturer. Wait, roll. Is that right? Brian's still working on talking about doing? Yeah, so we got the, you know, I gotta bust out the calculator. We're trying to do the power to weight ratio and figured out what a good weight per manufacturer would be. I know that champs already done it in a play out of their book. But um, you know, I want to figure it out for myself as well. Okay, cool. So yeah, so that'll help a lot of people that are going to do the West Coast series too. So I think that'd be pretty cool. Blake, you forgot the kid in the car. In the car, she was like, she was like, you just go so? Yeah. I'm waiting on my car. So I'm gonna leave the kid in the car. That's hilarious. But not only we go ahead, please, you guys. We had talked about it, you know quite a bit. And here and there. I know, there's a lot of speculations in between, you know what, this car has a bigger advantage because it's either a single seed or because it has more horsepower or whatever. So I think it's something that Brian and I definitely want to get, right. We want to make it to where everyone is competitive, you know, without obviously having to build an entire chassis or whatever, you know, we want it to and and by all people, whether you're pros, amateurs, you know, expert level, we want you to be competitive in any aspects. So we want to get it right the first time on the West Coast and make sure that everybody has fun and feels like they're competitive, you know? Yeah, I agree. 100% you guys already doing a great job. I mean, the battling, like it speaks for itself, right? The cars are so close already. So I assume that it'll be pretty easy for you guys to handle all that stuff. So it's been a pretty big difference this year. Since we've done the way it roll. It's the racing has been so much better on the NA side of things. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, even right now, you know, you still have you know, just this weekend, you know, at the 1650 way roll, cross Coach Mark put on a heck of a show in the pro and a class you know, and and there's been some other cars, you know, running up front that aren't, you know, a single seat car or whatever. So, I think that it'll, it'll benefit out on the West Coast if we do do a weight by manufacturer but it really at the end of the day, it's up to Brian and how he wants to pursue the series. Well as on a joking matter. Like we had some of the guys out here on the west coast. In fact, some of the guys at ING motorsports I think are actually going to end up joining us out here for the West Coast series. But it'll be pretty cool. But one of the things that they mentioned, like because they just jumped on the live feed and checked it out or watching that moto for the pro and a class, and they go, Oh, is it a mandatory wing rule to so weighing on tobacco was Honda, I thought that was hilarious. So maybe, maybe we should make that mandatory. Yeah, I don't know about all that. But it was cool to see man. Everybody has their own style, right? Yeah, yeah. Yeah. You know who else who else brought a wing though? Brian did it did it last year, Rodney Anderson had wing on his car. I think he did. He did. He did. He did. Yeah. He totally did. He got it on Amazon. And it was the bet he said it was the best money he's ever spent. For one round. Well, why it just blew off? I don't think it lasted or something. I don't remember. I wish he would. I wish he would like call me and tell us what happened. Because it was hilarious to see. It was a big thing in the group text like came across and everybody you know, like, you were saying that the wings may make you so much faster or whatever. I don't remember exactly what it was. But it was funny. Hey, Blake, so have you written the newest track or driven on the newest track out there at textbox? No, I, I pretty much went into retirement at a young age of 26. And so Brian used to make fun of me too much and call me gave up on the racing side of things. I always called them my favorite when I did a little live stream out on the West Coast. I always called them my sweet press. I don't need to hire sweeper anytime Blake's out there yours comes in last ask you if anybody's out on the track blank tough love, buddy. Tough love. But the reason I was asking next at a follow up question, what is your favorite portion of the track? Like even if you didn't, because I haven't raced on the track. I've only got to drive it and I already know what my favorite portion of the track is. So what's yours? Yeah, so um, I was actually watching the live stream today. So I get to shop you know, on the good days after the race weekends, we watch the live stream from both days, you know, so it's pretty cool. We get to kind of recap everything over the weekend stuff and man I was watching today. And I felt like my favorite section was well, it was one where where there was I think maybe probably the most wrecks this weekend but the the what we call mount metallothionein which is the large tabletop and then and then you have the big right hander kind of hip jump and then you kind of the hard left where Donovan and the Dave from the Roski got into it this weekend. I think that's my favorite part because it's so technical and it slows the race down so much right there that a lot of people mess up because you know you it's a high speed section to extremely technical section and it causes a lot of drivers to get caught off guard. Just just where you know Donovan got down there and stuff like that. So I think that's my favorite favorite section the tracks where I see the most passes being done and and things like that. So yeah, it's a pretty dramatic section too because you got to slow the car down so fast right? Yeah, absolutely. I was I was saying it was you know, you're you're going so fast right before you get to that and you get down off in there and then next thing you know you need to make 190 degree turn and get back going the other direction so it's pretty cool. Those 180 degree turns allow for a lot of passing to man super cool. And especially with that berm on the outside makes it awesome. They seem to get sent text effects. sorry she's having trouble. All right. Let's see here. Let's see if we can get him on. I had I had Tom St Peter is texting me. dirty dirty jokes right now about me being the sleeper There we go. Looks like we got tax on now. There's the man. Hey, I'm pretending I'm driving. Sam Hey, what's going on? Tax mcdorman what's up man? How are you? Welcome to Dirt life show a Shinto made it Yeah, you're good. Good to go. Dude. Man, this is crazy. Got all these celebrities on here, man and it's taco bar right now. Oh, good. Really, that makes me super jealous. I'm actually out here at my cantina behind the house. So we know where the party's gonna be at. Hey, it's happening right now all three of you already here. So Texas is your first time on an Instagram Live or on a live show. Can I ask you what possibly would have been a clue? Yeah, yeah, the last thing that was on When was with Perry Como and Jay Leno that's the last show so been a while. I don't even know who those guys are. No Jay Leno you know Jay Leno. Y'all are too damn. I'm just trying to message you all you guys from Texas. Do you guys still got me stuck on these call Archie's dude? What's the what's the best Jay Leno episode ever when Ricky Carmichael and Jeremy McGrath threw down on the Supercross track that they built in downtown right there. Yeah, Ryan in Burbank, that was the Travis was Toronto one where he came in all sideways on his dirt bike that was sick, too. Was Titi always takes the cake, I guess. Hey, so Tex, we already asked the boys what's your favorite part of the whole weekend? Um, I really think probably mom, my favorite part is the way that everybody came together to actually make. I mean, the, you know, all the crew that came out and work that track. Brian and everybody getting that thing cleaned up. And I was just praying, you know, leading up to that. The day after that tornado. Brown didn't call me and say, Oh, hey, I just want to let you know your announcer's booth is still there. It's just down a little bit further on Miller road. So hopefully, you can see everything from there. I mean, everybody, everybody showed up, you know, I mean, people came to the event that, you know, unfortunately might not have come before. And just everybody came together man to pull off a show. And if you didn't know, when you got there Thursday or Friday that there was a tornado just a few days before that. You know, you wouldn't have been any the wiser. Yeah, they did a really good job, right? Like, Brian, like, kudos to you. I told you when we're on race weekend, how proud of you I was like that you were able to get all that stuff ironed out, but maybe give a little bit more feedback to text myself and everybody that's watching as to how much work it actually took for you guys to do that. And what what you guys had to do? Really, I mean, yeah, obviously what it couldn't have been just myself out there to do it. The first, the first call that was made, or I should say text was Jake, Linda mood, text me and included Mike racino in the conversation and said, Hey, so what happened? What can we do? You know, and at that point, the only thing I knew that they could do to help was I thought about 16 inches of water sitting down at the bottom of the hill on a couple of our one ad turns and things like that. So I was like, hey, you know, could probably use something to come out here and help clean up these puddles and get this dried out. And man did they show up? They showed up with a big old dozer. They already had a tractor box blade there, they bought the fork a water truck for when it did get dusty and the roller. Three, three full time guys for three days come and tear up that track and put it back together and the track seriously. I had people telling me that in the three years that they've been racing textbooks, I've never seen a better track before. Yeah, dude, it looks so good. When we showed up there. I was like, Man, this track looks cherry it looks like it was brand new. Yeah, that's cool. All the races were saying when we were doing the interview, is that that's the you know, that's the best track that they've ever raced on there. And it mean it? Did it look great. We were We were happy, you know, pretty happy with the turnout. I you know, I do this stuff for a living going around the country talking on the microphone. And I'm working with, you know, some different series not particularly in this kind of race. And, and it's it's kind of, in a way aggravating when you have you. When I tell people that there's only three things that make a show, there's only really three things. And that's the competitors. That's the sponsors. And that's the people who put it on the show. Yep. If any of those things, no show was possible, whether it's a circus of monster broke event, or a race. The people that run this event, obviously because Brian is on him and I've had this conversation several times is this is like the best organized series and stuff that I've been a part of and 17 years of doing Lavi been announcing and you know, they the people are there to answer questions, they pay their bills, they the racers are happy. You know, we've got all of the components there for this great series that you know, you would think you'd have five or 600 competitors come to and for some reason, they're just You know, do they want all the frills? Do they want the swimming pools and the circus slides in the you know bungee jumping in the event of me? Is that what everybody wants? Or do you you know, do you come to break in? I guess that's the million dollar question is finding out what, what people want and why. You know, we don't get these crazy turnouts. I agree 100% Like when I go to the races I'm there to race and also take the free collages I'm there for the free glossy George, I'm with you on that one. Well, unfortunately, it also doesn't give you the clients he's no them damn chocolate chip cookies are the dinner. We got to get you on the program, man. Oh, good. We're gonna have to make sure that Brian keeps Kaitlyn there to keep bringing the collages George otherwise those brought him they weren't bad. But I want to like so I learned from Dustin Jones that you are supposed to like, well, the hot dog on a stick. First of all, I've never seen one because I had to give mine up. But anyways, I heard Dustin Jones say you could dip the cloches. Why don't we have dip next time, man, let's upgrade. What kind of dip on your chain. He was yanking your chain for sure. DJ was definitely yanking your chain. You're just supposed to run those bad boys stock. Drives and bone to this as well. Just so you know. It's hard for a guy to walk around and eat a hot dog on a stick. I won't but I have to break off the pieces. I'm so self conscious. You know, I'm right there with you, buddy. Hey, I eat a banana in private All right. George, that must be why I saw the banana pills in the in the announcing or in the livestream trailer that got dropped off? Yeah, I was just trying to Mario Kart everybody did. Yeah, exactly. Excuse me. So Tex and Blake, both Blake, I know that you didn't get too much time to go out and watch the races. But I wanted to expand on what we're talking about a little bit. And knowing that we have the so many good racers out there. Each individual class whether it was from the kids all the way up to the women and the veterans and then the outlaw class. Every single class was so competitive, like insanely competitive. Give me your guy's opinion on that. Yeah, so I mean, I don't get to watch each and every race, but I helped so many of the racers that I get to hear about it. And I and like I said, I go back and watch the live stream that by the way, you guys do an incredible job. Not only you George but Josh was seven FPV area 51 All the guys on the ground. I mean, we were literally watching it today and my employees, you know, they were like, they're like, man, that's like, you know, CBS live, you know, sports, you know, whatever. I mean, it's so cool to be able to go back and watch the stuff. But I helped so many people and I helped people from the 170 classes to the amateur turbo classes to the expert turbo classes. You know, the I know the competition out there superstack This year super close. My the coolest thing I think is is the guy's the kids I guess I should say in the 170 classes, the the 250 production classes, all of the small youth kids that are really the next generation of all this racing. You know, you've got code St Peter out there, you've got the car one cars that are built out in California and they're here racing, those things are just on a whole nother level. And those kids you know, they're loving every minute of it. You've got Harper Willis and, and Easton hills and all those kids that are out there that are it's so cool seeing them in the pits, you know, they're like the best of friends. And then, you know, when they put their helmets on, and they go out there and they start racing, they're not friends anymore, you know, like, like, they they don't know that yet. But it's like when they're our age, they'll know that, hey, I'm competing against these people, but it's so cool to see them growing up and their parents there and you got Tom St. Peter and the helms and Donovan Willis you know and and all of these people Carlos Cotto and all of those guys that have all these kids, they're hanging out together having tons of fun in the pits and they go out there and race I think that's the coolest class to get to watch and and see them out there. You know, just ripping and, and just doing war and they don't even know you know, yeah, and then battling so close and then all of a sudden they come back and they're just on their pit bikes. What about you text? What do you think about all this post tight racing? I think like, you were talking earlier, that, you know, everybody shares information out there. And if somebody needs a park for a car and somebody out there has it, they will they will give it to him. And when you when you watch this race and to me it's A lot like watching NASCAR, you know, you watch the start of a NASCAR. And I can say this because I was on the pit crew for four years. When you watch NASCAR and you got 43 cars lined up, and you think, man, that dude this back in 43rd, he must suck, he must not have any money to go out there and compete. Well that do this starting on the on the pole in NASCAR is typically only about a second and a half, maybe even a second faster than the guy that started in 43rd. Yep. So when you have, they're just there's very small minut changes that are made to a car, whether it's a NASCAR or it's the side by sides, small minut changes, either getting you an advantage, or maybe lose a half of a second and a lap or three quarters of a second or something or a bad turn. So I think all of these guys and gals that we have after racing are great racers. It's just that little setup that might make a difference. Or maybe being a little timid, going into a turning breaking either too late or too early. And I think that's what, what really keeps all these cars. You know, so close, Ryan. It's like the evolution of side by side racing like, honestly, four or five years ago, I never thought it would be this crazy. It's pretty badass. Yeah, I mean, I've been watching it for 10 years now. And just, I mean, it was started with the Polaris Rangers right out there. No, it started with the Yamaha rhinos Brian. Yeah, I mean, it was insane. You got guys out there and jeans and T shirts. Right. So now it's evolved into this. You know, it's pretty wild. But it's awesome. At the same time. I love it. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. All right, we're gonna get Darren green on in just a second here. So let's go through all three of you guys. Brian, you go first, what was your favorite part of the whole weekend? You know, I think my favorite part was just everybody coming together, making sure that this race happened. And, you know, literally everybody I knew, called me text me. Hey, what can I do? How can we help? Safford boys came out picked up all the trash for us. You know, just it just it was everybody just chipping in Rachel Cheatwood made us made us some chocolate chip cookie, things that were awesome. I think I hate the whole tray. You know, just things like that people just chipping in and doing whatever they can. And some people donate it so we can get a new trailer, things like that. And it just really made me feel special, it really made me realize that what we have going is truly something special. And you know, I'll just, I'm just blessed to have everybody in my life doing this right now. And this will always be going on out here in Texas, no matter what happens. Yeah, super cool to see. And so tax, we're not going to ask you what your worst part about it is because we already know is not getting any chocolate chip cookies. So what is your favorite part, buddy? So I have three. And one is going to be short, because it's reiterating what I said earlier about everybody coming together. And it's what Brian just said. The second thing is the evolution of the interviews the kids out there, I've tried to go into the pits and visit with the kids to get them more comfortable with me. Like code St. Peter, I got him to open up the other day, where he's normally really reserved and really shy. And doesn't say a tremendous amount. So him and his dad, his dad not taught in we just decided to try to visit with him more. So he gets a little bit more comfortable around. And he opened up with the interview and was was really good about it. And so it's all of the kids seen him develop like that. And the third thing is, you know, like I said in the drive was interview or their drivers meeting. A lot of people know me as an announcer but I'm also a custom helmet painter, and I only paint 13 homes a year, most of them go to all forms of professional racing from nascar on to anything you can think of really limited the number of helmets that I'm doing. And I've decided to do one more helmet this year. And we're selling raffle tickets for we're only going to sell $220 A piece and and then somebody when a custom painted helmet, they provide the helmet, but I'm gonna do the paint job. The point that I'm getting two years is that I probably had no less than 30 people come up to me during the the event and say, hey, you know, I'm gonna buy$100 worth of tickets or I'm gonna buy $50 worth of tickets or whatever it is. I mean, just by listening to the people there. I think we could have sold 200 This weekend freakin so it's those people coming up and saying, Yeah, we want to get on board because we're gonna take all of that money and donate it back to to the race series and you know, whatever. For a little bit, it helps it'll you know, it'll help you buy an easier 10 or something, but it's just the the graciousness of the people to say, Yeah, I'm gonna, I'm gonna spend money. So that was another one of my thing. Yeah, I'm gonna give a nice little soundbite to that too, because that's awesome. It really is cool, though, like that is the camaraderie that we always talk about in off road racing like, and it's, it's not just in for the textile law series. But there's a lot at the textile law series. So we're proud to be a part of it. What about you, Blake, what's your favorite part of the weekend? Man, I think the two guys that are on here with me really touched on on something that was super cool. It was it was super cool to me to see all those people come together for Brian and stuff like that, but I want to, you know, go back to what we're really most of us are there for anyways, is the right thing. I just think that the racing family being there, and everybody getting together to race. You know, everyone racing clean, everybody having a good time coming off the track, you know, everybody's happy when they get done. When they get done racing there, everybody's, you know, you know, proud to talk to Brian and just proud to be there. So I think that that's one of the coolest things is just seeing how many people are excited to be there. You know, obviously, in racing, you know, George Bryan knows he's been around this plenty long enough. And Texas has been around plenty long enough, it's easy to come off the track. And if something didn't go your way, you know, you know, to be frustrated and get into it with somebody else because they might have taken you out or, or whatever it was. But you know, you don't see any of that happening. It's, I know, when you go out on the track, it's for blood, right? You know, everybody wants to win. But it's almost like everybody who races there. And not only races there, you know, there's people who race other series and stuff that were there this weekend. But everybody's one kind of big family whenever you get off the track there. You know, it's like, it's just a, you know, it's a cool feeling. You know, everybody knows everybody, they're all the racers know, everybody, everyone welcomes anybody from, you know, wherever they might be coming from, you've got the whole group from California, you know, chase car, and all those kids, you know, they're all one of us. Now, you know, that we're all one of them, whatever it is, I think that's the coolest thing. When everybody comes off the track. It's all of a sudden, you know, you're not battling anymore. You know, you're all buddies again. And I think that that's just one of the coolest things to me. We're still battling about in and out in water burger, bro. Seriously? Well, okay, but we already settled that debate earlier, George We're buddies again. Okay, so Yeah, dude, I totally agree though. Like it's so cool to see him I mean, like I couldn't tell you how many people asked if I wanted to come over for dinner and have some food and you know, grill with Eric It was so awesome. So I agree with your sentiment Blake 100% So we're gonna get Darren green on here Brian you want to still hang out or you want to you got stuff to do? No hang up for a little bit I know that Ryan's experience been texting me wanting to get back in on this too. I guess he was trying to climb I want to bring up some real quick on this water burger in and out debate by nature of the name somebody looked at that burger and they go why no burger and then somebody goes damn that's a really good name. Then the guy ate the burger from it and now in as soon as he was gone he went to the bathroom from that place in and out water burger Brian two guys from California battling the to Texas guys and with all these other people I don't think we're gonna win tonight did honestly if you just go look at the line for each store because there's no right by gas there's a water burger. I buy a water burger. Really? Dang All right. Well, I'm gonna have to acquiesce on this one. I'm gonna try water burger next time. Thank you guys very much. Really appreciate you both. Thanks tax for joining us hanging out for a little bit and Blake always a good to see you at the races and keep up the good work, man. Yeah, thanks, brother. to Georgia. Thanks, tax. I appreciate it, buddy. All right road. Later, y'all. All right. So let's see if we can get Darren on here real quick. thin tubes and invites here Yeah, yeah. Let's see here there we go. All right. We'll see if we can get both these guys on here. It's so cool to see Brian every time I like we do these things. It's like I get oh, they're popping on. All right. Darren, what's up, man? How are you? Pretty good. How are y'all doing awesome did we're just commenting on like all the camaraderie and how everybody gets to like just me talking with all these people. And now we're getting to talk to you like it makes me feel so good that everybody is so amped up to be racing the Texas Outlaw Series, and you're pretty fired up this weekend too. Oh, yeah, for sure. Haven't looked forward to getting back out on the track for a long time. Yeah. So how did you think your weekend went? I want to say it went okay. We weren't looking for a podium or anything. We so all last year, I didn't do very well. So I was trying to really prove the car out. There just are see if we could finish some races and fix all the little bugs that we've had going on in the car. Yeah, so was it difficult for that? Okay, so Ryan Tewkesbury, you need to update your Instagram app, buddy. That's why I tried to get all this stuff done before the show. Okay, so Darren, what class? Did you raise stock amateur? Stock expert, stock expert. That's what it was. Okay, cool. So how was it man? Because you guys had a lot of competition there. Oh, yeah. I mean, that class is absolutely stacked. You got this average. Ninja is just ridiculous, fast. And then you know, Cruise was short. He gets a whole shot, and you might as well just give up, he's gone. It's just like, why? I even try, you might as well just give up at that point. And he does. He does do a pretty good job, man. The kid is definitely fast. That's for sure. But so how do you approach the races? Then when? When you see all the competition out there? Man, I just keep my head on straight. Ellen, well, I gotta come out and fight. It's gonna be a dogfight. And I because the class is gonna be stacked. So I know. So I know. I gotta be dominant, swinging. All my sucks. All my equipment has to be working perfectly. Yeah, it really does. Because there's the level of competition in that class is pretty stacked. But does that mean that you have to put more effort like into getting the whole shot and stuff? Or what's the what's the game plan when you go to the starting line? And are Racing motocross and the whole shots always been key for me. I'm not very good start is I can get my own head. And just everything my whole race goes away. So if I pull a whole shot, I can usually do pretty good. But for me, it's blood flow to the line. It's I'll be the first of the corner. When in doubt, I'm going to be so yeah, you pretty much have to like especially with how tight the class is. You pretty much have to like just put the whole shot as top priority, right? Oh, honey. Yeah, I don't know if we're gonna be able to get Ryan on anyways, man. Looks like he's having some Instagram issues, or it's connecting issues. But yeah, so we'll just keep on with Darren, if that's all right, Brian. So when you see the kids coming up and getting into the expert class, Brian, it's got to be pretty fulfilling because you saw them in lower level classes before and to see Darren come up to it and like start racing with all these kids. Like he said, crews and the Saffer boys like, it's pretty badass from an outside perspective, too. And Darren is one of the ones I'm always in communication with even like on Snapchat, there we go back and forth a lot. He's, he's one of the ones I like coming out in March to come out and race. And he's always been a cool, very big supporter of the series. So I appreciate it when he comes out. But yeah, watching everybody else, just, you know, doing this for a while now. Especially the kids on the West Coast is watching them go up and now the race and 1000s when they're racing 170s Which seems like yesterday, but really, I was like, four years ago, you know, this whole thing is just so awesome. And it's so cool that I fell into doing something like this, you know, I absolutely love every bit of it. Yeah. 100%. And so Darren, when you go to the starting line, knowing that there's that much competition, like how does it make you feel because like, I remember when I raced dirt bikes, and I was on 80s And I would go up to the starting line against like, some of the fastest dudes in the country. I would be like, holy cow, I'm sitting next to so and so like, Nick way was one of the guys that I battled with Ricky Carmichael was one of the guys in a battle that I'd be like, holy crap, dude, like, I have my work cut out for me. Does that ever get that nerve racking for you? Oh, dude, it's, I'm always I'm a big nerd freak. When I roll up to the line. I know he's fast. And I tried to if I if I had started second row is like Alright, I'm gonna pick a fall off and be right behind him, you know, and I get my nerves worked out pretty bad. But I tried to really just call myself this chair. I'm trying a different approach and just really not wanting to talk to anybody before the race and just stay in my own mind and just focus Yeah, and then we'll like when you get off the line does it kind of just go away and then you're like in the office at work ready to battle or what? As soon as that flag drops, it's go time it all the nerves go away. It's straight adrenaline, it's go go time. Yeah, I feel like that's a lot of the racers, don't you Brian. Yeah, he's exactly right. So what was your Favorite part of the track then I gotta say after the one at the next few turns after that, so you really don't even have to lift it wide open, you can throw it in there as hard as you want in the cars just kind of stick and then what you would like because after that one ad was, oh, excuse me, it was like a left hander kind of a right hander, you kind of went down a little bit and then you came back up to the split lane where there was a double jump on the inside and then you can rip the outside if you wanted to. What was your selection? Man, honestly, it really depended on where I where I was at. And I can run the outside lane as fast as I want to, but I know that inside lanes kind of gonna hurt me if somebody is sitting right there. Like I was in a battle with Aaron for a second there. And we came into the that split lane right there. And I knew I had to hit the double, or else he was gonna hit the double and pass me and it was I had hit it. I did that it worked out in my favor. Yeah, that's cool. Yeah, that brings up a good point. Because if there's somebody read on your back door, then you have to guard that inside line and hit it but like the outside could have been just a little bit faster to set you up for that next right hander home. Right, but my only thing was about like going outside with somebody right here is they always have the inside advantage on you might be able to set that turn up but if they just they go in a little harder than you do. They get an answer. They take a mile. Yeah, dude 100% And especially in the expert class, like because that means that you guys are like because I don't know, I feel like it's really aggressive because everybody's trying to win because they want to put themselves in the best best position when they start going up to the pro class. Right. So we are also talking about it with Lacey Tewkesbury, like there was that section. It was three corners. That's back straightaway, basically, after Whitesnake, you kind of come out and then you hit that like long back straightaway. There was that one right hander but it turned into a left and there was the jump in the middle. Some of the pro guys were getting like fully whipped sideways off that thing coming through there. How was it for your guys's moto? i So watching the pro like watching Hunter go through it. I mean, he he basically drags his left side off the side of that a little roll or just like you said it just fishtails him out. But I tried to hit most of it as straight as possible to square it off because you know I'm in the Yamaha it's, it's abusive, it it it hurts when you land sideways. It's gnarly. So I mean, I tried to hit it straight on it as much as I can square it up. So do I want that lane? It's a smoother landing that I would sideways. Yeah, totally. I can definitely vouch for the Yamaha being aggressive on those portions of the track, right. So if you had to pick any moto of the whole weekend, what would you pick was your favorite moto? Or what did you do the best in? Personally or just? I wouldn't say personally because my I'm gonna have a follow up question for you. And what was the reason it was your best moto? Well, I'm gonna have to say my main Saturday. So the second moto on Saturday? Yes, sir. Yeah, so why was it the best then? Did you just feel super good or bad? Even though I lost power steering first lap, I still pushed to the end I battled all the way me and me and Reese had a really tight battle all the way to the checkered straightened position, left and right, left and right. That's probably the most fun battles I've had in a long time. Yeah. So are those are the things that I was talking about? Brian, I've mentioned it before on the live feed. And just with having dinner with you, like I love seeing the battles, right. Like the battles are like the best part about it. Even if you get like, let's just say you get 10th place, but you had a battle the whole time. And it was one of your buddies and was clean. Some of those races feel like the best race you've ever had in your life. Yeah, no doubt. I mean, it's better than driving by yourself. Right, dude. 100%. That's exactly what I'm saying. Like, but those battles are just you feel like you've learned so much. There's so much going on, like in the car, like it's just super cool to see. And the reason I'm bringing it up is because there was literally 20 battles going on throughout the day, all the time in every race, right? I mean, it was so intense the whole day. So the reason why I like it so much is because like, I know, these guys, most of these drivers very well, you know what I mean? So when I see them going at it, and they're battling back and forth, like I know what each one of them are thinking now. I see if I see Tewkesbury, you know, in a battle with Sony, I know that he's just in his head just going crazy, like trying to figure out how to pass this guy. Or, you know, just Everybody's got their own little quirks. You know what I mean? Like you've called it out on the live stream, like with Donovan. He's got an aggressive move. They liked the insides. Yeah, exactly. Like, when you see that when you see the battles, and you know what people are thinking it makes it even better here. 100% Could you tell us some of the stuff that Darren was thinking actually, Darren, tell us what the The most aggressive move that you made all weekend was, in your opinion. It's gotta be the one on the tight 180 back on race. I came in and I was going for it. I wanted to ice he made a little mistake setting it up and I was like, Oh, I'm capitalizing. So I dropped the gear and slid up underneath him and we were wheeled a wheel going into the next turn and it was a battle but who would lift and I wasn't I wasn't willing to lift I was willing to toggle the car out there. So that was when the you hung that right hander and then come around and then you were going up the hill and that left and you just kept it pinned the whole way around the outside. Is that what you're saying? No, right there. Whitesnake, the one at a Whitesnake. Yeah. And then you go back up the hill. And then you have that left hander. Yeah. So you were just holding it wide open, going through that left hander, and then the right hander, throw the tabletop. All the way through there. That's aggressive, because that's a pretty sketchy part of the track. Like most people at least burp the throttle through there. Yeah, for sure. That's cool, though, man. Is it? Did you make the pass? Oh, 100%. Nice. That's super cool. Let me see here. So yeah, then the track lends itself to great racing like what you were talking about? Pretty much. So was there any other Pat like areas of the track that you thought driving your Yamaha was a little bit better than some of the other competitors. I mean, right there. When you go down the store, after you come back around, you're going in towards the whoops, it's really cool. And really, really fun just to throw it into that long sweeper. Because it's a, you can take multiple little areas, you can go outside to inside and make it past there, or you can just go all the way around the outside. And there's multiple options. And that's cool, too, because I can see like, what you're thinking in your head when, because I've driven a Yamaha before as well. And you You're, you're using the car and the transmission to do that. So that feels super cool. And those vehicles so I know exactly what you're talking about. We had a couple of people chime in saying that he feel he was willing to total a car if he wasn't gonna lift and they said, Yeah, rather than said that, Oh, was that his brother? He's gonna use yours. I forgot what I brag, but yeah, he's like He said, he's gonna do what? Get aggressive. All right. So what's some of the goals that you have for the next race? Dude? Man, we're, I had a power steering problem. I raced the whole the whole main race without power steering. So definitely the next goal was to figure out what issue that we have. I can already tell you what the issue is, you have low voltage. Yes. So you got to put a new battery in there. And then if the power steering unit got damaged, you got to replace it. So any questions you have with the Y, Z, dude, they're all right here. I can promise you that I have an answer. It's actually the Yeah, dude, hit me up. All right, dude. Hey, well, thank you very much for joining us. We have to get Landon Poprad on here in just a second. Do you have anything that you want to say before you bail out maybe some people that you want to thank. I just like to thank my brother and Christine's team, as motorsports really keeping me up? Yeah, did you did a great job this weekend. So yeah, buddy. Keep it up. We'll see you out there for rounds five and six. What is it may 14 and 15th. Friend? Yes. All right, homie. Well, we'll see you out there. Thanks, dude. It does. I liked the old moto vibe that he brings did super aggressive, like get ready to do it by so let's get Landon Poprad on here. If we have time, we'll try Ryan Tewkesbury again in a little bit after we get landed on but they are a little bit ahead of us in there we go in time because they're up in Utah, I think so. If you ever get time to talk to that Green family, man, go talk to them. They're really cool family. I would love to man I'm getting used to everybody. Land popper. What's up, buddy? How are you? I'm good. How are you? Doing? Awesome, man. Dude, he's got a way cooler see than both of us. Brian. Check that out. I'm like this little like, kitchen. thing did I'm on a I'm on a wooden stool. That sucks. Pretty bad. That's why I keep stealing land. And so you had a freaking amazing weekend, dude. Like, amazing weekend. So I was talking to your parents. And I was like, he gets upset when he gets second place, Brian, because he's such a goal oriented winning kind of guy. And I was like, Man, he's just got to rest on knowing that he's a bad dude behind the steering wheel. That's the competition you want to have though, right? I mean, you want to have those guys that are out there to win? Yeah. 100% you have a lot of competition, don't you Landon? Yeah, for sure. For some of your fiercest competitors. Definitely Caden is a bit Hello. Yeah, just definitely Hayden. Cohen and I were in the 1000 class. Yeah. So we have a little bit of audio breaking up. Are you by Wi Fi or are you on your cell phone service? I'm on Wi Fi. Okay, well, we'll see you. We'll give it another shot and see if it holds out but we might have to switch you off of Wi Fi and turn off your Wi Fi. Okay, but, but yeah, you said Kayden Isabella, I, one thing I wanted to bring up was that Caden messaged me and he said that he wasn't gonna be able to come on the show because he needed to get his grades up. And as bad as that might sound, I thought it was a fantastic thing to bring up because he's putting his grades in his schoolwork first before he puts racing. So I think all youth racers should be able to understand that because that was a fantastic, responsible thing for him to do. So I'm proud of him for saying that back to us. So thanks Caden for letting me know and being honest with with us on the show. So excuse me, Landon, what's your favorite car to drive? Because you drive a couple of them out there you have I think it's a 570 and 1000. Yeah, my favorite cars definitely the RS one, because it's like, crazy fast. And I just really like driving it. Yeah, those cars are so fun did. But Brian like seeing how fast he can go in both those cars is pretty impressive, huh? Yeah, it's super cool to watch. And you guys are pretty close. Your races are pretty close together, too. I think so. Yeah. I think he hops out of one car and gets into another one, right? No, so I have I'm race seven for you. 2000 and then race nine for the amateur class. But I have a big question. Yes, we as a little bit of time, but still Brian like that's like you barely have time to get your get some water afterwards. Right. The way our weekends roll, you know, we try to reach out to get these races going and going and going. So yeah, I mean, that's that's not too much time. But generally when when you tell them up at the starting line. Hey, I got a race coming up on this one. That make a little note. They keep tabs. Yeah. 100% Which was your excuse me favorite car to jump out there Atlanta because it looked like you were still sending it pretty hard in the 570. Yeah, definitely. Still the RS one is better suspension, better suspension, and you can catch a lot more air and yeah, that's what I like to hear dude. So when you're out in the RS one, does it change your driving style? Do you have to switch it up? Or like what's the differences because I know a lot of guys like even in motocross days, like being on a smaller bike and then getting on the bigger bike like all these different changes they have to make all these adjustments. So you pretty comfortable just moving between the two cars or you have to make some changes. I have to definitely changed my quarter inch 570 I can like stay in the inside the whole time but the RS want to go outside. Because hey, let's see if I don't know if you know how to do it or if your parents know how to do it. But let's turn off your Wi Fi on your phone. But yeah, Brian like so what he's saying is like the car is so much faster. You got to set up for the turns a little bit different like To me that's a pretty mature or professional way to do it. Right? Because the driver themselves has to be able to know those changes and be able to make those changes on the fly before that next race. Yeah, cuz your timing. Your timing is completely different when you're in a faster car. I mean, you got to you got to be able to adjust a lot faster. Yeah, exactly. So Landon. I don't know if you heard what we were talking about. But that's pretty cool that you can adjust so quickly between the two cars. I did not catch what you're saying. I think that the Wi Fi is or I think that the internet's worse without Wi Fi so I'm gonna back onto it. It sounds like it's doing pretty good to me but All right, we'll get get you on however you want man. bogging out that's why I love these Instagram lives dude, you never know what you're gonna get. Landon we were talking about, like being able to make switches and make changes really quickly. Depending on what car you're in, like you said, you know going around the outside and approaching corners differently. You might not even understand it since you're so young, but those are really really good traits to have to be able to adjust so quickly when you're changing vehicles. Yeah, thank you. It's for sure. Pretty hard sometimes but does it head does it like the biggest changes in the first couple of lapses in the first turns are like what's the biggest difference that you get out of your five seven you get in your one set or 1000 Rs one and you go like through the first couple of corners Do you there's like already know like your braking and entry points in the staffer Is it a little bit difficult to get used to it? It kinda depends on what the track is like. Like, like, sometimes it'll be like, little more slippery. So it's hard. That actually brings me to another good point Brian about like setup and stuff. So most of the guys out there this whole weekend, we're setting up one vehicle. Well now Landon has to set up too. So, Landon, are you making changes to both cars for the track conditions? Or are you just adjusting one and then kind of seeing how the other one is? We usually adjust both just like tire pressure and stuff. That's pretty cool that you're learning all that stuff. How old are you again? I'm 12. Yeah, did Brian like the maturity that these young drivers landed? Let me ask you this. Did you notice the track differences throughout the weekend? Yeah, for sure. It was like that it's like ever been I felt like on the first day. But rather the second day could definitely, like feel some potholes and stuff. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, that's gonna happen. So what adjustments do you guys make in between? So at the first day, we had like, some Hoosiers and they were pretty worn out. So we got some mattresses from chase car. And we threw those on and then tire pressures. Well, that's cool. Did you like them a lot better to help? Yeah, for sure. Way more transaction? maxisys. Yeah, way more traction. Those are really good questions, Ryan, because it makes you understand what a great driver he is. And what a good young man he is to be able to feel the car. Yeah, you know, especially from the younger drivers to, for them to be able to notice a difference in between tracks. That's, that says a lot because I mean, it is different. You know, they, it's got to be muddy. It's gonna be slick. It's gonna be dry. So many different things that can be out there and it changes throughout the day. So you know, I'm sure some of these kids that are new to racing, they just go out there and race they don't really know it yet. Yeah. Lana, what was your favorite part of the track? I know what I think it is. But I'm gonna I'm gonna wait till you say it. And then I'll tell you what I think it is. I really liked the big table tucked in the split lane. The split Lane was really cool. You could make some cool paths. I got it. Ryan. I knew it was a split lane because he was all over he was outside inside. He was testing all those different areas of the split Lane in both cars too. So what Lane did you like better the double on the inside or the just full gas outside? So I think if you have like a big lead I think it's safer to go on the outside. But yeah, cuz it sets you up. So good for that next corner, right? Yeah. Well, we did we heard Darren was talking to us too about like how he had to kind of block because there was a guy on the inside trying to do that. So if you had somebody on your back door like he had to go over that inside no matter what. Yeah. Did you ever dope. I'm sorry, but go ahead. Um, I got a few good passes on the double are going on the outside. Oh, you pass on both lanes. Yeah. What you did Lane Did you like passing better on because I feel like the outside would give you like such a slingshot move going in that corner? That'd be super cool. That's what I saw a lot. Yeah, chase car. Definitely like did that a lot and he got some good fastest doing well, do you watch a lot of those guys and, and learn a lot from those guys. Yeah, for sure. But it's kind of hard because the pro race is in between my two races. So it's kind of hard to watch it. Yeah. But you can at least see like the end of it or whatever it. Yeah, but when I can watch it. I really like to use their lines and stuff. Do you have a favorite driver out on out at techflex that you always like to watch? I don't really have a favorite but I like watching the Miller brothers chase car and just all the pros are. Yeah. Probably because you'd like getting as much information from those guys. So you can make your races better too, huh? Yeah, definitely. And you go out there with your family and and hit up all these races. Like how fun is it to be able to travel across the country and to be able to hang out at the races and stuff like that's a pretty rad thing for a kid to be able to do. Yeah, it's really fun, especially now that my brothers get to race to is makes it better. Yeah, so Brian, they have the whole family race. Tell us who who's racing now to Landon, your brother your brother. Grayson. So my brother Corbin, he races he took like a year break, but he decided to come back race. He did pretty good. He did. He got third both days in the class and then 170 and Grayson he's very seeing a I'm pretty sure. His 170 and He got a fourth and fifth with the flat tire. Dang, dude, he was doing that good, huh? Yeah. So Brian, like, that's one of the things that's so appealing about the Texas Outlaw Series is that there's something for everybody, right? Like the whole family and get out there. So if mom and dad wanted to, they could also raise to the whole family could do it. Right. Yeah, you know, we tried to. Obviously, it's all about the racing. But we also try to keep it fun for the family and make sure the family wants to come out to you know, like, next round, we're gonna do a crawfish boil, and we'll do a little poke around or something like that. It's something that it's not it's all got the racing out there. But it's also you know, we do have some fun things for everybody. Like, like the group said that you'd like ripping the tow truck can am defender across the track. I'll tell you what, if we had a defender race or nobody going to hold the candle to me, I'll rip that thing all the way. And that's what I told everybody to when you let us at the 12 hour, would you let us take the tow truck out on the poker run? I said I'll claim that victory all day. So Landon, what was your favorite part of the whole weekend, man? Um, definitely winning all three races on Saturday. One of the best weekend's that's got to feel pretty good. What was your family say after you got done? Um, I wasn't sure if I was going to take the overall on youth because I didn't when I spun out. Second. That's the weekend though. All these pro guys would have loved to have had those results, Brian. All right. What did your family say after you got done with the weekend? They were pretty proud. Yeah, you should be pretty proud of yourself to do that takes a lot of work to be able to do that. And then so like I was asking code St. Peter before? Do you help your your family? Your dad? Do you help him prep the cars and get them ready? Yeah, I really like to, but it's been pretty hard. With the shop being in San Diego and us. Good. Yeah, because you have to go to school and do all that stuff, too. Right? Yeah, that's cool that you can juggle all that stuff, though, man and travel to the races and do all that. One thing that I gotta say is you got a really good family behind you to be able to put in that much effort. So you and your brothers can go racing. Super cool to see and I'm proud of you for doing so. Well. We're gonna have to talk with your brothers one of these days, too. Yeah, my brother Grayson, he really wants to go on one time. Is HE round near you right now or no? No, he's not. Okay. Well tell him that one of these days. We'll get him on the show too. Okay, my mom just said that she could go get him maybe. All right, she can go get him if she wants to. But we're gonna let you go in just a second here. So let's see here. Frank thing said Landon Joe Smith. smart and fast. It was so cool to watch Yeah, you really did like Brian the maturity of these young racers is just insane. Yeah, you know, it's all about the parents, you know, the parents take the time and teach them and and they go out there and they watch it's real, real studious of the of the sport and it shows I wish that US adults we could have that much capability to soak in that much information. I tell you what, look who's here is so is that your brother Grayson right there too. He just say hi to us so Hey, good. Good job this weekend, Grayson, you did really good this weekend buddy. Thank you. What was your favorite part of the weekend? Um, probably he didn't fit with flat tire did look at you just bringing it home for the flat tire Was it hard to drive um it was what tire was flat was it a front tire or a rear tire? Man that's even harder were your arms tired at the end Well, we appreciate you guys coming on land and tell us who helped you get to the track and then we'll let you go buddy. Ah definitely my dad, my grandpa Poland fabrication for building the cars. Yes moto customs powder. One for Are you good excellent steel Frank's well drilling players dirty say those now but you got a lot of sponsors man we can't wait to see what your your Rs one looks like though when you put stickers on it. I feel like it's gonna look really cool. Yeah, definitely for sure. Well thank you very much Please tell your parents we said thank you to you did a great job on this interview buddy. So we're gonna let you go all right. Okay, great. Okay, and thank you for doing the live feed. It really helps my family in San Diego be able to watch the race and stuff. Yeah, no problem. Brian put all that stuff together. Man. I'm just the guy that talks on it. But we really liked that you guys were able to watch it and share it with all your family and everybody. It's super cool to see everybody joining us. Thank you. All right, buddy. All right. All right, Brian. Let me give Tewkesbury one more try here and we'll see if he can get on and then if he can't, then we'll just sign off and talk. Big technology guy. Yeah, we got it did. Hey, so I hope you drive race car better than the year technology with your cell phone did last time I wasn't prepared. I was in an outing in Texas, bringing all this new jokes to the female to man, so to speak. So you guys had a pretty good weekend, too. And was that the debut of the car? Was that the second race or? No, that was we literally John, you know who drove his butt off during that tour? Why aren't your race I thought he said that we took it over to the Millers to just make sure everything was perfect. That was first um, John put a car together pretty much by yourself. And kudos, Cody and Hunter, that they said he did a great job. And so I said you don't man you deserve driving that thing launches, send it in the amateur race. Were you scared? You were gonna get it back in one piece. I could have cared. He deserved everything. Yeah, that's super cool. And we were making jokes too. Because like after the feed ended, I was like, man, dude, whatever. Like it's if you break it, you bought it or you break it. You have to fix it kind of thing. And I was like, Wait, he already does this. Tell Lacey no matter what he did. And so I figured he'd be a little bit careful. And then when I started watching him, I was like, Hey, man. Did he was Leadfoot Lucy for sure. It was oh, it was a lot of fun to watch. But does that make it so that the car has a better progression? Because he's like, Alright, now I know what Ryan was doing out there what I saw and now I know what I felt. So now we can make it even better. Without a doubt you nailed it on the head. So the fact that he works on it, he got to see where the power let like for example, in between Saturday and Sunday, we switched clutching. So he was able to physically feel what I was talking about when we switched the different clutch to art where we had a different start pattern. So I think it's a great idea to be honest, you know, Hunter Miller told me I was absolutely nuts to let somebody know, but I'll disagree with him. But now I'm a different in a different atmosphere than him I don't do this for a living like he does. Awesome. Yeah. So what do you got to lose at this point, right? Because I'm kind of on Hunter's team a little bit. I was like, Whoa, that's a risky move. And like I was started thinking about it, and now you have nothing to lose now you could just get better. Yeah, so I mean, this year, we're I was lucky I teamed up with you know, Kyle Cheney to be able to run champ. And we're running a little bit on the track with a car that Kyle built. So this car was actually built for my buddy Ian Lane, who owns boosting and driven racing oil. So it's really was built for him to drive and then for me to drive when I couldn't drive, Kyle CT car, so I wanted all the information we could possibly get on as far as glad John was able to run the heck out of it. What did you think Brian? Were you the kind of on Hunter and eyes team or were you just like now let them run? No, I knew I thought about it. And I've been I've been Orion shop so I know that he probably has every part he needs if he ever wanted a break, so I was like, Oh, this is risky. But no, no, he's gonna be fine. Now we literally have enough parts on the build three full cars. Yeah, yeah, exactly. He's got enough in the shop. So it was good. And Ryan's not stupid. He knows that so hey, look at the people's champ Kyle Cheney just joined us to Oh, better literally to deliver the bounty hunter Yeah, he did pull that thing. He did pull that off pretty good. All right, Ryan. Let's talk a little bit about your race though, man because like I guess it was the maiden voyage of the car. You guys did really well though. Man. You came out swinging. Well, yeah, this was the line My second pro race ever. The first one was in that car I just talked about that Kyle built on Oak Beach earlier. So we had some suspension or some shock issues not to the shocks are bad, but just they weren't dialed right. So we really wanted to give it you know, everything we could. And Georgia incredible job, everything. And the track that Brian brought to the table was perfect for doing just that. So it worked out phenomenally. But again, my second pro race ever against some of the best guys in the whole frickin country. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous at starting line. So once the starting gate drops, and then you're like, good to go, you're just out there babblin Or what's the vibe after that? No, you're you got in assume that I'm there last year, and therefore I wasn't nervous at all. I mean, this is only my technically my third year racing whatsoever wants to start in the green flag ways it's it's all business from there. So it's easier to continue successfully when you do have a pretty decent start. And I was lucky both both days, I was third to fourth place in the in the hole shot. So I was either right behind Kyle or right behind Hunter, which is exactly where I want to be in a learning phase watching the way they take the corners, so I can try to improve. So I couldn't have been more pleased with those thoughts and getting the first couple laps right behind some of the best guys there are Yeah, do totally uh, we saw that though to like, because was it the first module? I don't know you got a bad start and one of the motos and I was like, Okay, well, let's see how he can do. And then you got a good start. And one of the other motos and I was like, Oh, he's a quick learner, like, look at that. And you're just like following their lines. And then you kind of like, look like you drift out a little bit, you'd be like, Nope, I gotta tuck it back in. Because that's where they were, it was pretty cool to see. Well, you nail it the first day, I had a really good start in the heat race. And then I got on the dust. And oh, complete, honestly, I had no idea what to do. So in my lack of knowledge, I thought maybe I can create some space so I could see. And that was a bad idea because they just pulled. And then at one point, I know Hunter was right, right in front of me. And I pulled away and I thought I was so on the track. And I saw him like 50 feet to my left on the track. And I wasn't on the track. Oh, that obviously wasn't a good idea, then. And the second, the second day, you know, after talking to both Kyle and Hunter and even Cody about what I should do, and they all suggested stay as close to the bumper as you can and all the auto deaths at least you can see their pain. So that was my intention to do on the second day. But we had changed. Like I said, we changed, clutching. And they're clutching at a different stall rate than what our launch control hat. So yeah, it horrible starts on the second day, you know, lesson to be learned. But you know, all this is all about learning. And that's what's so much fun to me is trying to nail the right setup to make it work. Yeah, I agree. 100%. Brian, you probably saw the progression all weekend just like I did. Oh, yeah, absolutely. I seen it all. So we already asked some of the other drivers, what did you think about that split lane? And what was your preferred option? You know, I actually asked a few guys what they thought the best was looking from the stand like, are you seeing anybody passing on either side. And a few people commented that they thought saying wheels on the ground might be a little bit faster. But when you're on the track with those, I mean, that's a complete respect. But those complete maniac pros the entire time, I don't know if one was faster, I took the double as fast as I possibly could. And I landed on that, you know, like everybody else landed on my front two wheels and pulled it back down to the ground. And then I took the outside as fast as I possibly could. I don't know if one was really faster there. I know that Cody passed me when I took the outside, he took the double. And that's what I realized I could take the double even faster. So there's a lot of other places. I think that were maybe better passing than that. Yeah, well, the reason that I liked it so much was not just necessarily to pass right there on the split Lane was because it offered the ability to open up that corner a little bit more. So you could go around the outside and keep your momentum because that potentially would have been the faster line but then if you nailed that double on the inside, you could really hug that turn a lot more so it was cool to see. No, you're right and what's you know, what's really awesome about this racing society that we have, especially the tech specs guys is even though I'm racing against the millers and Kyle all they do is come off the track and and offer advice so after the first race went Hunter was behind me for a few for a lap or two. I don't even know maybe there's only half a lap for six laughs But he immediately came off and told me the things that I could improve on. And then let if it wasn't last night it was a night before he sent me a video have that exact area where he basically got to pass on Cody, because he took the inside and where he was taking less track or your less amount of time, or two days less amount of mileage, let's say, yeah, yeah. And he showed it to me. So that would, you'd only be able to do that by taking that double lane. So I completely hearsay I felt way more comfortable on the outside and sliding through that off camera return and then setting up for the next turn, that I have no problem backing into a corner. But then Honeywell told me, Hey, that's not a good idea, you need come into the term slightly slower, get traction and stay closer on the inside. So, you know, there's, there's probably, you know, a million ways to skin a cat. And I try to learn all those different ways. I love that though, dude. And that's exactly what we've been talking about this whole show is how versatile the track was and how much it lends itself to tight racing because of the fact that you can choose those different options. Brian is, is a lot of that stuff going to be the same when we come out west. Man West is gonna be a different animal, man. I mean, you know what it's like out there we got a lot of guys are in. There's not too many places that are gonna have dirt like what we have out there in Texas. But um, how do you deal with that? A lot of sand, right? Yeah, there's a lot of sand out there. So I mean, you're gonna be dealing with bigger ruts. And but I mean, we're gonna do our best to keep the track wide. Keep it keep it side by side friendly. We do have bikes and quads are me racing to but um, you know, all it's gonna take me getting out there boots on the ground and seeing what I can do to to keep it as similar to Texas, because that's what I want. Right? We're bringing Texas to the West Coast. Yeah, you want to racing on the West Coast? Yeah. Yeah, everybody knows, everybody knows out there in Texas that, you know, it's good racing. It's cool track. And a lot of people just can't make it because it's too far. So we're bringing Texas to the west. And we'll see how we can make that happen as best we can. So I got two more questions for you, Ryan, before we let you go. Are you going to be able to make it out west? You know, it's funny, right? As Brian was just talking, I was thinking to myself how it'd be really neat to be able to try to, to jump on one of those and try something completely. So I'm definitely not going to say no, we'll definitely try to make it happen. See if we can make it happen. Brian, let me if I can make it happen. I'll make it happen. I can almost guarantee we're gonna see Orion at least one this year. Yeah. Well, let her rip. That sounds good. And then so the final question of the night that I wanted to ask you before we let you sign actually, thank all the people that helped you get to the track and that your mechanic didn't trash your car. John Gaskell did not trash the car did a great job. You know, I've got an amazing crew here. I'm really blessed. My my wife, by the way, today's our one of our anniversary. So thank you Lacey for Yeah, before, one of the way too many. But we know we're lucky cannamd brought us on this year and help us out a whole bunch and Yokohama tire is supplying us our tires. You know, those are the two real big ones. But we got all sorts of people that have helped us out. I mean, the list is really long like everybody else. But the biggest thing comes down to the people that run the tracks and even possible because it wasn't for Brian, in this particular instance, with textbooks, and even more track venues to come for Brian, none of us would be able to spout off sponsor names. Yeah. 100%. And I agree with that wholeheartedly. And some of the even Texas racing is not going to be held the textbooks. I think we're going to some other tracks too, right, Brian? Yeah, looks like we just closed the deal. We're going to be going to race at Oak Hill, we're going to be making a whole new exclusive track to us out there and, and we'll see what the future holds with that. I think that it's going to be pretty awesome. And it's a great facility as well as up notch. I mean, you know, one of the biggest pet peeves we have we all of us racers have about textbooks to track if credible, but you know, it's not really a lot of places to get your water and your power and all that. And Oak Hill I think has over 200 spots to be able to do all that. So I'm pumped about that alone. I thought you're gonna wind up on a big hill, so I won't be any less. Yeah. We'll have to see. I've never been to Oak Hill. So yeah, yeah, everybody's stoked on that announcement, Brian. So thanks for letting everybody know. And so the final question of the night I was gonna ask is because this means a lot to me. Talking with your wife a little bit earlier. Ryan, how proud of you? How proud of her Are you that she went through all of that this weekend? And I don't know what you want to call it. overcoming fears are just coming back with such a great attitude after that neck surgery. No, there's no doubt about it. You know, not very many people can hold a candle to what Lacey's endured with her neck and And just in general having to deal with my dumbass every single day is is amazing to me. Because we work we not only are married, but we work together all day long. So you know she She's amazing. She has to do that number one, but number two Yeah. So luckily, you know, two years ago when I first started racing, I had neck surgery like five weeks before my first race. So I did a big front flip on my very first race. But had no issues. So the nice part was is Hey, lace, you remember what I went through, I had no problems. I had the worst wreck you could probably having kept going. And I didn't even have a neck harness at a time because I didn't know they existed. So you know, he got to see that. But it's still hard as you can imagine. And you know, right. As you know, yourself, it's hard to come overcome that fear. Going to the race we went to a few weeks ago, I think she or her watching it on that live stream. She got the bug, which I was hoping. So clean, totally. Brian series. And I'm excited about that, because it's 45 minutes away. And we'll see what we can do about John as long as he doesn't care the car up too bad. So we're pumped about it. And I couldn't be more proud of my wife for throwing it out there. It is so cool to see Brian, that they're just the whole crew is going in both feet just guns blazing. Right. Yeah, and these guys are coming. My favorite people are going out there. So I'm so stoked that they're gonna be coming back all the time. And Brian is another one of those guys that just always called me and asked me hey, what can I do to help? You know, and I just can't I can't put into words how much I appreciate that. So yeah, we're here. And if we didn't race, we'd still be there every time. I know you would. Awesome. Well, thank you guys very much. I appreciate you, Ryan. I appreciate you, Brian, for coming on and hanging out with us is super cool to be out there. All weekend. vibes were super high. So I can't wait till rounds five and six man may 14 and 15th. Just like I said, that live stream is amazing to learn from. So keep up that good work with all that good camera footage it really taught showed me a lot on how I could start take my turns. So if it's helping me I know it's helping the younger guys just as much, if not more. So. Great job to both these presenting that for everybody. Yeah, we have some really big things coming to you with that. Yeah, should be super cool. The growth and the production crew and everybody that's doing is pretty awesome to see. So good job to everybody. All right, Brian. We're gonna sign off so I'll say bye to both you guys. We'll see you guys at the next round may 14, the 15th around five and six.
