A lot is at stake when applying for a job and a candidate should have as much interest in the church/organization as they should have in the candidate.

We should all come to an interview with great questions!

It is possibly a decade long decision and so the process should be painstakingly truthful, perhaps brutally honest, and helpfully healthy for all parties involved.
