Description: John’s Gospel is known for several ‘signs’ that are intended to show who Jesus is as the Son of God who has come to save the world from sin and death. The raising of Lazarus is the last of those signs and shows Christ’s power over death and the grave, foreshadowing the power of his resurrected life, which is the basis of hope for all who believe.

Main Idea: Those who believe in Christ as the Resurrection & the Life will share in his resurrection and live forever.
