We spoke with Nigel Adams and Craig Welborn about C12 Peer Advisory Group and how they thousands of Christian CEOs and business owners to help one another to make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, create solid plans for growth, and thrive in their calling to create impact beyond the bottom line.

Nigel Adams
Nigel currently serves as Area Chair for the C12 group, supporting Christian CEOs and Owners in their business growth and personal development as stewards of all that has been entrusted to them. He serves on several non-profit boards, mentors young leaders and supports his church leadership with coaching and consulting services as a ministry. He was an accomplished operational and C-Level leader prior to following the calling to support Christian leaders as a C12 Chair. Nigel’s corporate roles included Global Chief Talent Officer for a multinational agency, launching Customer Service and Airport Technologies at JetBlue, and leading hub and global operations control for USAirways. He attends DC Metro Church in Alexandria Va. with his wife of 16 years Andrea who is a professor at UDC, they have one daughter and two granddaughters all residing in Alexandria Virginia. 

Craig Welborn
Since 1983, Craig and Diane Welburn and their family have owned and operated McDonald’s family restaurants.  Welburn Management currently has 30 McDonald’s restaurants in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. They strive to give back to the community and help the same individuals we serve on a daily basis.  FAST FACT One in 8 Americans report having worked at McDonald’s. Some notable celebrities include Lin-Manuel Miranda, Rachel McAdams, Sharon Stone, Jay Leno, James Franco, Jeff Bezos (Amazon founder), Tony Stewart, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Shania Twain, Pink and Seal.
