And I had a fairly robust"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":352.46,"endTime":357.02,"body":"professional and social life. I"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":352.46,"endTime":357.02,"body":"was surrounded by people. I was"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":357.02,"endTime":363.02,"body":"part of a team, I was leading a"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":357.02,"endTime":363.02,"body":"team. And I was surrounded by"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":363.02,"endTime":367.91,"body":"people all day. And so, it was"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":363.02,"endTime":367.91,"body":"very, very confusing to me that"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":368.36,"endTime":371.9,"body":"on the surface, everything was"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":368.36,"endTime":371.9,"body":"going well. I was getting"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":371.9,"endTime":376.46,"body":"promoted, I was respected, I was"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":371.9,"endTime":376.46,"body":"on the fast track to,"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":376.52,"endTime":381.65,"body":"quote-unquote, 'success'. And at"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":376.52,"endTime":381.65,"body":"the same time, I felt absolutely"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":381.68,"endTime":388.04,"body":"miserable and empty on the"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":381.68,"endTime":388.04,"body":"inside. And I didn't feel like I"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":388.04,"endTime":391.52,"body":"could really talk to anybody"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":388.04,"endTime":391.52,"body":"about this because of how well"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":391.52,"endTime":394.46,"body":"things were going on the"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":391.52,"endTime":394.46,"body":"outside. And I felt like if I"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":394.49,"endTime":397.43,"body":"spoke to somebody about it,"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":394.49,"endTime":397.43,"body":"especially to my friends who"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":397.43,"endTime":401.69,"body":"were in the same workplace as"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":397.43,"endTime":401.69,"body":"me, they would say, 'But"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":401.69,"endTime":407.39,"body":"Anthony, everything's going so"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":401.69,"endTime":407.39,"body":"well. What's wrong? Not only because I"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":422.63,"endTime":426.5,"body":"wasn't sure that I would be"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":422.63,"endTime":426.5,"body":"understood, but also because I"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":426.5,"endTime":430.46,"body":"wasn't sure if word would get"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":426.5,"endTime":430.46,"body":"around. There's quite a bit of"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":431.15,"endTime":435.2,"body":"reputational and professional"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":431.15,"endTime":435.2,"body":"risk to being open about the"},{"speaker":"things","startTime":435.2,"endTime":439.1,"body":"fact that we're unhappy.
