Johnny Scott shared his testimony of redemption after being incarcerated and facing a 30-year prison sentence to having a culinary career and a full-service catering business, The Mission Kitchen.

Chef Johnny was born in South Carolina and developed a fascination with cooking at an early age. Later, Johnny was facing a possible 30-year prison sentence. During his time of incarceration, he learned how to cook, and upon his release he received his degree from the Culinary Institute of Savannah in Savannah, Georgia and became a chef. He then continued his education at the Art Institute of Tennessee in Nashville. Today, Johnny has become a man of faith, a husband, a father of three, a business owner, an author, and an inspiration to others.
