Justin Li joined the show to share how God shaped his life through his family background, life experiences, and mentors to be a successful entrepreneur who is using his business to employ and support marginalized people, including inner city youth and young adults, Afghan refugees, and formerly incarcerated citizens.
Justin Li is Co-Founder and CEO of Qore Performance, a local product design and manufacturing company. He graduated from George Washington University in 2003 where he studied Int’l Affairs. His first job was at Oakley. He then managed a real estate company turnaround and sale before joining the San Diego Sheriff's Department. His experience working in extreme conditions influenced him to think creatively about the needs of law enforcement and military personnel for higher performing personal protective equipment. He co-founded Qore Performance in December 2015 with his friend J.D. Willcox. They sold their first break-through product, IcePlate in August 2016. He and his wife Tracy live here in the DMV (no children).
