So I was on"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":191.19,"endTime":194.91,"body":"the wards a lot. I did a"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":194.91,"endTime":199.23,"body":"community clinic, cardiac rehab"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":194.91,"endTime":199.23,"body":"sessions and things, things like"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":199.23,"endTime":202.8,"body":"that. It was actually at the"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":199.23,"endTime":202.8,"body":"same hospital where I had my C"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":202.8,"endTime":205.29,"body":"placement and it was really"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":202.8,"endTime":205.29,"body":"good. You know, it gained a lot"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":205.29,"endTime":208.8,"body":"of experience covering the"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":205.29,"endTime":208.8,"body":"different wards, you know, the"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":208.8,"endTime":212.7,"body":"medical wards, surgical wards,"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":208.8,"endTime":212.7,"body":"respiratory wards. So, yeah, it"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":212.7,"endTime":217.41,"body":"was kind of a good basis for my"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":212.7,"endTime":217.41,"body":"dietetic knowledge, I would say."},{"speaker":"Aaron Boysen","startTime":217.799,"endTime":219.839,"body":"And, and I'm"},{"speaker":"Aaron Boysen","startTime":217.799,"endTime":219.839,"body":"always interested in this"},{"speaker":"Aaron Boysen","startTime":219.839,"endTime":223.529,"body":"question. So that sounds in this day"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":235.53,"endTime":241.5,"body":"and age, it sounds like a long"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":241.5,"endTime":244.41,"body":"time to be training as a band"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":241.5,"endTime":244.41,"body":"five. And I think it just shows"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":244.41,"endTime":248.73,"body":"how, you know, progression and"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":244.41,"endTime":248.73,"body":"the profession itself have"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":248.73,"endTime":252.42,"body":"changed so much over the years."},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":248.73,"endTime":252.42,"body":"So yeah, two and a half, three"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":252.42,"endTime":254.91,"body":"years as happy band five"},{"speaker":"Aaron Boysen","startTime":254.94,"endTime":256.65,"body":"and what made you"},{"speaker":"Aaron Boysen","startTime":254.94,"endTime":256.65,"body":"want to make that change? Or was it was it? So"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":287.19,"endTime":292.56,"body":"interestingly, the band six post"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":287.19,"endTime":292.56,"body":"I got was actually a it was a"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":292.56,"endTime":296.1,"body":"community post and I was"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":292.56,"endTime":296.1,"body":"thinking because I had a lot of"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":296.1,"endTime":299.79,"body":"work on the wards to begin with."},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":296.1,"endTime":299.79,"body":"I was thinking oh, community"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":300.18,"endTime":303.69,"body":"I'll give it a go. But I'm not"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":300.18,"endTime":303.69,"body":"sure. I'll see see where it"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":303.69,"endTime":306.09,"body":"goes. A bit of a process. And I thought,"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":332.159,"endTime":335.789,"body":"you know, that mix of focusing"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":332.159,"endTime":335.789,"body":"on gastro, but also developing a"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":335.789,"endTime":340.349,"body":"service would be a really good"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":335.789,"endTime":340.349,"body":"next step up in my career and"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":340.349,"endTime":343.139,"body":"skill set. So it was kind of a"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":340.349,"endTime":343.139,"body":"different angle than what I've"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":343.139,"endTime":347.609,"body":"been doing, which I suppose is"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":343.139,"endTime":347.609,"body":"what I was looking for. And so"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":347.609,"endTime":352.709,"body":"that job involved me developing"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":347.609,"endTime":352.709,"body":"an IBS service. So a dietitian"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":352.709,"endTime":357.869,"body":"led IBS service in the trust"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":352.709,"endTime":357.869,"body":"that I worked for. And the"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":357.899,"endTime":361.289,"body":"success of that, you know, we've"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":357.899,"endTime":361.289,"body":"got so many patients through as"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":361.289,"endTime":364.079,"body":"you're aware, lots of Pete"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":361.289,"endTime":364.079,"body":"patients suffer with IBS, or"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":364.079,"endTime":368.189,"body":"irritable bowel syndrome, it"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":364.079,"endTime":368.189,"body":"actually created a full time"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":368.219,"endTime":371.939,"body":"post, just focusing in"},{"speaker":"Rebecca","startTime":368.219,"endTime":371.939,"body":"gastroenterology.
