Realtor®, author and national speaker Jason Jakus explains why "red carpet" customer service is the name of the game for successful real estate pros. He says he treats his customers "better than family," sometimes even suggesting a home purchase be scrapped if he believes it is not a good deal for his clients. Quoting NAR statistics, Jason says 90 percent of clients say they'd use the same Realtor® again, but only 25 percent do. The difference, he says, is paying attention to the little things, including post-transaction communications. This "Short Takes" episode is the second of a three-part conversation with Jason.
