Pastor Steve King, joined Dennis and Brian to encourage and equip Church leaders to thrive and confidently carry out the call God has on their life to the finish. He discusses this in his new book "“Beware The Slow Leaks: Eight Ways Ministry Leaders Can Thrive and Finish Strong”.
Pastor Steve King has served as the Senior Pastor at Cherrydale from October 2, 1983
to August 31, 2019. Steve has a passion to make disciples who love God and people
above all else. He leads the Band of Brothers pastors’ fellowship in Arlington, has
served on the board of Pioneers International for 26 years, and is part of the leadership
team of One Heart DC.
Steve holds degrees from the University of Georgia (BBA) and Western Seminary
(MDiv). He has been married to his sweetheart Mae Belle for 44 years and they have
two sons, Caleb and Joshua (married to Naomi), and their granddaughter Elise.
