Navigating Relational Stress: An Interview with Psychology Professor Lindsey Rauch
Holidays are supposed to be a time for reconnecting and celebrating, but for many families, they also stir up unnecessary stress and strife. Family gatherings can draw immature or unresolved relational dynamics to the surface, highlighting pressures and intensifying grief and loneliness following loss. Join Dr. Lisa Dunne as she interviews CVCU Psychology Professor Lindsey Rauch to discover biblically-grounded practices and evidence-based psychological tools that will help you set realistic expectations and approach relational dynamics with greater clarity, compassion, and spiritual intentionality. Professor Rauch is a mental heath and wellness professional with a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Psychology at Liberty University. In addition to her work at CVCU, she is a proud military spouse and the mother of two adventurous boys.
