I’m joined by Dr. Amelia Reigstad, a specialist in public relations and communications. Amelia is a university faculty member and also an effective communication consultant and coach. Working with organisations, she teaches them how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
We take it for granted when posting on social media, or sending emails, or even when we’re writing that new blog post. We all communicate in the same way, right? Well, wrong! We all have different ways of being understood, and understanding too.
So, ask yourself this question. How effective a communicator are you?
