In this episode, Chad Higgins and Will Cumby give life and oxygen to an important conversation about goals, focus, and getting a better grip on getting the big stuff done in youth ministry. Even the most relational ministries need to set the work before them to get it done!

  3. Who can help me achieve it? Resource Management.
