When we talk about baptism,We are talking about far more than just water. Baptism is a powerful symbol of transformation. Throughout Scripture, water represents cleansing, renewal, and new beginnings—and baptism brings all of that together in one intentional act.

In the New Testament, baptism is closely tied to repentance and faith. Jesus himself was baptized, not because he needed cleansing, but to identify with humanity and model obedience to God. Later, his followers are baptized as an outward expression of an inward change—a public declaration that they’ve chosen to leave their old life behind and step into a new one with God.
