The Holistic Hippie Podcast
Welcome to The Holistic Hippie Podcast — a space for honest conversations about awakening, healing, and becoming fully human in a rapidly changing world.
Hosted by Jessi — holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, Reiki practitioner, past-life regressionist, and lifelong student of consciousness — this podcast explores the intersection of spirituality, philosophy, and personal transformation. Blending ancient yogic wisdom with modern self-development, each episode invites listeners into deeper self-inquiry, meaningful growth, and embodied living.
This is not a surface-level wellness show. Here, spirituality meets real life. Expect conversations on consciousness, shadow work, purpose, healing, relationships, nervous system regulation, intuitive development, and the courage it takes to evolve. Jessi shares openly from her own lived experiences — including her journey through physical and mental health challenges — offering grounded insight, practical tools, and compassionate encouragement along the way.
Rooted in yoga philosophy and holistic wellness principles, the podcast is equal parts motivational, reflective, and soul-expanding. Whether through solo reflections, teachings, or deep conversations, each episode is an invitation to slow down, question conditioning, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and participate in conscious growth alongside a like-hearted community.
If you’re ready to move beyond survival, reclaim responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and explore what it truly means to live with presence and purpose — you’re in the right place.

Episode 17: Body Image, Mental Health, Food Addiction & Diet
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, I share a bit more about my experience with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, dis-ease, mental health, and how it's all connected to diet & nutrition. I speak about the journey I have been on with food and how I've had to change the way I look at things in order to fall into a more harmonious way of eating. For me, diet is the spiritual practice of nourishment and I have entirely changed my perspective. I was the least likely person to ever become a Holistic Nutritionist, and if I can make these changes, anyone can do it.
As always, I love hearing from you. Feel free to connect with me on Instagram @the.holistic.hippie or drop me a line at jessi@theholistichippie.ca and let me know what you want to hear more of on the show.
Have a beautiful day my friends!
