Would you be surprised to know that according to bioenergetic research, 93% of the world’s population has what has been described as a heart wall around the heart? 

This is according to Dr. Bradley Nelson, one of the world’s foremost experts in the emerging fields of bioenergetic medicine and energy psychology and bestselling author of his highly-rated books, The Emotion Code and The Body Code.

When I first heard about the notion of the heart wall, I was like hell yeah we do. 

I for sure do! 

And it’s pretty easy to see that many of us do and aren’t paying attention to it. 

So today I wanted to share my experience of taking down the heart wall that I did in 4 sessions with a Certified Emotion Code practitioner that I found on a Google search. back in early December of 2022.
