During the shutdown in April and May, many businesses took the opportunity to examine their operation and implement new strategies and ideas. Now those businesses are realizing the benefits of that time well spent. Local Lion is an example of such an operation, taking time to think about their longterm sustainability while also concentrating on projects that could make their shop run more efficiently.
