Welcome to our Reveal podcast,

Today we're talking about something almost everyone experiences anxiety and fear. What if, instead of letting fear control us, we learned how to face it with wisdom and faith?

Anxiety often comes from worrying about things we can't control or from imagining the worst-case scenario. Fear can be helpful when it protects us from danger, but when it becomes constant, it can keep us from living fully.

The Bible doesn't ignore fear it acknowledges that people experience it. In Philippians 4:6–7, we're encouraged to bring our worries to God through prayer, and it says God's peace can guard our hearts and minds. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us not to fear because God is with us, and 1 Peter 5:7 encourages us to cast our anxieties on Him because He cares for us.
