Convicted and Compassionate?

Luke 9v18-27

This week Adam uses this story in Luke to process through what to do with the looming threat of Christian faithfulness leading to ugliness. Do we trust Jesus' call to come out from the crowds? Do we trust Jesus enough to trust that if we give ourselves more fully to him and his Kingdom ways, we won't come out the other side bigoted, lonely, and generally lacking compassion?
