1. To walk with God can mean that a person has subdued the prevailing power of hate in his heart by allowing the Holy Spirit to take control.
2. It can mean that the person has been reconciled to God by living a life of obedience to God.
3. It can mean that the person has a continuous communion and fellowship with God through the Holy Spirit indwelling us.
4. It can imply our making progress in our spiritual life.
Generally, walking with God requires a progressive motion. We can make it happen with our daily determination and allowing the Holy Spirit to be in control through-
a) Studying God’s Word (2 Tim. 3:16)
b) Having Personal Prayer (Matthew 26:41)
c) Meditating on God’s Word and God’s goodness (Phil. 4:8)
d) Always being aware of God’s providential care (Matt. 10:29)
e) Living a life of obedience (Luke 1:6)
f) Making a godly association (Psalm 1)
