Mind Your Business - Elisha Childers - The Children's Council of Watauga County

The Children's Council of Watauga County continues to provide valuable resources for the youngest members of our community and important outreach for the families raising them.

Executive Director Elisha Childers visits with us this week to discuss how The Children's Council has risen to the various challenges brought along by COIVD-19. Like many non-profit support agencies, The Children's Council is getting creative with fundraising opportunities. Elisha provides information on Bid With A Purpose, an online auction event running November 12-20 that will help support the various forms of outreach this agency provides in our community.
