To be healthy physically there are some substances that you need to stop putting into your body and there are others that you need to start putting into your body. Often times there is a parallel between that aspect of us that is seen, the physical, and that aspect of us that is not seen, the spiritual. To be healthy spiritually there are some things that we need to stop feeding on and others that we need to start feeding on. This sermon will explore what is a healthy heavenly diet.
